Greetings,

This is Lord Sananda speaking. Thank you once again for being here for the Cosmic Oneness. I am the Spokes-Being for the Christ Consciousness, as everyone knows. Let us all take a deep breath and let us feel these Frequencies that are coming in at this moment. We fully want to bring to each of you exactly what it is that you desire as the ending of this first month of the year has occurred.

Let us take a moment of reflection; Within this reflection, we want everyone to feel the Essence that they have become since the beginning of the year. It is a culmination of what you have acquired from 2011 as you walked across the Bridge into the New Being and the New Essence that you are incorporating.

We understand that each of you are in a very moving and transitioning space – some days can be very, very, very deep. This is due to your cellular structure opening up. If this is the case for you – congratulations. If you’re not fully there yet, well we’re going to help you get there. This is the process that we want to bring unto you each moment, to allow those cells to open up of those Frequencies of Light that no longer serve you to be fully removed. This will allow the cells that are lying dormant from all those timelines, that need to be acknowledged, to assist you in the process of your balance within this life, within your body at this moment. Each of you is moving into that Essence as we walk with you and guide you through this process. Please do remember, as we have shared with you previously, that this is a new way of Being in the Physical body – so it’s going to be different. It’s going to be different for each of you and some of you are going to have days of blissfulness and some of you are going to have days when you are transitioning so deeply that you cannot hold your head up. But that is the body just trying to get used to the Frequency.

I ask each of you right now to just breathe deeply. As you breathe deeply, feel the Essence within your Solar Plexus. Feel the Essence and the deepness of the Ruby Red Ray that I work so diligently with, of the Sixth Ray of the Universal Energy, coming into that Third Dimensional Frequency. Allow that Ruby Red to fully Be in your entire structure. Let it go deep into the Solar Plexus and into the cellular level. The Solar Plexus holds many different levels of Frequencies and it’s important for us to allow it to be as a flower – like the Heart of the Lotus. Allow that inner wisdom to be fully expanded and accessed in a different way then it ever has previously.

You are experiencing it differently and the body can break down in this space. Some may have intestinal issues, stomach issues – feelings of food not going well, so it’s important that we breathe deeply into that area and bring in this Ruby Red and open up those parts of yourself that may be stopping you from experiencing the full potential that you need to experience. Within that full potential, it is not just an acceleration but is also a grounding phase that needs to occur because we want to continue this process through the energetics of your structure.

So let us now take a peak within the Emotional level within your body. Let’s fully go into that Feminine side of yourself, the Yin. Allow the Ruby Red to filter within the Emotional level, which also sits outside in your Auric field, outside of your Etheric or you may feel it in your Heart structure – on the left side. If you have any issues within the left side of the body, these are showing weaknesses or over-exertion – it can be each way, so we want to filter that Ruby Red within there. Allow anything that you’re feeling to fully come up because we do not want them lodged within this space. Some of us can also have a tendency to internalize in this area. We don’t want to do so. If you find that there are any constrictions when you are doing this breathwork – move deeper with your Higher Self. As we activate our Higher Self and ask for the assistance of our Higher Self to really bring us into that space.

We’re now going to ask the Male Energy, the Mental side of us, it’s outside the Emotional side, to be filtered with the Ruby Red now. This is our Devotion – we want to be fully devoted to ourselves in this moment. Devoted to the transition that each of us is going through. As we bring forth that devotion, we can be kinder to ourselves. We must remember that the way we have done things on this Planet in the Society that everyone is living in, it is quite different. You are molding a new life for yourself, no matter what that life is, no matter what your hours entail – it’s very important to let the Mental side relax with that, to allow the Frequency to run through your Being.

If there are any constrictions on the right side of the body, bring in the Ruby Red now, to bring in the ability to transition into the next phase. Instead of the Mental thoughts stopping you, allow the thoughts to blend with the Emotional thoughts, feelings – to come into balance. So then you can find exactly what within you may be the problem. As we filter the Ruby Red through al these areas, deeply feel it in your Solar Plexus and relax. Just relax. Now what we’re going to do is bring in the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God with a special attunement to assist in this process. We truly want to bring in the transitionary stage that each of you are experiencing. We’re going to be doing something like this every month.

Let’s now just bring in that balance between the Male and the Female. Feel that energy totally relaxing us. This is our Devotion, devotion to ourselves – allow yourself to be devoted to your own Essence at this point. There is nothing more important in this moment than to be devoted to these Frequencies that you’re bringing in. So, what we are assisting you with, as we were saying previously, that each month we’re going to ask each of you to reflect backwards so that we don’t go to far ahead in the year and we may have lost something that may have needed to be looked at, embraced, a process within that cellular structure. So let’s do that for a moment before we bring in the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God.

I Am that I Am that I Am

I Am the Cosmic Great Central Sun of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God in Unison.

As we fully embrace our Essences upon you in this moment, allow the beautiful feelings of Love and Light and Bliss and Joy be fully embellished within your Solar Plexus. Breathe. Breathe. Feel the union that is occurring within you, feel the Frequency of your Highest Essence completely allowing you to embrace all that you are and all that will be in these moments.

As we fully embrace each of you in these moments, we feel the Essences of wanting to be in Balance, wanting to feel the Beauty that you are and the expression deeply within your body. Allow us to mirror unto you right now the reflection that each of you are individually what it is that you need from us to assist you in this process of your journey at this time, at this month and the crossroads of whatever you are accessing in all levels of creation. Breathe. Breathe.

We bring to you in this moment, the Element of the Golden Flame of the Christ Consciousness, to be fully within your Heart. Allow that to flow through all of your Beingness. Allow it to go deep, deep, deep, into the core of the structure of your cells Essence. That cellular structure that is so predominant on the healing phases at this time. Allow yourself to visualize all these cells blending together within your Solar Plexus and within your Heart.

Let us look at what needs to be transformed and what needs to be opened up. There are many Elements that are occurring within timelines at this time. It is part of the process of your Divinity – some are accelerating faster than others due to the intensity of their leadership roles. Some are truly seeing a great difference in themselves. Let us reflect back to the first of the year. Let us reflect back to the Essence that each of us came upon unto 2012 and feeling the excitement and the joy of coming onto this new year, and a new birthway and a new pathway to fully accept the roles that are being given to us through each of the Higher Selves, through each of the I Am Presences to be fully activated in a physical form.

Breathe through that. Breathe through that and see yourself moving through the timeline of the month. As we move through the timeline of the month, this being the 29th of January, we feel the inflection of those energies moving through the first part of the month to the middle of the month to now, the end of the month. Let us now release anything that does not serve us in that process that you may still be holding onto. Let’s transform it into the purest forms of Light by using the Essences of the 22 Rays of God.

See yourself being embellished. You’re walking through a pathway and the pathway is filled with White Light; within this pathway there are streams – visualize it as a Light Tunnel, and there’s streams of light coming within you of Reds – Greens – Yellows – Blues – Oranges – Goldens and Higher colors. Lavenders and Violets and Purples and then they’re mixing together – Pearlescent and Crystalline and mixed with White Light. Going into Higher colors and they’re all blending together and you feel yourself in this tunnel of the Rays.

Feel yourself in the tunnel of the Rays as they all infiltrate within you and you breathe deeply. Allow them to go to wherever they need to go to transform it, to accept it, to release it. As your transition is continuing for this month, think about any special parts of yourself that had a challenging time in this month. Think about the parts of yourself that had a glorious time and a blissful time and embrace that. We want that to expand within you.

Let’s just take a deep breath as we bring the Energies in for you. Breathe through this process.

Swirling. Swirling colors of light. Breathing. Take a deep breath in. On the breath out – you feel it all being transformed in the Light that you are. Swirl those energies physically within any of the areas – the Solar Plexus, the Heart, the Lower Chakras, the Upper Chakras, the limbs, the muscles, the tendons, the bloodstream – any organs, any parts of your body that have been hurting. This is the process – the Body is healing deeply.

We must bring in these colors and colors of Light to assist you because it’s a vibrational healing that needs to be done at this point. So you have the breath and you have the intensity within you – lets breathe through that. Allow ourselves to just feel the winds of the Rays filtering through us and as it’s going through us, it goes through the back of us, and it will pull out and remove and transform. Feel that Essence. Feel the Essence of the clearing that is happening for you of Elements within your cellular structure. We go deep within that cellular structure – we visualize those cells once again.

See them more vibrant. See the Frequency of the Essences to fully come in. Right now, we fully want to give to each of you a timeline that is very important for your accessibility on the pathway that you are embarking upon, that you are walking at this time. Embrace yourself. Embrace yourself because you are the Pioneers of Terra Christa. You are the Pioneers that are walking this pathway, that are opening up a new pathway – it’s new in front of you. It’s a challenge but the only way that you can access it more fully is to bring in the Rays of God that each of you are a part of.

Feel those filtering – some of you may feel some colors more than others and that is okay. Whatever you’re feeling right now – allow it to swirl within you. As you walk, you see the Rays moving through your Body; they’re moving through your feet and you’re sending it out. Allow ourselves to take a moment and breathe that in now. Feel that swirling energy within your Solar Plexus, within your Heart, within your Thymus – as that is one Unifed Chakra on the Fifth Dimensional level.

As we said, we’re going to concentrate on that Fifth Dimensional body. We want everybody to access those Rays and those Chakras within them. Breathe and feel the Essences. Feel the Essences blending through you and allowing yourself to accept the totality of your Soul’s capability within your physical body. Allow yourself to fully embrace who you are – not what the body thinks you are – allow the body to relax. Now ask the Physical part of you, the self part of you – take a deep breath and allow the physical part of you – all those inner workings of the physical, to just receive this Frequency now. Allow the Frequency to come into your cellular structure and see those cells jumping around and being activated with that Essence.

Let’s breathe deeply.

We, of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, now attune each individual, and possibly reading, this activation to fully come within your Being on the cellular structure to receive a timeline of a gift that is pertinent to your accessibility at this time in your pathway. Allow this to fully come within you. Allow yourself as we move into the transitionary stages, of the next phases of the Moon – they will be fully activated. Allow that activation to occur within you now.

This is a two-week timeline to assist you in this process – you may receive it earlier or in the middle or in the later portion of the next Full Moon which is very quickly coming upon us. Accept and embrace and expand into this Essence of Light that you are because it’s a part of the process that is essential in your Divinity; it is essential in what you are incorporating within you. Allow yourself to breathe the Frequency in right now. Allow yourself to completely embrace you. It is you. It is a part of you that has been lost, so let’s open that up – open up that doorway.

See that Doorway of Light coming within your Heart, your Solar Plexus, and your Thymus. The One Unified Chakra will activate this Essence within you. You may feel it in a dreamstate. You may see it in a vision. You may see it in a meditation or it may be an awakened state – whatever it is, call upon it to assist you in the process of the next step that you’re going to be going through. Because this is just an opening of a doorway that will make the next timeline easier as we move into the month of February 2012 (or any new month of this year).

Receive the Essence. Receive the Frequency. Receive the continuity of your Souls Frequency within this Physical body as the body totally relaxes.

We will now bring in more of a Frequency to assist you in this process.

Allow the Frequency of this timeline to fully come within you. It is your destiny to receive these timelines. Feel the Light is beaming upon you. It is your own Frequency of Light, to fully come within you. Feel the Essence now settling in your Solar Plexus. Feel it in your Heart. Feel the Thymus receiving. Now it expands. It expands through your Being. It expands through your cellular Essence. Allow yourself to just receive it. Just receive it. Receive.

We, of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, bless you in the acceptance of the next phase of your journey upon the Earth as it becomes the New Earth. As you fully embrace the pathways that are necessary for each of you to assist. As we raise the vibrations in this moment, not only unto ourselves but unto All That WE Are with each other on this Earth and beyond.

Feel the Frequency of the Cosmos accepting the fact that you are now receiving this timeline of your Divinity fully into the physical Being that you are.

Say to yourself –

“I {Name} now receive and embrace this timeline that is fully open unto my physical Being and I ground it fully into my Earth Star to Accept and Receive. I Am that I Am. I Am that I Am. I Am an enlightened Being upon this Earth to assist the masses of consciousness”.

Breathe that in and feel it being grounded within you. Feel the Essence that you are changing deeply as now the expansion is growing within you.

We, of the Cosmic Great Central Sun, of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, are deeply honored for your acceptance of the new doorway, the new accessibility upon this Earth. Thank you so very much for being with us in these communications. We honor each of you deeply and watch over you through all our messengers of Light – through birds, through the animals, through the flowers, through all of Earth as it vibrates towards you and expresses their love. Think of us. Think of us deeply in the Frequency That We Are. We bring to you the Essences of all creation to smile right back at you.

Remember, your mindsets, your hearts energies are all shifting and changing; the way that you felt and did things previously will no longer work in the New Earth Frequency. This is why we bring these Elements unto you, to assist you in this process. Let us all take a deep breath and allow the Frequencies of this evening to fully come within each of you. I am Lord Sananda at your service. It is my pleasure to be here with you once again in the Cosmic Oneness. I see each of you is moving forward in your accelerations and the changes that you are making in your lives. Some of you may be feeling some Elements that have been coming up, but as long as you process these Elements, you’ll get through the moments that do not feel very good.

I expand unto each of you right now to bring forth the Essence within you, to accept your divinity, so that you can get through the times that not fully being in the full focus of your Essence. Remember, each of us is in a transition and within this transitionary phase, it can be very difficult to fully move into the aspect that your Higher Self wants you to do. There can be times when it can feel like you’re going through the storm once again and you’re not quite sure how to get to the other side – so the processes that you bring up within you can be Elements of yourself that do not feel very good. But, the greatest purpose of this is your Highest divinity fully being actualized within you.

We are once again moving into more transition. As more Elements occur for each of you. The acceptance of your divinity is moving into a new phase of existence. You must get accustomed to this and it has to be accustomed in all levels of your Being as you actualize the Full Body System of the Physical, the Emotional, the Etheric and the Mental – to allow the Spiritual to be the guiding Element within you. There can also be changes that occur for you that aren’t quite a part of the new Frequency that you are incorporating. It is a balancing act at all times, and sometimes this balancing act can be over-stimulated by Elements around you where you do not like what has occurred. This, my Dearest Ones, is part of the process. Within this process you start to feel the acceptance occurring within you and within this acceptance, there can be great changes. It is the process of these Elements activating within your Being that are in the important aspect to know that in each distinct moment – not everything is going to be the way that you think it should be, because of underlying circumstances. Remember, you are still moving in that Third Dimensional Reality, within the Fourth and into the Fifth. You can’t just jump from one to the other and expect yourself to be in the full capacity that you envision yourself to be. There are going to be moments in time that are a little bit conflicting with you but if you utilize your tools and allow yourself to bring into balance the accessibility of your Highest Essence, then you will get through the process. We don’t expect each of you to be perfect in each moment. Please realize this.

In this moment, I bring to you Compassion, the Essence of Durability and the ability to continue to do the walk, no matter what the previous moments have brought to you. I embrace each of you in what you are experiencing. Let us all take a deep breath together. Within that deep breath, I want us to do some AAHH’s and fully remove anything that does not suit your Highest Purpose in these Elements. Anything that may have been happening to you, any thoughts that you’re having, any parts of yourself that are arising, that you’re not really sure what is occurring within you or circumstances that have occurred that you’re not really accepting fully within your life in the new Frequency that you are.

Breathing deeply and Breathing out through the diaphragm.

AAAAHHHHH – AAAAHHHH – AAAAHHHH – AAAAHHHH

Allow yourself to relax into the Essence that you are, because you’re on a bridge. Within this bridge, you’re walking into your New World but sometimes you’re not quite there. We express to you this evening to be fully compassionate with yourself. Compassion is very essential in each moment that you are walking into the New World that you are creating, because within this New World, it can be quite enveloping – around you, within you. Outside circumstances can cause you to think differently then you would like to think. But in the truth of all of it, it truly is essential in the process for each of you in what you are going through. I express to you the Essence of Lord Sananda, the Essence of the Christ Consciousness, to fully come within you in this moment. Take a deep breath and allow it to expand.

Let us all take some moments of reflection. As I send you the Ruby Red Ray of the Cosmic Color, to fully infiltrate within you and realize the Devotion that each of you have on your pathway. Within this Devotional Essence, you can expand yourself into the process that you are experiencing in all Essences of experience. I am here as Lord Sananda to express to you this Devotion deeply within your Heart, deeply within your Solar Plexus, deeply with all of the Frequencies that you are. Let it expand through your Being, through the next processes that we will be going through, as we bring in the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun.

Breathing deeply. Allow the Essence that Lord Sananda has expressed to you to fully be within you to express the deepness of your Hearts through all Beings of Frequency that We Are. Let us breathe deeply through this experience.

Breathing deeply.

With the breath of life that you are, you express within you the breath of acceptance. Allow this acceptance to fully come within you in these moments as you express unto yourself the Devotional Essence that you truly need to fully experience in your life’s purpose. Feel it deeply at your feet. Feel the Ruby Red Ray of Devotion coming through your feet as you face it into your Earth Star. Feel this Devotion rising above into your Soul Star and feel them spinning together. Allow it to come into your Solar Plexus and blend with your Heart and your Thymus and all the Elements within you. Feel the Essence that you are.

We express to you the deepest Compassion and Love to center upon the Essence of your Being, to express in this moment that it is time to take a deep breath and allow the Essence of Compassion to be fully within you. We bring you the Pink Ray of Active Intelligence to expand fully within you to allow your Frequency to blend with the Ruby Red. Feel the Heart and the Solar Plexus blending together and feel the Frequency running through your veins. Feel yourself express unto yourself, the Divinity that you are.

Remember. Remember that this is all in a transition of Beingness. It is in a transition to accept all that you are experiencing at all levels.

Breathing deeply. Breathing deeply.

Oh, the breath will be your best friend in this moment. As the Ruby Red and the Pink blend together, allow them to expand in the Essence that they are. Feel the blessing upon your Essence in this moment.

Breathing deeply. Breathing deeply.

Allow yourself to expand now into the Pink Orange Ray of Compassion and Love with Kwan Yin. It is your bridge to the New Age. Feel that blending with the other colors. You are at a crossroads. Feel that crossroads but feel the Essence of yourself to be fully actualized within your Physical sense. Each moment of Creation in your life can be a bridge to the New Age and bring you the acceptance that is needed. Breathing deeply.

Feel yourself walking the pathway of the new bridge. Feel yourself moving into that Higher Essence that you are. As you move from the Third Dimensional Energies into the Fourth Dimensional Energies. Feel that Essence. Now you fully walk into this beautiful space of the Golden Flame. Now you bring forth the Christ Consciousness within your Being and you feel yourself changing and molding into the Devotion you have created within your Essence. Deeply feel that coming through all parts of your Being as you accept yourself in a new form of a birthing that you are creating. See behind you, in fluctuations that are leaving you – aspects of yourself, and now we ask all to be in balance. As you fully incorporate the Christ within into your Heart, feel this Christ deeply within your Essence as we embody it unto you. You feel the remembrance that you are. Feel the remembrance that you are and all that you are incorporating. Feel the Essence and the completeness deeply in all experiences.

Breathe deeply and allow this Essence to be fully calm in your Being. Because whatever you are experiencing or have experienced – look at possibilities and Elements that have come into play – there is nothing more important then the Devotion of yourself and the ones that are around you that will understand.

Feel the Golden Ray now infiltrating your Heart. As it blends with the other Devotional colors and the Essences we have brought through of the Ruby Red, of the Pink Light, of the Pink Orange and the Golden Flame. Allow these Essences to blend together. Allow yourself to fully bring in the incorporation of this moment – of your Compassion, of your Mercy, of your Devotion, of the Christ that you are in the Frequency.

Allow your Higher Self to now feel these effects deeply within. Feel them spinning within your Essences. Feel them going deeply into your cellular area. Allow it to go into the veins and the organs, and the muscles and the tendons. Allow it to go into all systems of the body and allow it to flow through your feet. Feel any debris that you may have been holding onto from any timelines to filter through your Being.

As you incorporate these amazing colors of Light. Breathing deeply. Breathing deeply. As you bring in the acceptance and the fluidness of your Beingness fully within your Solar Plexus and your Heart. Allow the Heart and the Solar Plexus to blend together as the inner workings move into those Higher Frequencies.

Now we incorporate the Magenta, which is the Fifth Dimensional Ray that blends the Solar Plexus and the Heart. Let’s include the Thymus. Feel the flowering of your Higher Self. Feel the Essence that you are. Feel yourself being in the presence of your Purest Light that you have ever accepted within your Being. Feel the deepness. Feel the Compassion. Feel the Love. Feel the acceptance. Feel All That You Are and all these things as you move into a new paradigm of Frequency within your physical body.

Allow that Frequency to run through you. Allow yourself to feel the Essence and the completeness that you are. Feel. Feel that all is okay, no matter what has occurred because now you’re bringing in the Highest Frequency of the Essence of your Being.

You are fully incorporating your Higher Self. You feel Him or Her expressing to you in the words of ‘AAAHHH’.

Allow it to spin through you. Allow it to be you because this is You. This is You.

Not anything else that has occurred – whatever it is, you are in the space of a momentum of your Essence, of your Being – fully accepting yourself in the totality that you are. It is our Divine pleasure, the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, to express this unto you. It is just a moment to bring forth all these Frequencies unto this Being that you are. It is okay. It is okay. Whatever you have been experiencing or feeling or thinking because now it is molded unto the Highest Essence that is blending with the Golden Flame, with the Magenta, with the Pink Orange, with the Ruby Red and the deepest Pink of Love, within your Frequency then you could ever accept.

Let us just breathe deeply. Breathe deeply and allow this to infiltrate through the rest of your Being.

Take some deep breaths and allow those deep breaths to fully infiltrate within you as you have expanded yourself unto the Beingness of a Fifth Dimensional Frequency within the Heart, within the Thymus, and within the Solar Plexus. Allow that to infiltrate through the rest of your Being and the Acceptance and the Compassion and the Love and the Mercy and the Gentleness that we all share with each of you in these moments of transition.

Take this moment, this recording and express it unto yourself continually because not only will you have transitions today, you will have them tomorrow and you will have them in your future. It is the process of your Devotional Essence activating within your physical self.

Embrace what you have experienced. Embrace what you’re feeling. Embrace what your thoughts have been bringing up for you and accept this Love, this Compassion and this Divine expression from Divine Mother and Father God to know that you are a child of God, will always be a child of God, no matter what the circumstances may dictate to make you think otherwise. You are aspiring to so much within these physical bodies. It is our divine pleasure to share with you these Frequencies of Love as you, as our children, are truly walking the pathway within your own Frequency.

Allow our Frequencies to assist you through the process. We know this is a challenge. We know it is not easy and we thank you for your sacrifice. Please accept our compassionate, merciful, beauty of your Light as we surround you with the Essence that You Are and are becoming in each moment.
