Greetings,

This is Lord Sananda, speaking. Thank you for being here this evening with us. Tonight is another integrative night. We are going to assist you in opening up your energy centers and allowing the frequencies to be in and around to prepare you for more actualization of your remembrance, realization of your integration, actualization of allowing yourself to fully be in the frequency of All That Is. So let’s just sit back, and we’re going to run the bowl.

It is a pleasure to be here in this moment, in the stillness; let’s think about the elements that are coming into each of your frequencies to understand within your Higher Self of what it is that you are experiencing. Each of you are going through changes and activations, and within these changes and activations there can be an adjustment that occurs. As this adjustment occurs, there is an element of partiality that occurs within your mental level, and within your physical structure, because you are still within these physical bodies as you are trying to allow the energies to adjust within, but sometimes it is very challenging.

Within these challenges, there can be a frequency of light that just is not accepting the full totality of who you are, it is not your fault, it is a mechanism within the physical body. A mechanism that is a programming that has not allowed you to fully accept your full divinity within a physical existence, it’s always been a partial existence and for eons of time that is the way it needed to be, but now that light frequency is changing in everyone’s composition. So what happens in those times of changes can be great movement, and the movement that is occurring is not allowing one to accept that you are part of a divine plan, that each of you have a pathway that is very, very important. Each of you know this because of the work that you have been doing, like a switch that goes on in you in the programming field that says, “hmm, this is not quite right, because I have never done this before, and it’s uncomfortable”.

So what we want to do for each of you this evening is to allow yourself to feel the comfortable Essence That You Are. When you allow that to happen, you start to expand your field. Expansion is very, very important and each of you are expanding beyond belief, but your going to expand even more so. What you are all feeling is just a small example of totality what can be acquired in these bodies. You are in phenomenal time, and these times that earth is changing rapidly, and the frequencies upon the earth are growing because each of you in your prayers and your activations and the light that you have been fully bringing into the essence of the upper earth to allow Gaia to feel your frequencies and to start to realize that you are just a small portion of this existence that is happening in this moment.

Just take a deep breath, and within that breath just relax in what you are experiencing. As you are experiencing these elements within your frequency, you start to see a change, and this change is one of great growth; and as this great growth continues through you, you start to understand what it is you are incorporating within you because you actually let go of that lower mind. This is the process that each of you are going through, some of you are having more of a challenging time than others, so it’s very important that we assist you in this process, because we want gentleness and calmness, we want you to express these frequencies within your body, and not allow it to be so harsh as it probably has been for some of you.

We take a step back this evening, and allow the frequency to blend through you more than activating you at a higher level because you are going to be getting a lot of this in the next couple of weeks in preparing you for the 11.11.11. event and for the activations that are happening at the end of October. WE say to you, that whatever it is that you are expressing within you, allow it to run through you, and allow it to go to the Earth, this is an essential component, this is going to help you ground yourself, use the water to use the grounding, even if you just have to put your hands in the water, allow the water to flow preferably in a natural setting or from a spigot outside more than being from a faucet. So as these elements occur for you, start to see a change and a growth that is going to happen for you, and it is going to be a very powerful element of exchange.

Let us just take a deep breath, and in that deep breath, we are going to expand in the Emerald Green, it is the planetary level of the Harmony and Balance, but it is also representative of the grounding of Mother Earth. We want you to infiltrate this through your earth star, and allow it to expand up into your earth star and go up your central column upwards very slowly, feeling a spiralling motion. As you feel that spiralling motion, there are elements of changes that are happening for you, and in these elements of changes, let it go into the muscles and the tendons as it comes up your legs, let it go into to the bone structure and all the workings of your physical body, we want it to go deep in the cellular level. If you have any ailments in any of the areas that we are going to pass by, I want you to concentrate with a breath and allow that frequency to be fully within you.

You will start to feel a relaxation that occurs as you become one with Gaia, Mother Earth, this frequency of balance is going to assist her at the same time. As we now bring it up to our hips, allow it to go into the joints, and really permeate this frequency into any area that’s uncomfortable for you. So just breath deeply, and allow that to happen right now. As that is occurring you start to feel the essence within you moving up into the Root area. We want to center upon any frequencies that are not in alignment with the whole areas within you. So allow yourself to move into any fear aspects, any areas that might be stuck in that lower root area, we want to really try and move your frequencies into the fourth and fifth dimensional chakra grid. So the next couple of weeks we are going to be working really hard on this. This is a practice that each of you should be doing on your own.

Breathing in that Emerald Green, and now let it come into your Sacral area of your Creativity and your Sexual Organs. Allow the balance if you’ve had any surgeries, if you’ve had any problems in these areas, really permeate the area with the breath of that Emerald Green color and feel yourself relaxing through it. Then moving up into your Solar Plexus, this is a very difficult part because many do not bring forth their own inner power, so we’re just going to allow this Emerald Green to relax anything that does not feel correct and transcend within your physical body. Moving up into the Heart, allowing the Balance to occur in your Heart Center, if you have more issues with the Male, center it more into the right, if you have issues with the Female, center it more into the left, and if you feel both are in alignment, allow it to go into the center, and bring them into alignment, because it’s very, very important that you are going to bring forth these frequencies within you to prepare you for alignment. Moving into the Thymus, let the Thymus be totally open for receiving energy of the higher self and activating that frequency more fully. Moving up into the Throat, feeling your voice, your voice is very important in compassion and love, moving up to the sides of your jaw, let it go into your neck, your back, into your spinal column, any areas that are uncomfortable, move it to any organs that don’t work quite the way that you feel they should do. Moving up into your ear canals, and your eyes, and your Third Eye, opening up that Third Eye and the Crown. Allow this relaxation to occur. We’re going to run the bowl, and I want each of you to allow this frequency to run through you as your going through the process.

Breathing, breathing deeply, now feel that total relaxation and now we’re going to bring that ray into a higher frequency. We’re going to prepare you, let it go into the Etheric level, let it go into the Emotional level, and the Mental level, now your whole one body is completely encased with this Emerald Green light. Allow yourself to be in this space of Balance and Harmony. We are doing this now on a physical level, and the Cosmic Great Central Sun will be attuning to the higher level to assist you in the processes that you need to accept within you.

I AM the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun at your service, blessings and love to each of you, blessings in the frequency of all that is. Just relax with the energies that you have been receiving on this frequency as you connect with Gaia, and feel your physical existence just relaxing. Breathe deeply, breathe deeply, breathe deeply, breathe deeply.

Allow yourself to express within your body this balance and harmony that is necessary. Allow the organs, and the muscles, and the tendons, allow the cellular structure, allow the DNA to be activated, and what we need to do with that is to just allow the relaxation to occur. Feel yourself going limp, and within that limpness there is a growth that is occurring because as you allow yourself to relax, then the growth of your future elements comes forward. So we bring that forward to assist you in the process of your divinity, because each of you are aspiring to a higher level of frequency than you have ever brought forth in a physical body. You think you have been challenged now, you wait, you wait until the date of 11.11.11 when there is going to be more light energy coming onto the planet than you ever though possible.

People are going to be awakening; people are going to need you, they are going to need you to bring forth themselves in the elements of all that is occurring. Within those elements that are occurring, there is a frequency of change that is going to happen for each of you. Whatever it is that you are dealing with now, we want to assist you to fully get rid of it, because now is the time.

If you have been inactive, it is now time to be active.

If you have been hiding your work behind closed doors, it is now time to open up the doors.

If you have been dealing with individuals in your life, friends, or family, that do not know who you are, it is now time to show your power in a compassionate and loving way.

This is what we want to assist you with in the next couple of weeks. We are going to be bringing forth these frequencies to elevate yourself into a new level of understanding. Within this level of understanding, you start to see the process that are occurring for you. Within these processes there is going to be great change, because you are ready, you are totally ready to accept and experience a new level of energy than you ever have before. So I say to you, I say to you right now, what is it, what is it that is locked away within you?

What are the elements, if you look into your lower chakras, is there anything that needs to be looked upon, because we’re going to work very hard through Christine in the next two to three weeks to elevate you into the aspects. She is going to be bringing forth projects that are going to assist individuals to open up to these energies. I say to you, it is now time to embrace. You may not get the whole picture, because each of you are going to be on a different level, and that is fine, that is absolutely okay. What we really need to do, is assist in the creation of your light, because that is going to assist in your light quotient, and that is going to assist in your initiation, that’s going to help attune yourself more fully to your soul’s essence. If you have not acquired your higher self within the physical body, we are going to work with you in the next couple of weeks to assist you in this process. We are also going to allow these energies to be more grounded in you so that you are not uncomfortable with what is occurring, this is essentially important with what we are going to bring forth.

So I say to you, as the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, in bringing forth, let us assist you, let us be your mirror. Let us share with you in these frequencies all that you are bringing forth, because it is going to be very, very imperative to allow it to flow through you. So take a deep breath. Take a deep breath, and we have now brought in Lord Sananda has brought in the Emerald Green Ray of Harmony and Balance, this is also associated with Serapis Bey, and it is also associated with the light that is very, very important in all aspects of your Being. So now we are going to bring it up a notch or two, we are going to bring that Harmony and Balance into a higher frequency. So we are going to ask it move into more of a universal level, which it brings it into flecks of Green with Gold, and eventually we are going to bring in the Crystalline Light, so take a deep breath.

Feel the frequency now coming down onto your Antakarana Bridge and we’re going to allow the cosmic energy to come down and we want you to receive whatever levels are important for you. If you are not ready to receive the cosmic level, you will see inflections of a Green or a Gold then moving into a Lime Green or an Emerald Green, but what our intention to you now is to bring in that Crystalline light of the Cosmic.

I want you to spin from your Antakarana Bridge into your Soul Star and opening up your Central Canal, it’s going to go deep into each of your chakras, it’s going to go into your cellular level, it’s going to go into your muscles and tendons, and all inner workings of the body, the organs, the bloodstream, all the systems that work within the spinal column. So let’s do that now, we are going to take a moment to allow the bowl to be rung. You run it through you, we will command it to be, but it’s going to be your guidance that brings it in.

Breathing, breathing, breathing.

Feel that influctuations of the Cosmic energies of the Crystalline Light of the Golden, of the Green, of fluctuations of the Higher Green into a Lower Green. Allow it to go into areas, the parts that really need healing on a physical level, you will see fluctuations of a Deeper Green, but allow the essence to come within you. It depends on where you are presently, if your Root is still confused with your fears and your thought forms, your probably going to be feeling more of a physical level, if you moved through that your going to be seeing a higher level. So allow all these colors to blend together, allow the Emerald Green. Allow the Higher Greens and the Fluorescent Greens, with the Green and the Gold and all the way up to the Crystalline Light. Allow them all to blend together so whatever level of frequency of light needs to go into your areas, they are going to go there.

Breathe! ~ Breathe!

As you breathe you are receiving, you are receiving this frequency to allow you to relax with what is happening for you. As you do that your Solar Plexus is going to open up to a new level of awareness. This level of awareness is going to allow yourself to receive the empowerment that you are, and as you receive this empowerment, you feel the frequency that is running through you and allow that essence that you are to fully be in complete Harmony. Allow this Harmony to come through you, allow it to come into your thoughts and into your feelings, allow it to go into all areas of your body. You may feel tingling in any physical areas, you may feel your ears tingling, or you may hear a buzzing sound, it’s all opening up all avenues for you to receive more of the frequency of your pathway.

As this occurs, you start to see within you a frequency that is different. Feel the acceptance, feel the love, feel the enjoyment as now your Higher Self is entering through the Antakarana Bridge and if he/or she is already there, we’re just going to activate him/or her, so that’s okay. As we get into the Thymus area, we allow the Sea Foam Green in the Thymus area to fully be opened across your chest, across your upper back and feel that frequency moving. As your Soul’s Essence takes a deep breath, do some AAAHHH’S; AAAHHH AAAHHH, AAAHHH and as that occurs you start to feel the energy move down your body and through your Chakra system to the Central Canal. It’s all the elements of your physical body; it’s your Physical, Etheric, Emotional, and Mental all become one huge body of light, then the circumference of your spiritual body blends with that because that is your Soul’s Essence.

That is your Soul’s Essence, that is what your Soul is desiring to be part of, all of these elements, to allow these frequencies to come through you, to allow yourself to just relax and receive, relax and receive, relax and receive. You start to do that and you feel the elements occurring for you, and within these elements you start to understand the expression that is occurring. Your expression is an amazing feat, you may see colors, you may see visions, you may feel a pathway that is quite open, or there may be something that you have been thinking about that now it’s filled with Harmony. It’s all harmonizing, and you will see as you do this, as you allow the harmonization within your own being that whatever you do not need will fall away with the energies, and the ones that are coming toward you will be more toward you because they will be the vibration that you are more accepting. Allow this vibration to be fully within you in this moment as you stand in this presence, as you stand in this presence of your soul’s essence and feel your souls essence relaxing within you. As you are now One, allow that frequency to be within you, allow this essence, practice this, practice this on your own, you will see that it will change things within you, and what needs to come up will come up as a process, it is a very important aspect that is to occur.

Breathing deeply within that. Breathing deeply in all That You Are, All That You Can Be, and All That You Are Accepting In This Moment.

WE, of the Divine Mother and Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun, fully attune you to this frequency to assist you to relax, relax with the frequency that is you, and relax within the energy of the Earth plane. As the Earth plane is changing from a 4^th dimensional to a 5^th dimensional frequency, this is going to assist. I say to you, just allow the vibration of what you are feeling, just embrace yourself, nurture yourself, hold your arms around you, and feel your own presence because this is what is going to help with empowerment. The more you are empowered within yourself, the more you have better relationships, because others will see that you Love yourself so deeply, and the you can speak so freely, and allow yourself to be vulnerable, and everything else will fall away. You will see how it is the Divine Plan, of all this in Creation the You Are.

We, the Divine Mother and Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun, bless you in this moment, bless you in this frequency to assist you in the nurturing capability within your Heart, within your Thymus, within all elements of your body, and just take a deep breath and “AAAHH, AAAHHH, AAAHHH”. It is our pleasure to bless you in this moment, and we walk with each of you upon this planet as the acceleration is going to be tremendous. Allow yourself to accept and be what you are experiencing, because it is all true, it is all part of the process. You have a Divine Right to feel it and to ground it within these physical bodies.

This experience is one that you should connect with as much as possible, it is going to help you to bring in more frequency, it’s going to help you Honor yourself in ways that you have not honored previously, it’s going to allow yourself to fully experience the higher levels within this physical bodies as it changes for you. So allow the expression to be within, allow the expression to be within and around you.

Greetings, Greeting, Greetings!

This is Lord Sananda speaking it is a pleasure to be here once again to assist you in the Divinity and the Light and the frequency that we are all sharing with each other. It is my utmost pleasure to bring forward to you this evening an Integration of Balancing Movement, but also to understand the frequencies that you are all bringing forth into your lives. The Earth is changing greatly and each of you are doing the work that is so desperately needed. It is important for you to remember, not only are you healing yourself, but your healing the all.

We are at a time that the energies are shifting once again. So I say to you in these moments:

What is it that you desire to create?

What is that you desire to release?

What is that you desire to ground within you?

It’s very important for you to realize, that each of these elements are important in your Transformation. As this transformation is growing within you, it is being centered around you in the Frequency and the Light of all that you are is being Actualized more deeply than ever before. The elements circling outside of the Earth, into the Solar, the Galactic, the Universal, and the Cosmic Forces are coming in Unison, and allowing these elements to become more fully focalized in your lives. If you have not already experienced this, you will be.

The deeper your prayers, the deeper your gratitude, the deeper your blessings; and the greater the work that will be done. I’m not talking about your own inner work and how you are processing the elements that are happening to you, I’m talking about the outside forces that are going to assist you greatly. We speak to you this evening for the Christ Consciousness and the Creative Source of Oneness through the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God of the Great Central Sun and the Cosmic Energies. It is time for each of you to stand amongst others that are doing the same, and this frequency is a minority, but we want it to be a majority.

So how do we bring this forth unto others? How do we allow ourselves to fully feel the capacity that is growing within each of us so that the energies can be opened up to share with other like-minded people? The higher the frequency, the better the element of connection, this is very, very essential as you move through your days towards the 11.11.11. Some may find that their plans are changing for this miraculous energetic event due to the Cosmic Forces within them and around them. Some are changing their lives greatly at this time. Some have already changed their lives, and are trying to adjust to the newer frequencies and ground them fully. Some are just allowing the frequencies to come within them, as they adjust within their environments that they already are living within. This process can be very challenging, because as you move into the Higher Forces of the Cosmic Energies, there is no reason, there is no capability to understand why, there just is. As each of you are transforming yourselves into these Multidimensional InterGalactic Beings, you are Actualizing your Potentiality within your physical bodies. These changes can happen quickly, and without notice.

So we say to you this evening, let us all share with one another in this frequency of light that is coming into each of you. You are showing to so many, what it is to be in this frequency. You are sharing within yourself the eventual changes that are occurring. Allow them to blend outside of you. Allow them to be in the frequency of All That Is, because that is what the basis of this communication call is about. There is no other energy surge that is going to assist you in these moments except to allow your own Divinity to be within you.

This is the process; yes, we bring through these frequencies through Christine, but the full actualization that is how you integrate it, how you allow it to come into your body, how you allow your self to process after this occurs; it is your individual choice what you do with it. All we are doing is allowing the frequency to access your own I AM Presence more fully within the physical body. This is not an easy task, and we know this, and we commend you for doing so. So I say to you, Open up your heart, allow your energies to expand, allow your Chakras to be totally open, beyond the seven levels and going up into the Higher Levels. Allow yourself to feel the frequencies because it is your Divine Right to do so. Within that Divinity, you fully accept yourself in a new capacity than you ever had previously. It is now our time to understand this fully, within our Mind, our Heart, and our bodies.

It is a miraculous occurrence for each of you to experience in this way. So I say to you in these moments, “Allow yourself not to think about what is occurring, allow your emotions to be put aside, and just be the sponge and allow all those little elements within your full energetic field to be soaked up by these frequencies.” Then as they come into the different aspects of your Being, you will start to understand exactly what is occurring for you. So I say to you, “Be the Sponge and soak up this Glorious frequency of light as it is about to be imbued within your Being more fully than it has been previously.”

I AM the Divine Mother and Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun to bring forth to you this evening this Frequency of Light that is going to be a combination of the Cosmic of the Multi-Universal, the Universal, the Galactic of the Solar and the Planetary to be fully integrated within your Being. I ask of you right now just to be the receiving agent, allow the Solar energies and all the frequencies that are within you to combine as one being of light. As we bring you the frequencies of the Rays of God, the frequencies of the Blues and Yellows, the Greens and Golds, and Violets and Pearlescent, and Higher Greens and Higher Golds, and Higher Yellows. Allow the Essence that is to come in whatever way that you see them.

Breathe deeply, breathe deeply in this frequency of all that is to bring in those multi-dimensional levels, to bring in all those essences of all those lives that are now ready to be awakened in the frequency of All That You Are, of all the gifts that you bring forth. Allow that to unfold within you, allow yourself to create the knowledges within your life, allow yourself to fully feel the totality, allow yourself to complete the essences that you are. Feel it now circling within you as it comes down into your Chakra system, into your Central Canal, multi-colored energies spinning in a Diamond like fashion filtering down into your Crown, into your Third Eye. As the light expands moving into your Throat, as the essence that you are to speak clearly into your Thymus, feel the activation of your Souls Essence of your Higher Self moving into your body, moving fully into your Heart, feel your Lotus Heart expanding in all ways. Feel the frequency of the Love that is flowing through in all these vibrations, allowing it now to go down into your Solar Plexus. Allow your Power, your Inner Power to be activated in this essence and then move it into the lower energies of the Sacral, and then moving down into the Root.

Feel it expanding, feel it expanding in the frequency that You Are. Allow it now to move into your limbs, and into your Earth Star. Now feel your Earth Star and your Soul Star spinning simultaneously with all these frequencies of light. If you see one color that is more predominate that the other, that is just fine, that is what you need the most in this moment. Just breathe and be the Essence that You Are in this body. Express it fully within your breath. Feel the breath, feel the essence that is you.

Breathe deeply and allow it to go down into your Core, and feel the Core Essence being expanded in the frequency of All That You Are. Allow that frequency to flow through you. Now, now let us see, let us see, what is that you need in this moment? What is that you desire? What is your most important aspect of yourself right now that needs assistance with? Let’s take a breath, and let’s just intend for that frequency to be fully within.

Feel the blessing, feel the blessing of your light, feel the blessing of your activation, feel the blessing of your Soul’s Essence, feel the blessing of your Angelic Self, feel the blessing of your Galactic Self, feel the blessing of your Interplanetary, into the Multiuniversal levels, into the Inner Plane level. Bring those frequencies, bring those frequencies that you are into your body right now to assist you in your full dimensional capacity in order to receive the full dimensional capacity; you must be willing to expand yourself, to expand yourself into All that Is. What is it, what is it within you that aspires to this level of Essence?

Allow the level of essence to flow through you, as it flows through you, you feel the level of expansion that is going into all the cellular structure, into all those areas in your body that may need it the most, wherever it is that is your weakest spot, allow it to go there now. If you are having issues in your physical body any place, let it go to those areas. Be the sponge, be the sponge, be the sponge so that the whole body is now embracing this Light That You Are. The light of all the Essences, the Light Within.

See it shining brightly now, look deep within your Heart. As you look deep within your Heart, you feel yourself expanding in a different way than you have before, because now we have removed all the elements. All these frequencies of colors mean many different things, they transform, they transmute, they release, they express, they embrace. They do all these elements, they do every part of us, so right now you are bringing forth that frequency.

Now feel the Golden flame coming down deep, and suddenly into your Heart area. Feel that 12^th Ray and that 12^th Chakra being activated as it never has before, because this is the activation that you need to fully accept your Divinity, to accept your Truth upon this Earth. You already have it, your Soul has it, just allow yourself to feel that Soul Essence within you. Allow it to expand through all that you are experiencing in this moment.

We ask that whatever your releasing, to be removed. ~ We ask that whatever your transmuting, to be dissipated.

We ask that whatever you are embracing, to feel it more fully than you ever have before. Feel the essence of a Huge Embrace of Love, Compassion, Joy, Acceptance, and all that you come forth with. Allow your knowledges from the past to be fully activated within your Pineal Gland. Allow yourself to fully understand these processes. How do you understand it? You understand it from the Higher Mind, the Higher Self’s Mind, not the Physical Mind. So we ask that the Higher Mind to be fully activated in this moment. We ask for the Lower Mind to be fully dissipated and transformed into the Light Body that you are becoming. Allow yourself to feel this now, because there is more. There is so much more that you are going to be doing than you are doing in these moments.

Allow that to be expressed through you and then feel that in your Earth Star. Allow your Earth Star to ground that. It’s important to ground these frequencies through your body, and not just keep them in the Higher Levels. Allow the Pineal Gland to bring forth those frequencies of those knowledges, and allow that to come down into your Throat so you can speak them. Allow them to come down into your Heart so that you can feel them. Allow them to come down into your Solar Plexus so that you can you empowered by them. Allow them to come down fully to your lower bodies, and ground it to your Root. Allow yourself to have the Creativity flow of these energies in your Sacral area. All of these elements are occurring for you. Now you are bringing the full faceted body that you have been asked to accept.

Accept it! Accept it! Accept it!

Say to yourself: “I accept all that I AM right now. I AM nothing less and I AM nothing more. I AM that I AM that I AM”

Yes! Yes! Yes!

You are embodying your I Presence this moment, allow yourself to be that totality of the sponge that is you in the totality and the expression that is within yourself so that you can fully anticipate, so that you can accept that you can bring forth the Divinity of all that is. Breathe deeply in that. Breathe deeply in the Essence and the Beingness that You Are and Accept. Accept your Essence now, this is your Essence, this is not our Essence, it is not anyone else’s Essence, it is the Essence of your Soul’s Frequency. Feel that now shining through your Heart and your Solar Plexus and your Thymus. As you allow that to shine outwards, these three Chakras all blend together and you now become within the 5^th Dimensional Chakra system. Feel that Power within you, feel that power, it’s not an ego power, it’s just a power of acceptance. It’s a Power to change and transform anything in your life that you choose to.

Accept this Power, Accept It Now.

Each of you are going through a transition, as we all know the transitions happen on a daily basis on a moment by moment basis. Allow this frequency to ground all that you have not accepted within your physical body, and then it will expand outwardly and you will see. You will see the Divinity that you are to be shown to another, and the full Divinity of your Essence. As the Gods and the Godessess are coming together; they may not even realize it, but it is a beautiful Divine Love. You must feel this Divine Love within yourself first in order to express it to another, this is essentially important.

You cannot let your mind get in the way, and you cannot let your emotions stop you, so the process of this can be very challenging because of your history on a physical plane. Humanity has not been kind to you with this, so now we expand to you this Divinity and this Love that is you because we express it to you from the core essence. Allow this birthing process to occur within your body as you fully accept all that you desire, all that you create, all that you manifest. You have the ability, allow yourself to permeate it, and feel it in every essence of your Being. Feel it deeply into your Physical structure, into your Etheric body, into your Emotional body, and your Mental body, and then your Spiritual body, and then they all swirl together and become One Body of Light.

There is no difference; you are just in the now. You are allowing yourself to be. This is the moment of your rebirth, feel that frequency within you. Accept yourself as you never have previously.

We, of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, express these elements to you in this moment, because it is time; the time is coming to feel this more fully. If you don’t quite feel it all the way, and you’re not quite sure what is occurring for you, continue with this, allow yourself to accept it. In the process of All That Is, there is a shift that occurs, and within this shifting process allow it to be fully embodied within you, because this is the expression of your light, and allow it to expand outside of you as you share it with others. That mirror image that you are expressing will come to you in the form of another. When you find it, you will see, that there is nothing more powerful within those moments, than to be expressed in the frequency of All That Is, and then it will grow out to many others, and your gifts are going to be expanded within each of you.

As you expand to each other, it is a time of community. First, remember, this is important for the Divinity of your Love to fully come into your body, personally and individually, and express that fully within you. We, of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, fully express this essence in complete Unity and in complete Love, as the focus of our light is changing greatly as you accept it more fully within your own Physical Existence.

I AM the Cosmic Great Central Sun of the Divine Mother and Divine Father God here to serve you, hear the calling as your I AM presence is becoming more fully incorporated within you than ever thought before. The possibilities are limitless, they just go on and on and on, unlimited completely. Allow yourself to understand this, allow yourself to ground it through all these frequencies that we have given you this evening. We are here in the Oneness to assist you in this process. Our gratitude is to each of you for being the way-showers of this New Earth.
