Greetings,

This is Lord Sananda speaking. I come to you in the breath of your own existence. Thank you for allowing me to come to your Being in this group of Cosmic Oneness.

The planet is coming to a space of a frequency that is quite different than we have ever felt before, it is quite interesting how things are unfolding for everyone and allowing those elements to be fully incorporated as each of us are going to walk together as the New Earth Hierarchy. This is our time, this is our time – this is our expression that we are. I say to you in this moment, what is it that you desire to fully incorporate the frequencies? It is now time, all of you have been working for eons of time for this, some of you are more newly awakened in the physical level, but that doesn’t mean that you haven’t been awakened on the soul level. So I say to you in these moments of creation, I say to you, express yourself deeply, express yourself in the Oneness that You Are, express yourself in all that you are incorporating.

What is the basis of all this?

Love of Thyself, there is nothing more important, we are all here to share with one another but if we do not fully empower ourselves and to allow the frequency to be in those expressions you cannot fully understand what is occurring. In the expression that you are, in the expression that you are incorporating, you are bringing forth a new being that is being birthed. In that new Being that is being birthed is your Soul’s Essence into the physical body. Each of you know that the changes, the physical existence, the processes that each of you have been experiencing have been very challenging on a physical level. I bet for some of you it is probably getting easier, because you are expanding your physical essence, your expanding your Etheric body, your Emotional body, and your Mental body. With that expansion, it now becomes One Body Of Light, so there is not too much more that you have to be going through, it depends on your frequency.

Many of you are relocating to the places where you assist these frequencies, wherever you find yourself going to, allow yourself to go there. Be the courageous one and step off. Step off and allow yourself to know it is now time for you to bring forth the essence of your Beingness in your physical body. Sometimes you need to move your location, and some of you are being challenged greatly with this. Some of you have children that you have left, you are not separate from them, you are always connected with them, but in essence you are not physically right there with them as you once were. Whether it was a weekly basis, or bi-weekly, or weekends, or whatever, this is to be commended for those of you that are doing this work, because that is the ultimate test.

In truth, that is the expansion of your Beingness more fully because as we come into these bodies and it is our pathway that needs to be birthed; this is what you are birthing, you are birthing your pathway. Some of you have been alone for a very long time, and are now having people come into your existence, but you will see that the way that you are in this presence and how far you are accelerating yourself, that space and continuum can be fully accepted within your own patience, your endurance, and your frequency. Depending on where you are on your own pathway of mastership, it is a welcoming agent, it is a welcoming part of you allowing others to come into your space, or you going into their space, whatever the case may be. Groups of people are coming together, some may be living together, and some may not, some are coming together as partners, some are coming as assisting each other, but I will tell you the one common goal in each of you is the Purity Of Your Love.

There is nothing else that is going to assist you more fully than to allow that essence to be fully within you. So now how do we get to that purity of love, how do we get to that expression so that you have the patience, so that you have the endurance, so that you have the strength? Do everything that you need to do to walk on this pathway to assist the planet and the awakening that needs to be done. Full endurance and completion of your light body activation, allowing those four bodies of the Physical, Etheric, Emotional and Mental; as Christine has been expressing to you for many months, and those of you who have known her longer, many years. But there is no other way to fully incorporate these frequencies until you allow it to be, to surrender onto the moment, to surrender onto the frequency, because the frequency is what is assisting you to reach yourself.

I come with these words from this woman who has been doing this work for a couple of decades, and what we are experiencing right now is blessing to most of you. Sometimes it may not feel like a blessing because the hard work has already been done by those who have been on this path for a very long time. The old way of doing things was tedious, but it had to be done.

Affirmations, writing ten, twenty, thirty times a day; Meditating three times a day, bringing in those frequencies; we didn’t have the Higher Vibrational work because the people weren’t ready to share their gifts. Now you see it everywhere, everyone is bringing in the Higher Vibrations, some bring it in different than some others. So I say unto yourself, and say it unto your friends, and your colleagues, and others that you tune into about this work, that each of you are being blessed. You are being blessed by many great teachers upon this planet, and most of all you are being blessed by your accessibility of your Soul’s Essence to fully combine your love quotient fully within your physical body and allow the rebirth to happen.

I don’t even like to use the word rebirth, you are not rebirthing, you are birthing.

The frequency of your body is changing into a 5^th dimensional level, and what happens in that is that the cellular structure, and the frequency of the neurons, and all the elements within the physical are being burned up onto that higher frequency to allow you to accept the Divinity of your Soul’s essence fully in your physical body. Your physical body will change, you will get younger, you will look younger, you will be able to live much, much more than you’ve been living on that 3^rd dimensional reality. As we move into that 5^th dimensional reality, it’s going to be a timeline that you have been working with, and bringing forth that timeline into your 3^rd dimensional level.

So I say to yourself right now, Receive! Receive! Receive!

Receive the essence of the totality of your Beingness fully within the acceptance that you are. Surrender, I ask you to surrender right now, feel that frequency coming to you right now as the Cosmic Great Central Sun is going to bring this into the birthing process. WE are at the final hours before the 11.11.11, and what exactly is this going to bring forth? I will share that with you at another time this week as more information is coming through Christine.

I say unto you in this moment, express the Divinity that you are, don’t hold on to anything that seems insurmountable. The synchronization of your lives are about to change, and the fluidness is going to come forward in your being. You are going to be able to accept yourself in a broader sense than you ever have before, this is the beauty of what is occurring. As each of you expand yourselves onto yourselves of the birthing of your soul’s essence and your I AM presence to be more fully activated more so than it ever has previously.

So I ask each of just to take this moment and feel the expansion that is occurring for you and to let more expansion to occur and allow the tears to flow, allow the pain to be removed, and allow the joy to be incorporated, and the purity to be within you, this is your Love Quotient expanding.

I AM the Cosmic Great Central Sun of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God at your service, blessings in the frequency of all That Is, blessings in the levels of creation that we are bringing forth in this moment.

Breathe deeply, breathe deeply, breathe deeply.

As the essence of your soul’s completion is about to be acknowledged as the birthing process is about to occur, feel the frequency that you are, feel the frequency of you multidimensional levels of that Soul’s Essence coming down into your body and feel yourself coming very close and comfortable and breathe and breathe and breathe. Feel the Acceptance that you are, feel the Purity that you are, feel the Joy that you are, feel All That You Are in this moment because there is nothing less for you it is all encompassing, it is all creating, it is All That You Are in this moment.

Feel the Essence of your Creation as the Divine Frequency is coming within you in the All That You Are, All That You Are and All that you ever will be. Feel it deeply, feel it deeply in your Solar Plexus, feel that frequency coming down into your lower chakras, feel yourself in the completion stages of your birthing process. Feel it deeply, feel it deeply, feel it deeply as it expands as the energy now expands from your Solar Plexus out of your Solar Plexus into your cellular level into the frequency of All That is into All That You Are and all ever will be.

Breathing deeply, breathing deeply, it goes now into the muscles and the tendons, and the ligaments, and the bone structure, it goes into all the organs and all the inner workings within the system as they are all running into each other. The bloodstream is pulsating, your spinal column is aligned, and the fluid levels are balanced, all activations are being clearly set in preparation, in preparation for your I AM Presence to be fully in your body more in the acceptance that you are. Feel your acceptance, feel your acceptance as I want you to tune into anything that you need to surrender onto. Allow the essence to depart, is it Emotional, is it Mental, is it Physical, is it anything that doesn’t feel right? Right now let’s just accept what the transference of the energies is occurring for you.

Breathe as we run the bowl, breathe.

Now feel the essence, feel the essence of your Soul Birthing occurring, your Solar Plexus feels the vibration deep within you, and allow that vibration to go into your lower bodies. Feel the frequencies in the Higher Levels in the higher chakras now come down to meet in the lower chakras as the Solar Plexus, the Heart, and the Thymus all blend together as one frequency of light. Feel you expansion, feel the fluidness, feel yourself expanding in all that you are, feel that multidimensional self and take a moment and breathe into your Soul’s Essence. Let him or her be more active within you now as the integration is now fully taking place.

Breathe deeply, breathe deeply, breathe deeply.

Allow the vibrational essence to come through you, allow yourself to fully accept your Divinity now. Now is the time, now is the time, feel the birthing process to begin. All the Higher Essence of you Being is now coming into the physical and you feel it vibrating into you and you feel the essence, and the continuance, and you feel your completeness coming in, coming in. Let it move down into the Heart now, into the Solar Plexus, as the Heart, Solar Plexus, and Thymus are all one Chakra and allow it to breathe into the lower areas as now we activate our fifth dimensional chakra grid.

Feel the essence and the Purity, feel the Platinum, feel the Blues, the Golds, and the Violets; feel the Pearlescent, of the Pink Orange, feel the essences of Golden Yellow, Golden Blue, Golden Violet, feel the Deep Purple; now feel all the essence that make up the 22 Rays of God. You are fully incorporated with all these colors, allow these colors to fully filter through your body out of you as you see your Physical , Emotional, Etheric, and Mental are all one Essence.

Feel your spiritual body now being activated force in all that you do. Take a deep breath, and feel this connection within you, feel it deeply, feel it deeply in the Creation That You Are. Let the birthing process go further, let it go down into your feet, and allow yourself to ground it down, ground it down through your Earth Star, and let your Earth Star and your Soul Star spin with these frequencies of colors because this is the multidimensional being that you are.

Breathe it down, breathe it down and now relax with that.

Relax with that frequency, relax with the Essence because this is the Essence That You Are. This is the purity of your light, expand and feel the Love now. Feel the Love and the Purity and the Joy within you as it expands within your Heart and your Thymus and Solar Plexus. All the doorways are now opening for the achievement of your purpose for you to move into the essence of your doorway. Allow yourself to come into that frequency, allow yourself to bring into the essence of the changes that are occurring in the frequency that you are, and allow yourself to just relax. Surrender onto this moment, surrender onto this frequency.

This is Lord Sananda, speaking. Thank you for being here this evening with us. Tonight is another integrative night. We are going to assist you in opening up your energy centers and allowing the frequencies to be in and around to prepare you for more actualization of your remembrance, realization of your integration, actualization of allowing yourself to fully be in the frequency of All That Is. So let’s just sit back, and we’re going to run the bowl.

It is a pleasure to be here in this moment, in the stillness; let’s think about the elements that are coming into each of your frequencies to understand within your Higher Self of what it is that you are experiencing. Each of you are going through changes and activations, and within these changes and activations there can be an adjustment that occurs. As this adjustment occurs, there is an element of partiality that occurs within your mental level, and within your physical structure, because you are still within these physical bodies as you are trying to allow the energies to adjust within, but sometimes it is very challenging.

Within these challenges, there can be a frequency of light that just is not accepting the full totality of who you are, it is not your fault, it is a mechanism within the physical body. A mechanism that is a programming that has not allowed you to fully accept your full divinity within a physical existence, it’s always been a partial existence and for eons of time that is the way it needed to be, but now that light frequency is changing in everyone’s composition. So what happens in those times of changes can be great movement, and the movement that is occurring is not allowing one to accept that you are part of a divine plan, that each of you have a pathway that is very, very important. Each of you know this because of the work that you have been doing, like a switch that goes on in you in the programming field that says, “hmm, this is not quite right, because I have never done this before, and it’s uncomfortable”.

So what we want to do for each of you this evening is to allow yourself to feel the comfortable Essence That You Are. When you allow that to happen, you start to expand your field. Expansion is very, very important and each of you are expanding beyond belief, but your going to expand even more so. What you are all feeling is just a small example of totality what can be acquired in these bodies. You are in phenomenal time, and these times that earth is changing rapidly, and the frequencies upon the earth are growing because each of you in your prayers and your activations and the light that you have been fully bringing into the essence of the upper earth to allow Gaia to feel your frequencies and to start to realize that you are just a small portion of this existence that is happening in this moment.

Just take a deep breath, and within that breath just relax in what you are experiencing. As you are experiencing these elements within your frequency, you start to see a change, and this change is one of great growth; and as this great growth continues through you, you start to understand what it is you are incorporating within you because you actually let go of that lower mind. This is the process that each of you are going through, some of you are having more of a challenging time than others, so it’s very important that we assist you in this process, because we want gentleness and calmness, we want you to express these frequencies within your body, and not allow it to be so harsh as it probably has been for some of you.

We take a step back this evening, and allow the frequency to blend through you more than activating you at a higher level because you are going to be getting a lot of this in the next couple of weeks in preparing you for the 11.11.11. event and for the activations that are happening at the end of October. WE say to you, that whatever it is that you are expressing within you, allow it to run through you, and allow it to go to the Earth, this is an essential component, this is going to help you ground yourself, use the water to use the grounding, even if you just have to put your hands in the water, allow the water to flow preferably in a natural setting or from a spigot outside more than being from a faucet. So as these elements occur for you, start to see a change and a growth that is going to happen for you, and it is going to be a very powerful element of exchange.

Let us just take a deep breath, and in that deep breath, we are going to expand in the Emerald Green, it is the planetary level of the Harmony and Balance, but it is also representative of the grounding of Mother Earth. We want you to infiltrate this through your earth star, and allow it to expand up into your earth star and go up your central column upwards very slowly, feeling a spiralling motion. As you feel that spiralling motion, there are elements of changes that are happening for you, and in these elements of changes, let it go into the muscles and the tendons as it comes up your legs, let it go into to the bone structure and all the workings of your physical body, we want it to go deep in the cellular level. If you have any ailments in any of the areas that we are going to pass by, I want you to concentrate with a breath and allow that frequency to be fully within you.

You will start to feel a relaxation that occurs as you become one with Gaia, Mother Earth, this frequency of balance is going to assist her at the same time. As we now bring it up to our hips, allow it to go into the joints, and really permeate this frequency into any area that’s uncomfortable for you. So just breath deeply, and allow that to happen right now. As that is occurring you start to feel the essence within you moving up into the Root area. We want to center upon any frequencies that are not in alignment with the whole areas within you. So allow yourself to move into any fear aspects, any areas that might be stuck in that lower root area, we want to really try and move your frequencies into the fourth and fifth dimensional chakra grid. So the next couple of weeks we are going to be working really hard on this. This is a practice that each of you should be doing on your own.

Breathing in that Emerald Green, and now let it come into your Sacral area of your Creativity and your Sexual Organs. Allow the balance if you’ve had any surgeries, if you’ve had any problems in these areas, really permeate the area with the breath of that Emerald Green color and feel yourself relaxing through it. Then moving up into your Solar Plexus, this is a very difficult part because many do not bring forth their own inner power, so we’re just going to allow this Emerald Green to relax anything that does not feel correct and transcend within your physical body. Moving up into the Heart, allowing the Balance to occur in your Heart Center, if you have more issues with the Male, center it more into the right, if you have issues with the Female, center it more into the left, and if you feel both are in alignment, allow it to go into the center, and bring them into alignment, because it’s very, very important that you are going to bring forth these frequencies within you to prepare you for alignment. Moving into the Thymus, let the Thymus be totally open for receiving energy of the higher self and activating that frequency more fully. Moving up into the Throat, feeling your voice, your voice is very important in compassion and love, moving up to the sides of your jaw, let it go into your neck, your back, into your spinal column, any areas that are uncomfortable, move it to any organs that don’t work quite the way that you feel they should do. Moving up into your ear canals, and your eyes, and your Third Eye, opening up that Third Eye and the Crown. Allow this relaxation to occur. We’re going to run the bowl, and I want each of you to allow this frequency to run through you as your going through the process.

Breathing, breathing deeply, now feel that total relaxation and now we’re going to bring that ray into a higher frequency. We’re going to prepare you, let it go into the Etheric level, let it go into the Emotional level, and the Mental level, now your whole one body is completely encased with this Emerald Green light. Allow yourself to be in this space of Balance and Harmony. We are doing this now on a physical level, and the Cosmic Great Central Sun will be attuning to the higher level to assist you in the processes that you need to accept within you.

Just relax with the energies that you have been receiving on this frequency as you connect with Gaia, and feel your physical existence just relaxing. Breathe deeply, breathe deeply, breathe deeply, breathe deeply.

Allow yourself to express within your body this balance and harmony that is necessary. Allow the organs, and the muscles, and the tendons, allow the cellular structure, allow the DNA to be activated, and what we need to do with that is to just allow the relaxation to occur. Feel yourself going limp, and within that limpness there is a growth that is occurring because as you allow yourself to relax, then the growth of your future elements comes forward. So we bring that forward to assist you in the process of your divinity, because each of you are aspiring to a higher level of frequency than you have ever brought forth in a physical body. You think you have been challenged now, you wait, you wait until the date of 11.11.11 when there is going to be more light energy coming onto the planet than you ever though possible.

People are going to be awakening; people are going to need you, they are going to need you to bring forth themselves in the elements of all that is occurring. Within those elements that are occurring, there is a frequency of change that is going to happen for each of you. Whatever it is that you are dealing with now, we want to assist you to fully get rid of it, because now is the time.

If you have been inactive, it is now time to be active.

If you have been hiding your work behind closed doors, it is now time to open up the doors.

If you have been dealing with individuals in your life, friends, or family, that do not know who you are, it is now time to show your power in a compassionate and loving way.

This is what we want to assist you with in the next couple of weeks. We are going to be bringing forth these frequencies to elevate yourself into a new level of understanding. Within this level of understanding, you start to see the process that are occurring for you. Within these processes there is going to be great change, because you are ready, you are totally ready to accept and experience a new level of energy than you ever have before. So I say to you, I say to you right now, what is it, what is it that is locked away within you?

What are the elements, if you look into your lower chakras, is there anything that needs to be looked upon, because we’re going to work very hard through Christine in the next two to three weeks to elevate you into the aspects. She is going to be bringing forth projects that are going to assist individuals to open up to these energies. I say to you, it is now time to embrace. You may not get the whole picture, because each of you are going to be on a different level, and that is fine, that is absolutely okay. What we really need to do, is assist in the creation of your light, because that is going to assist in your light quotient, and that is going to assist in your initiation, that’s going to help attune yourself more fully to your soul’s essence. If you have not acquired your higher self within the physical body, we are going to work with you in the next couple of weeks to assist you in this process. We are also going to allow these energies to be more grounded in you so that you are not uncomfortable with what is occurring, this is essentially important with what we are going to bring forth.

So I say to you, as the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, in bringing forth, let us assist you, let us be your mirror. Let us share with you in these frequencies all that you are bringing forth, because it is going to be very, very imperative to allow it to flow through you. So take a deep breath. Take a deep breath, and we have now brought in Lord Sananda has brought in the Emerald Green Ray of Harmony and Balance, this is also associated with Serapis Bey, and it is also associated with the light that is very, very important in all aspects of your Being. So now we are going to bring it up a notch or two, we are going to bring that Harmony and Balance into a higher frequency. So we are going to ask it move into more of a universal level, which it brings it into flecks of Green with Gold, and eventually we are going to bring in the Crystalline Light, so take a deep breath.

Feel the frequency now coming down onto your Antakarana Bridge and we’re going to allow the cosmic energy to come down and we want you to receive whatever levels are important for you. If you are not ready to receive the cosmic level, you will see inflections of a Green or a Gold then moving into a Lime Green or an Emerald Green, but what our intention to you now is to bring in that Crystalline light of the Cosmic.

I want you to spin from your Antakarana Bridge into your Soul Star and opening up your Central Canal, it’s going to go deep into each of your chakras, it’s going to go into your cellular level, it’s going to go into your muscles and tendons, and all inner workings of the body, the organs, the bloodstream, all the systems that work within the spinal column. So let’s do that now, we are going to take a moment to allow the bowl to be rung. You run it through you, we will command it to be, but it’s going to be your guidance that brings it in.

Breathing, breathing, breathing.

Feel that influctuations of the Cosmic energies of the Crystalline Light of the Golden, of the Green, of fluctuations of the Higher Green into a Lower Green. Allow it to go into areas, the parts that really need healing on a physical level, you will see fluctuations of a Deeper Green, but allow the essence to come within you. It depends on where you are presently, if your Root is still confused with your fears and your thought forms, your probably going to be feeling more of a physical level, if you moved through that your going to be seeing a higher level. So allow all these colors to blend together, allow the Emerald Green. Allow the Higher Greens and the Fluorescent Greens, with the Green and the Gold and all the way up to the Crystalline Light. Allow them all to blend together so whatever level of frequency of light needs to go into your areas, they are going to go there.

Breathe! ~ Breathe!

As you breathe you are receiving, you are receiving this frequency to allow you to relax with what is happening for you. As you do that your Solar Plexus is going to open up to a new level of awareness. This level of awareness is going to allow yourself to receive the empowerment that you are, and as you receive this empowerment, you feel the frequency that is running through you and allow that essence that you are to fully be in complete Harmony. Allow this Harmony to come through you, allow it to come into your thoughts and into your feelings, allow it to go into all areas of your body. You may feel tingling in any physical areas, you may feel your ears tingling, or you may hear a buzzing sound, it’s all opening up all avenues for you to receive more of the frequency of your pathway.

As this occurs, you start to see within you a frequency that is different. Feel the acceptance, feel the love, feel the enjoyment as now your Higher Self is entering through the Antakarana Bridge and if he/or she is already there, we’re just going to activate him/or her, so that’s okay. As we get into the Thymus area, we allow the Sea Foam Green in the Thymus area to fully be opened across your chest, across your upper back and feel that frequency moving. As your Soul’s Essence takes a deep breath, do some AAAHHH’S; AAAHHH AAAHHH, AAAHHH and as that occurs you start to feel the energy move down your body and through your Chakra system to the Central Canal. It’s all the elements of your physical body; it’s your Physical, Etheric, Emotional, and Mental all become one huge body of light, then the circumference of your spiritual body blends with that because that is your Soul’s Essence.

That is your Soul’s Essence, that is what your Soul is desiring to be part of, all of these elements, to allow these frequencies to come through you, to allow yourself to just relax and receive, relax and receive, relax and receive. You start to do that and you feel the elements occurring for you, and within these elements you start to understand the expression that is occurring. Your expression is an amazing feat, you may see colors, you may see visions, you may feel a pathway that is quite open, or there may be something that you have been thinking about that now it’s filled with Harmony. It’s all harmonizing, and you will see as you do this, as you allow the harmonization within your own being that whatever you do not need will fall away with the energies, and the ones that are coming toward you will be more toward you because they will be the vibration that you are more accepting. Allow this vibration to be fully within you in this moment as you stand in this presence, as you stand in this presence of your soul’s essence and feel your souls essence relaxing within you. As you are now One, allow that frequency to be within you, allow this essence, practice this, practice this on your own, you will see that it will change things within you, and what needs to come up will come up as a process, it is a very important aspect that is to occur.

Breathing deeply within that. Breathing deeply in all That You Are, All That You Can Be, and All That You Are Accepting In This Moment.

WE, of the Divine Mother and Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun, fully attune you to this frequency to assist you to relax, relax with the frequency that is you, and relax within the energy of the Earth plane. As the Earth plane is changing from a 4^th dimensional to a 5^th dimensional frequency, this is going to assist. I say to you, just allow the vibration of what you are feeling, just embrace yourself, nurture yourself, hold your arms around you, and feel your own presence because this is what is going to help with empowerment. The more you are empowered within yourself, the more you have better relationships, because others will see that you Love yourself so deeply, and the you can speak so freely, and allow yourself to be vulnerable, and everything else will fall away. You will see how it is the Divine Plan, of all this in Creation the You Are.

We, the Divine Mother and Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun, bless you in this moment, bless you in this frequency to assist you in the nurturing capability within your Heart, within your Thymus, within all elements of your body, and just take a deep breath and “AAAHH, AAAHHH, AAAHHH”. It is our pleasure to bless you in this moment, and we walk with each of you upon this planet as the acceleration is going to be tremendous. Allow yourself to accept and be what you are experiencing, because it is all true, it is all part of the process. You have a Divine Right to feel it and to ground it within these physical bodies.

Greetings, Greeting, Greetings!

This is Lord Sananda speaking it is a pleasure to be here once again to assist you in the Divinity and the Light and the frequency that we are all sharing with each other. It is my utmost pleasure to bring forward to you this evening an Integration of Balancing Movement, but also to understand the frequencies that you are all bringing forth into your lives. The Earth is changing greatly and each of you are doing the work that is so desperately needed. It is important for you to remember, not only are you healing yourself, but your healing the all.

We are at a time that the energies are shifting once again. So I say to you in these moments:

What is it that you desire to create?

What is that you desire to release?

What is that you desire to ground within you?

It’s very important for you to realize, that each of these elements are important in your Transformation. As this transformation is growing within you, it is being centered around you in the Frequency and the Light of all that you are is being Actualized more deeply than ever before. The elements circling outside of the Earth, into the Solar, the Galactic, the Universal, and the Cosmic Forces are coming in Unison, and allowing these elements to become more fully focalized in your lives. If you have not already experienced this, you will be.

The deeper your prayers, the deeper your gratitude, the deeper your blessings; and the greater the work that will be done. I’m not talking about your own inner work and how you are processing the elements that are happening to you, I’m talking about the outside forces that are going to assist you greatly. We speak to you this evening for the Christ Consciousness and the Creative Source of Oneness through the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God of the Great Central Sun and the Cosmic Energies. It is time for each of you to stand amongst others that are doing the same, and this frequency is a minority, but we want it to be a majority.

So how do we bring this forth unto others? How do we allow ourselves to fully feel the capacity that is growing within each of us so that the energies can be opened up to share with other like-minded people? The higher the frequency, the better the element of connection, this is very, very essential as you move through your days towards the 11.11.11. Some may find that their plans are changing for this miraculous energetic event due to the Cosmic Forces within them and around them. Some are changing their lives greatly at this time. Some have already changed their lives, and are trying to adjust to the newer frequencies and ground them fully. Some are just allowing the frequencies to come within them, as they adjust within their environments that they already are living within. This process can be very challenging, because as you move into the Higher Forces of the Cosmic Energies, there is no reason, there is no capability to understand why, there just is. As each of you are transforming yourselves into these Multidimensional InterGalactic Beings, you are Actualizing your Potentiality within your physical bodies. These changes can happen quickly, and without notice.

So we say to you this evening, let us all share with one another in this frequency of light that is coming into each of you. You are showing to so many, what it is to be in this frequency. You are sharing within yourself the eventual changes that are occurring. Allow them to blend outside of you. Allow them to be in the frequency of All That Is, because that is what the basis of this communication call is about. There is no other energy surge that is going to assist you in these moments except to allow your own Divinity to be within you.

This is the process; yes, we bring through these frequencies through Christine, but the full actualization that is how you integrate it, how you allow it to come into your body, how you allow your self to process after this occurs; it is your individual choice what you do with it. All we are doing is allowing the frequency to access your own I AM Presence more fully within the physical body. This is not an easy task, and we know this, and we commend you for doing so. So I say to you, Open up your heart, allow your energies to expand, allow your Chakras to be totally open, beyond the seven levels and going up into the Higher Levels. Allow yourself to feel the frequencies because it is your Divine Right to do so. Within that Divinity, you fully accept yourself in a new capacity than you ever had previously. It is now our time to understand this fully, within our Mind, our Heart, and our bodies.

It is a miraculous occurrence for each of you to experience in this way. So I say to you in these moments, “Allow yourself not to think about what is occurring, allow your emotions to be put aside, and just be the sponge and allow all those little elements within your full energetic field to be soaked up by these frequencies.” Then as they come into the different aspects of your Being, you will start to understand exactly what is occurring for you. So I say to you, “Be the Sponge and soak up this Glorious frequency of light as it is about to be imbued within your Being more fully than it has been previously.”

I AM the Divine Mother and Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun to bring forth to you this evening this Frequency of Light that is going to be a combination of the Cosmic of the Multi-Universal, the Universal, the Galactic of the Solar and the Planetary to be fully integrated within your Being. I ask of you right now just to be the receiving agent, allow the Solar energies and all the frequencies that are within you to combine as one being of light. As we bring you the frequencies of the Rays of God, the frequencies of the Blues and Yellows, the Greens and Golds, and Violets and Pearlescent, and Higher Greens and Higher Golds, and Higher Yellows. Allow the Essence that is to come in whatever way that you see them.

Breathe deeply, breathe deeply in this frequency of all that is to bring in those multi-dimensional levels, to bring in all those essences of all those lives that are now ready to be awakened in the frequency of All That You Are, of all the gifts that you bring forth. Allow that to unfold within you, allow yourself to create the knowledges within your life, allow yourself to fully feel the totality, allow yourself to complete the essences that you are. Feel it now circling within you as it comes down into your Chakra system, into your Central Canal, multi-colored energies spinning in a Diamond like fashion filtering down into your Crown, into your Third Eye. As the light expands moving into your Throat, as the essence that you are to speak clearly into your Thymus, feel the activation of your Souls Essence of your Higher Self moving into your body, moving fully into your Heart, feel your Lotus Heart expanding in all ways. Feel the frequency of the Love that is flowing through in all these vibrations, allowing it now to go down into your Solar Plexus. Allow your Power, your Inner Power to be activated in this essence and then move it into the lower energies of the Sacral, and then moving down into the Root.

Feel it expanding, feel it expanding in the frequency that You Are. Allow it now to move into your limbs, and into your Earth Star. Now feel your Earth Star and your Soul Star spinning simultaneously with all these frequencies of light. If you see one color that is more predominate that the other, that is just fine, that is what you need the most in this moment. Just breathe and be the Essence that You Are in this body. Express it fully within your breath. Feel the breath, feel the essence that is you.

Breathe deeply and allow it to go down into your Core, and feel the Core Essence being expanded in the frequency of All That You Are. Allow that frequency to flow through you. Now, now let us see, let us see, what is that you need in this moment? What is that you desire? What is your most important aspect of yourself right now that needs assistance with? Let’s take a breath, and let’s just intend for that frequency to be fully within.

Feel the blessing, feel the blessing of your light, feel the blessing of your activation, feel the blessing of your Soul’s Essence, feel the blessing of your Angelic Self, feel the blessing of your Galactic Self, feel the blessing of your Interplanetary, into the Multiuniversal levels, into the Inner Plane level. Bring those frequencies, bring those frequencies that you are into your body right now to assist you in your full dimensional capacity in order to receive the full dimensional capacity; you must be willing to expand yourself, to expand yourself into All that Is. What is it, what is it within you that aspires to this level of Essence?

Allow the level of essence to flow through you, as it flows through you, you feel the level of expansion that is going into all the cellular structure, into all those areas in your body that may need it the most, wherever it is that is your weakest spot, allow it to go there now. If you are having issues in your physical body any place, let it go to those areas. Be the sponge, be the sponge, be the sponge so that the whole body is now embracing this Light That You Are. The light of all the Essences, the Light Within.

See it shining brightly now, look deep within your Heart. As you look deep within your Heart, you feel yourself expanding in a different way than you have before, because now we have removed all the elements. All these frequencies of colors mean many different things, they transform, they transmute, they release, they express, they embrace. They do all these elements, they do every part of us, so right now you are bringing forth that frequency.

Now feel the Golden flame coming down deep, and suddenly into your Heart area. Feel that 12^th Ray and that 12^th Chakra being activated as it never has before, because this is the activation that you need to fully accept your Divinity, to accept your Truth upon this Earth. You already have it, your Soul has it, just allow yourself to feel that Soul Essence within you. Allow it to expand through all that you are experiencing in this moment.

We ask that whatever your releasing, to be removed. ~ We ask that whatever your transmuting, to be dissipated.

We ask that whatever you are embracing, to feel it more fully than you ever have before. Feel the essence of a Huge Embrace of Love, Compassion, Joy, Acceptance, and all that you come forth with. Allow your knowledges from the past to be fully activated within your Pineal Gland. Allow yourself to fully understand these processes. How do you understand it? You understand it from the Higher Mind, the Higher Self’s Mind, not the Physical Mind. So we ask that the Higher Mind to be fully activated in this moment. We ask for the Lower Mind to be fully dissipated and transformed into the Light Body that you are becoming. Allow yourself to feel this now, because there is more. There is so much more that you are going to be doing than you are doing in these moments.

Allow that to be expressed through you and then feel that in your Earth Star. Allow your Earth Star to ground that. It’s important to ground these frequencies through your body, and not just keep them in the Higher Levels. Allow the Pineal Gland to bring forth those frequencies of those knowledges, and allow that to come down into your Throat so you can speak them. Allow them to come down into your Heart so that you can feel them. Allow them to come down into your Solar Plexus so that you can you empowered by them. Allow them to come down fully to your lower bodies, and ground it to your Root. Allow yourself to have the Creativity flow of these energies in your Sacral area. All of these elements are occurring for you. Now you are bringing the full faceted body that you have been asked to accept.

Accept it! Accept it! Accept it!

Say to yourself: “I accept all that I AM right now. I AM nothing less and I AM nothing more. I AM that I AM that I AM”

Yes! Yes! Yes!

You are embodying your I Presence this moment, allow yourself to be that totality of the sponge that is you in the totality and the expression that is within yourself so that you can fully anticipate, so that you can accept that you can bring forth the Divinity of all that is. Breathe deeply in that. Breathe deeply in the Essence and the Beingness that You Are and Accept. Accept your Essence now, this is your Essence, this is not our Essence, it is not anyone else’s Essence, it is the Essence of your Soul’s Frequency. Feel that now shining through your Heart and your Solar Plexus and your Thymus. As you allow that to shine outwards, these three Chakras all blend together and you now become within the 5^th Dimensional Chakra system. Feel that Power within you, feel that power, it’s not an ego power, it’s just a power of acceptance. It’s a Power to change and transform anything in your life that you choose to.

Accept this Power, Accept It Now.

Each of you are going through a transition, as we all know the transitions happen on a daily basis on a moment by moment basis. Allow this frequency to ground all that you have not accepted within your physical body, and then it will expand outwardly and you will see. You will see the Divinity that you are to be shown to another, and the full Divinity of your Essence. As the Gods and the Godessess are coming together; they may not even realize it, but it is a beautiful Divine Love. You must feel this Divine Love within yourself first in order to express it to another, this is essentially important.

You cannot let your mind get in the way, and you cannot let your emotions stop you, so the process of this can be very challenging because of your history on a physical plane. Humanity has not been kind to you with this, so now we expand to you this Divinity and this Love that is you because we express it to you from the core essence. Allow this birthing process to occur within your body as you fully accept all that you desire, all that you create, all that you manifest. You have the ability, allow yourself to permeate it, and feel it in every essence of your Being. Feel it deeply into your Physical structure, into your Etheric body, into your Emotional body, and your Mental body, and then your Spiritual body, and then they all swirl together and become One Body of Light.

There is no difference; you are just in the now. You are allowing yourself to be. This is the moment of your rebirth, feel that frequency within you. Accept yourself as you never have previously.

We, of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, express these elements to you in this moment, because it is time; the time is coming to feel this more fully. If you don’t quite feel it all the way, and you’re not quite sure what is occurring for you, continue with this, allow yourself to accept it. In the process of All That Is, there is a shift that occurs, and within this shifting process allow it to be fully embodied within you, because this is the expression of your light, and allow it to expand outside of you as you share it with others. That mirror image that you are expressing will come to you in the form of another. When you find it, you will see, that there is nothing more powerful within those moments, than to be expressed in the frequency of All That Is, and then it will grow out to many others, and your gifts are going to be expanded within each of you.

As you expand to each other, it is a time of community. First, remember, this is important for the Divinity of your Love to fully come into your body, personally and individually, and express that fully within you. We, of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, fully express this essence in complete Unity and in complete Love, as the focus of our light is changing greatly as you accept it more fully within your own Physical Existence.

The possibilities are limitless, they just go on and on and on, unlimited completely. Allow yourself to understand this, allow yourself to ground it through all these frequencies that we have given you this evening. We are here in the Oneness to assist you in this process. Our gratitude is to each of you for being the way-showers of this New Earth.

Greetings, Greetings, Greetings,

This is Lord (Sananda) Adama speaking [Note on this call, we seemed to have connected with both Sananda & Adama]. The blessings of this evening are in the reflection of whom you are that you are bringing forth. Many of you are aspiring to great movements in a different capacity than you were before. This is so very wonderful to see. As you bring forth these Frequencies of Light within you in the essence that is incorporating within your body, you start to see the changes. The changes in your reactions, the changes in how you feel about things, and also the elements that are arising from those particles that can no longer hold those higher frequencies.

This week we are incorporating within each of you more of the same that we have been doing, but in a more balanced format. I say to you, if you have been doing your work, and continually tuning into what is not with you, or what needs to be changed or accelerated, then these frequencies need to be more balanced within your system. If you are feeling these elements arise out of you, and coming out of your four-body system, and maybe not even knowing what the elements may be, but knowing some kind of movement needs to be done, allow your Higher Self into the Physical Being and Accept the Divinity of your being that is occurring for you. This is very, very important of what is occurring. This is essentially an element that is necessary for you because what is happening within your own mindset, within your own Heart Essence within your Higher Self within your Higher Mind and your Higher Heart is your understanding that something doesn’t feel right. When something doesn’t feel right, then that is when you have to take action. The action may be as simple as a meditation, or it may be a cleansing process, or it may be a walk in nature, whatever it is, it needs to be done.

In the elements that are arising, you will see that it will cause the emotions to overreact, there may be nervousness, there may be anxiousness, there may be irritability because it’s going to react within you in the essence of what is happening in your physical being. As you are accelerating yourself into these new processes of being a multidimensional being within these physical bodies, it can be very, very difficult to do so. Your body is not used to the accumulation of higher light particles that you are acquiring within you. As you are acquiring those higher light particles, there is a division that occurs between your lower body and your higher body. Some of you have already accessed higher body and the lower body is not there, but what it does is create a remembrance.

Within that remembrance, if you don’t take care of it, that is when you can fall back to those lower bodies. Why do these things occur when each of you are trying so desperately to move forward in the development of your ascension process? Environmental conditions, working around others, being around others, the earth plane not being in a 5^th dimensional frequency; all of these elements come into play. As each of you are way-showers, and teachers and healers, its important for you to access the parts of yourself that need to be fully activated continually.

This is exactly what is occurring in these months ahead towards 11.11.11. Each of you are moving into a new phase, of being within yourself, and within that phase of Beingness there is a fluctuation and a change that is occurring within you. It is important to always reflect within yourself to know your highest sense and your highest purpose to bring forth that reflection that is you. Otherwise, it is going to pull you back down. These frequencies are very, very intense that are coming to the earth. Each of you are very, very intense, so it is important to take care of business. This is what we want to assist you with. We do this every week, at this time, to bring forth these frequencies for each of you to act upon them in your own experiences. They are not something that you should do once, and then forget about. If there are any parts within of what I speak of what the Great Central Sun brings forth, that you can utilize and conform in a concise format, please do so, because it is only going to accelerate in your essence even more so.

The process of speaking aloud, and allowing your words to go out into the avenues of the world around us is very important, because vibrations are going beyond the concept of your mind. You keep them within your mind, and you communicate through your throats, that is very powerful, but we are trying to assist the earth plane. So what is happening is that those reverberations that are occurring through your voice activation are going through to all levels surrounding the earth, into the Etheric earth and beyond. Thought processes are very important, but the vibration needs to happen in all the essences and in all the creation of this Earth.

So we say to you this evening, we are going to vibrate within you these frequencies to assist you in the process of what you are going through. I sit here, within this lovely lady’s body, and there are two other individuals that are here with her in Mount Shasta, and each of them are aspiring to these frequencies also, as each of you should. Just because you cannot be in Mount Shasta with the magical energies, does not mean that you cannot incorporate it within you. What we are doing now is to allow these frequencies to come to you each of you individually, and it may not come with a word or a thought or a feeling, but it is a frequency. Within the frequency is a vibration, and that is what this call is about. So, we give to you the energy of the magical essence that is within the core of this mountain, and I am not speaking about Telosian city, I am speaking about the core of the mountain herself. So as we bring forth this frequency within each of you, it will assist in the process of your divinity to allow that to flow so much easier than it has been previously.

So that is our message this evening, allow the vibration of these frequencies to be fully within your being in the Acceptance of All that You are. My goal, as Lord Sananda has always been to bring forth the Christ Consciousness within each of you so that each of us can share with one another what these Divinities represent. The thought processes within your lower mind cannot assimilate them, so we allow the vibration to now enter your being with that frequency within you. Be prepared for a change this evening.

I AM the Divine Mother and Divine Father God of the Great Central Sun at your service. We are here in this frequency of all that is that brings forth the elements of the changes that are necessary so that your frequency does not shift backwards. Breathe for us and allow this essence of your being to be fully within the elements of your physicality. Feel this frequency coming down into your cells, into your muscles, into your bone structure and allow the essence that is you to be fully prepared. Feel this preparation move through you and allow this frequency to be the one essence of your Being.

There is nothing else that matters in this moment, except to allow these multidimensional aspects of your self to be fully activated within the physical self. Breathe deeply into your solar plexus of your inner power and allow that to be fully imbued with the quality of Devotion. We allow the Devotion to be fully in the aspect of your own devotion in this moment, not the devotion that you are sharing with each other, but of the direct line of communication from us to you. We express this to you in this moment to allow you to feel the power that is within your solar plexus to allow this frequency to blend through you to accept the Divinity that is occurring.

Breathe~ Breathe~ Breathe~

As we bring forth the Deep Ruby Red in the frequency of this Ray. Now let it go down in your Sacral, let it go to the Sacral area to allow the sexual organs, the creativity flow through you and move it down into your Root, the base of your structure of the physical body. No matter what Chakras and Rays you have attuned within you, it will all blend with this frequency in this moment. Now go to your Hearts, and feel the Heart expanding in the levels of light that is acceptable for you in this moment. Then take it up about seven octaves and allow that frequency to move, feel the essence of this frequency in your Heart Center and let it spin in a clockwise manner. Allow your Lotus Heart to blend with this frequency of this Ray that is your devotion. Feel your Male and Female in balance as the marriage is occurring in your own Heart Center.

Allow it to go into your Throat, and the communication. Allow your Heart to expand in your Throat as you learn to communicate with Love, as you learn to say your feelings, as you learn to express what you wanted to say for such a long time in such a compassionate nature. Moving that frequency up into your Third Eye, allow yourself to be Devoted to the Essence that you feel. Allow your Beingness to come within you. Allow that Essence to come into your Third Eye and blend, blend, and blend. Now expand it into the Crown, and the Crown blends with the Third Eye, and the Throat, and the Heart, and the Solar Plexus, and the Sacral, and the Root, and you go into the Thymus and feel that Activation of your Higher Essence. If he or she is not activated in your body right now, we ask for it to be fully activated.

Feel the Power of your Higher Mind of your Higher Ego of the Essence the You Are.

Bring it fully into your Thymus, and expand. If he or she is already activated, we are just going to send that frequency into a Higher Level than it has been previously. Feel the vibrations running through you, feel the Devotion that you have between you and God essence that we are. Feel that line of Beauty coming through you. Feel your Self expressing this within.

Now let it settle, now let it settle.

Let it go into your Etheric body, as it circles out from your feet and it goes around you and crosses into your Soul Star and comes across and down again. Then we go into the Emotional, allow the Emotional body to feel this Devotion,.and the expression of your emotions and be able to share them freely with others. Now move into your Mental body, and feel the expression coming through your mental level and allowing that frequency to run through you. Now feel all these bodies blending together, and now the four-body system becomes One huge body of light, this is your Spiritual body.

This is the Activation of your Light Body. Allow your light body to be fully activated. Allow yourself to express within you. Now I want you to think about a situation. I want you to feel something that is necessary in your life, maybe you need to communicate it. It does not have to be a releasement, it can be an activation of what you want to share with another. Allow that to come through you now, allow that activation to move through you so that you can fully communicate through your voice, and express from your Heart what it is that you are expressing deeply within your Being.

It is the Love essence that you are, and allow this Love essence to be shared with another. As you share this Love essence with another, you start to feel that frequency coming back to you, it is the beauty that is you. The beauty is the sharing and it’s the movement and as you do, you feel the old elements that have been in your past. It may be a past life, or many past lives, or maybe just little particles of anxiousness, or elements that do not feel quite right and they come to the surface. As they come to the surface they exit out of your crown and they leave you and those elements are being dissipated out of your Crown, they go through your Soul Star, and it’s just pure light. You go back into your Solar Plexus and you feel that emotional center.

AAAH!

As you feel that Devotion within you and as you express that Devotion that is within you, you start to feel the change that is occurring in your composition of your Physical Being, it goes into your Physical body. It goes into elements that may be weak, maybe those are areas that are hurting right now, allow that Devotion to go because now you cleared, you’ve cleared the debris, you’ve cleared the elements that have been stopping you. It may have been something so very small, but it was particles of elements that were not quite right for the New You. Now you have moved your Essence into a Higher Octave, a Higher Frequency, we have moved the frequency up 20% than it was before. Allow this frequency now to ground through you, move it down through your feet and allow it to go through your Earth Star, and allow yourself to be expressed in this.

Feel the body fuller, feel the frequency within you, feel your Essence whole, the elements, feel your muscles tighten, feel the Power and the Structure that is within you to allow yourself to feel the Divinity that You Are. Express yourself fully now. Feel that expression deeply, feel that expression deeply, and just settle with that. I am going to use the bowl and now I want you to fully intuit what is the action that you need to do to assist the frequency you have received.

Breathing deeply, feel the elements changing within you. Feel your cellular structure, feel your DNA activating on a much Higher Level. It is your Multi-dimensional body that is being activated in this moment.

We the Divine Mother and Divine Father God express this to you. It is our expression that is coming through for you. It is an expression that you have intuited on your other levels of existence. It is an expression of your Angelic Self. It is an expression of your Form that was created in the very Beginning. Allow yourself to embrace it. If you are not quite ready to embrace all of it, it is okay, it will come when it is ready.

You must create the action for it to be fully moved through your entire being. Now is the time, now is the time to fully step to where you need to be. There is no time like the present. There is no other time. We do not have time, you do not have time. So let us express this deeply within yourselves, ourselves, in the Oneness that we are all together.

WE the Divine Mother and Divine Father God embrace you for this pathway that you are walking upon because you are sharing with us exactly what you need to be doing. You may not be sharing through your words, but you are expressing it through your elements. You are expressing that light frequency, you are expressing yourself. Your personal relationships are about to change, many are changing already, more of this expression is coming through. Allow this expression to fully be within you, it is important to let go of the elements and the particles that do not exist in your capacity of this new light.

It is important for you to accept the new ones that are coming in. It is important for you to have the full balance and to feel the Love and the expression of all that you are completely and totally all the time. Allow this to be in the Essence of All that You Are, because this is the Beauty and the Acceptance. This you will see will make the changes within your lifestyle, within the frequencies, within the manifestations that you are all desiring to Create.

Now is the Time, we are in the present, we are in the Harvest Month. Allow that Harvest Month to fully come in you and bring in that expression of light, because it is the process of your Divinity that needs to be accumulated now. There is no time. Now is the time. Now is the frequency. Embrace this moment of Divinity, it is your Divinity, it is our Divinity, but it is your personal Devotion to yourself. Devote some moments each day in the expression that you are, and you will see the changes that will result for you.

We the Cosmic Great Central Sun fully, fully understand the processes that you’re going through, and fully understand that now it is time for us to fully carry you in this Divinity and this Frequency that are bringing forth to you. Greetings, this is Lord Sananda speaking. Thank you so much for being with us on this special day. It truly is a difference, people have really been activating themselves. If they are remembering the souls that have been lost, that is fine because it is bringing in that connection that we so desperately need to have on this planet.

Let’s keep it up!

That is our goal, that is our goal in these moments, to please keep up these frequencies to allow every one of you to not only send out these energies, but to receive them, and we ask that to come into to Beingness because that’s what these calls are so representative of; the frequency of our connection with each other. So as we come together on this great occasion, tonight is an activation to assist in this process to keep it going.

We truly want to a continuance of what everyone is putting out there; we put out these activations in the aspects of the divinity that we are, and we start to see a change. These changes won’t be in attitude but will be in our interactions with others, the changes will be lifestyles, people are going to start to think to themselves what it is that they are doing, and what it is they need to be doing to continue with these frequencies. That is our goal this evening.

Our goal is to stabilize what has occurred today of the blessings of the joy of the remembrance and also to express to each other that life is eternal. Life is eternal and goes on for quite a long time, forever and ever and ever, some do not realize this. Today people are thinking about other things than themselves, and that is the beauty of today. That is fully what is occurring as every individual was expressing their prayers of this tragedy on this Earth and it was a remembrance of how short life can be.

So we truly want this to continue, we want others to realize that it is not just their own little world that can make such a difference, it is the worlds coming together into the nucleus of the circle that we are. It is important for us to realize, that as we converse with others, these elements can occur very deeply. So let’s breathe deeply through our Hearts. What was your most intense prayer today? What was the aspect that you took out of yourself and gave it to the universe, or gave it to another, or gave it to the souls of 9/11 and also beyond of the war and everything that else that has occurred since that time, because it is just a domino effect. I say to you, think of a frequency, I am going to make you work a little bit. Think of a frequency of what this thought, or this prayer would represent.

Was it a Pink Ray?
Was it devotion?
Was it transmutation?
Was it balance?
Was it God Essence?
Was it all the rays together?
Was it the frequency of the light to send it out?

If you are thinking of Oneness, let’s think of the Essence of God’s light, of Crystalline Light being all colors and many colors.

I want you now to send that back to you, not that the thoughts, but the frequency. I want you to mirror that back to you, feel that mirroring effect in you now. Breathe deeply in that. As you do that embrace that in your Heart, embrace in this element, because I believe that what you sent out today is also important for you to receive yourself. So in order to give, we must also receive, and in this circumstance we are giving first and then we are receiving. So we are allowing the mirrors of the Universal level to go fully out of us and then coming back to us, feel that reverberation.

I will say to you that whatever occurred for you this day, after you did any kind of connection during the day, that it probably reflected what you sent out. I use Christine as a an example of this, she mirror out into the world, although she didn’t connect with anyone person at that time, she connected with others, and she connected with nature, with the eagle, and the deer, and the dragonfly, and the water, and the fire, and the air, and the earth.

What is it that you felt on this day? This is truly what I want each of you to think about, I want you to not just think about it, I want you to connect with that. Allow yourself to express that Divinity because it is yours, this is an aspect of yourself that you sent out of you to assist the planet or others and let’s bring that forth now. So I ask you to open up your Heart Center, and allow that Heart Center to spin in a clockwise manner as the Lotus Heart totally opens up. So allow this Core Essence, allow your intuitive sense to see whatever colors that are coming to you in this moment.

Are you seeing Violets, Blues, Greens, Goldens, or Silver, Platinum, mixture of colors, maybe you are seeing basic colors of reds or oranges mixed with the other colors, deep Reds, Bright Reds, Hot Pink, and all variations. Whatever it is that you want to intuit, see them coming in streams of light coming into your Heart, and feel that centering through you. As you are feeling it center in you, you begin to feel the Divinity that is you. It is almost like someone is standing in front of you and sending you these frequencies just as you did to others today, it is the mirror effect.

Allow your Higher Self to embrace what you were receiving. Allow those elements to be fully within you, because what you will see is that what you bring forth is truly what you need most, and this is what we want to bring forth, is the balance in this moment. So now I ask of you just to receive all the colors that I am going to state.

We are going to bring in Reds, Greens, Oranges and Yellows ;we are going to bring in the frequencies of all these moments, of Platinums, Golds, Violets, Blues, Silvers and Crystalline colors, and Multi colors, and the Platinum Ray mixed in with all these. They are like streams of light, just soft like sparkles of light coming into your Heart, and then centering into the rest of your body. Feel that focusing in your body and allow it to go up and down, and allow it to go up and go down, and within you and around you. As it moves into your Etheric level, into the emotional level, and into the Mental level. All these frequencies are now blending into each other.

So I say to you now, just relax into this, these are your aspects of your divinity that are necessary for you to fully feel the effects of what is occurring for you. It is my pleasure to be with you here in these moments. This is going to help you create the balance that is necessary.

Let us take a breath and feel this essence. Let us fully the divinity that is coming into you in this moment. What Lord Sananda has shared with you in this exact moment is more powerful than each of us giving you an attunement, because what you are receiving is your Divinity back within your physical body. This is the purest form of essence that you can bring to you, so now what we are going to do is we are going to vibrate that to a higher level. So we are going to take this up a few notches so that you can allow yourself to be more fully you than you have previously.

It is always easy to share with another, than it is to give to yourself, and this is the lesson today. We honor each of you so very deeply. We are so filled with so much love and joy and compassion for everyone on the earth for what they have put forth. Many of you have shared with others the work that has been done, many of you have done the work with others, many of you are accelerating yourselves in different ways than you have previously because of the work that you are doing with others.

So I ask of you in this moment, I ask of you to just sit and relax and allow these frequencies to be fully within your being. As you bring forth a new level of understanding within you, I ask you of you to feel that Heart Center, feel that Lotus Heart now, it is blossoming with a beautiful flower. What does that flower represent to you? Where do those petals go? Do they filter into the other areas of your Being? Are they centering upon the cellular level so the tingling of the movement within your body is continuing? Are you allowing it to move into your Etheric level and to clear out all the debris that is necessary? All that debris in comes from many lifetimes that your Soul has carried. Your Soul needs this cleansing, it is very imperative.

So we say to you this evening, allow the cleansing to begin. Allow the acceptance and the integration to begin. Allow yourself to know that there is so much for you than you can ever realize. Within this frequency of light you bring forth the acceptance and the love that is within you. Let us expand that Lotus Heart even further. As we do that I want everyone to take a deep breath. As you bring forth the cleansing that is necessary, allow these elements to come fully into your Lotus Heart. Feel the frequency of the Silvers, the Blues, the Golds, the Oranges, the Greens, the Violets, the Golden Violets, and the High Blues, and the High Lavenders, and all the frequencies of the Golden mixed with all the colors, and the Pearlescent, and allowing yourself to bring forth this frequency.

As you bring forth this frequency, you start to understand what it is that is occurring. Within this occurrence, you start to understand there is a Frequency and a Love fully being connected with in you being. Allow the frequencies to bring you to a new level of your creation. Allow your Soul’s Essence to expand to you what it is fully, not in words, but just in feelings and vibrations to bring forth these energies into the experiences of your light. As you bring forth the experiences of your Light into the physical body, the transition is starting to occur. Each of you gave deeply today, and now we give to you in return. Your Soul gives you in return exactly what you need. In this frequency of energy, you start to understand the essence that is happening. The Essence of your Divinity, the essence of your frequency, it is not an understanding of your mind, but your higher mind fully accepts this. Your Higher Heart is experiencing all the frequencies of light to come through you.

Breathe that in now, breathe that in, and as you do that your wisdom is going to expand. You must allow your intuitive side, your female side to fully activate it. Sit, sit and receive, sit and receive, and allow that essence that is you to be fully within you. You shall experience life in a different manner than you ever have before. As you do that you start to see the expression and all that you are, this is the beauty that is occurring. It is a remembrance; it is a remembrance that we have been talking about for such a long time. It is finally coming in.

The planet today was increasing the light just by expanding their love to the souls that had perished during the Twin Tower tragedies, and not just the Twin Tower, but the war and everything else that has occurred. That domino effect has been moving further and further. Let us now today, we saw a closing of a door of light of compassion and love.

Now I ask each of you, we ask each of you as the Mother and Father God, to sit and receive this light. It is your time, it is your time this evening to fully express this within you, you deserve it. Take this information and utilize it anytime you choose to. It will envelope you, it will allow you to fully feel that frequency fully within you. You must allow it to come, and not push it way by trying to express too much. You must always take care of yourself, this is the expression of what is occurring right now, that is the balance.

It is very, very important that balance comes in many ways, it comes in the male and the female, it comes in the giving and the receiving, it comes within the acceptance fully within your physical body, because without that acceptance, you cannot transpire yourself to that higher level of frequency. Stop in this moment, and reflect what it is you are receiving right now. Try to see a vision, if you could feel a word, or feel a vision, or feel an experience of what this means for you. See yourself in the expression of all that is.
See us together, all swimming around in a pool of light, and there is nothing but bliss, and joy, and experiences of love flowing in us and around us to bring forth that capacity to accept our soul’s essence, our purpose. Do not let your lower mind try and figure it out, it can not be figured out from that state of mind. It must flow through you, it must move through you into the expression that you fully are so that it fully goes into the experience of all.

Feel that permeating every part of your body at this moment. It’s going into your physical body, into your cells, into your organs and your muscles, into your bloodstream, and into all of the inner workings of your body. Allow it to go into the fluid levels, allow it to balance out anything that needs balancing in this moment. We ask for all dis-ease to be removed with these aspects of light frequency. We move it into the Etheric level so the Etheric level becomes much clearer and those thought processes that have been stopping you are totally moved away. We ask for the karmic bonds to be released, so that the interactions with others is of a soul relationship and not a karmic issue, that the 3rd dimensional frequency between relationships does not continue anymore.

If you find yourself, you need to clear more, take your hands and move them in front of your heart, put your palms towards your heart, and move your hands up and down and just swish them away. Use that Golden Machete that you received, and allow yourself to be relieved of all of the pressure of all that has been occurring. Allow the Emotional to be filled with so much love and acceptance, and not the pain that we have had for eons and eons. Feel that Joy and that Bliss more fully, and feel that mental level interacting with the emotional level using your higher mind and that higher wisdom and just getting ideas, and you’re not sure where they are coming from but you are allowing your higher mind and that is your male side in its highest capacity.

We bring all of these aspects to you right now to fully accept that you are moving to a New Paradigm, today was a turning point upon this earth, many do not realize it. The ones that talk about the whys, the wherefores will not accelerate themselves in this way, they will be stuck in the dogma. Everything has been occurring as it is supposed to occur. Yes, it’s painful, and yes, it’s horrible but each of you place yourselves in places where you are supposed to be. So please know this, know that each of your souls are working triple, quadruple time to fully put you in place. Don’t let your mind and your emotions to stop you, don’t let the body that is hurting so bad to stop you, use these frequencies to move you into a new level of your existence.

Allow this day to not be a day of remembrance, let’s allow it to be a day of acceleration for everyone, and each of us together as we move through these changes. Yes, the changes are challenging, it’s important to stop talking about them so much. It’s not going to assist you in the process. Raise your vibration into the Higher Frequency! Allow yourself to be in the moment and feel that essence of the moment as we feel right now together. We bring to you this acceptance and this continuation of Love into your lives that YOU ARE SO DESERVING OF.

Breathe deeply through that. Let it go through your entire structure. Breathe it down your Crown and let it go down all the way into your Root and into your feet. Let it swirl around you, let it swim in the beauty of the bliss and the joy that all experiences are on these levels.

Today is the day for you to receive ~ Today is the day for you to accelerate.

Today is the day that you are being assisted by the Divine Mother and Divine Father God for the work that you have been doing. We are in deep honor and gratitude that you are continuing upon these pathways deeper, and deeper, and deeper.

September 4th, 2011 ~ I Reflect, I Accept

Greetings, it is Lord Sananda speaking, and it’s wonderful to be here once again for the Cosmic energies. It is indeed a beautiful evening, and this evening brings forth many different frequencies within the many.

As the energies are shifting and changing into the totality of acceptance, beauty, frequency, vibratory energies while allowing the full embracement of all that you are and all that you are feeling to come into full capability is bringing these beautiful moments of creation together. It is our ideal pleasure in these moments to allow each of you to expand yourself into awareness than you ever have previously experienced. We are now in a new month and this new month is an expression of what you are bringing forth this entire year.

As you bring forth the energies to be the Acceptance and the Purity that you are, it is important for each of us to realize the whole aspect that is creating. This creation that is within your mind, the creation within the body, is an acceptance of the totality of your Spirit more fully accessed, as we have been stating for quite a while. In this month, it is a time to reflect on what you have accomplished and how far you have come, and the intensity, or the ability to access the continual pathway in a way that may be different for you, or possibly the same. What we are saying here is to allow yourself to fully understand the capability of where you are, how far you have come, but take a moment and scan yourself, and reflect on what else needs to be acquired for your own personal experience.

We bring this to you in the acceptance and the ability to fully access the totality of your Beingness, not just the particles, not just the emotions, and not just parts of the mind, the Higher Mind and the Higher Heart but the full aspect. This is a birthing month, this month is a time for you to readjust what you are doing, how to go about it, and to put it forward to others. This is a very important aspect of what needs to be done.

So we say to you in these moments, let’s just sit back, let’s just take a breath of fresh air, let’s do a cleansing breath. We will bring in a cleansing breath of the Sea Foam Green of your Thymus area, that area that needs to be fully activated for your Higher Self to be activated at all times. As we take this deep breath, we breathe in the Sea Foam Green fully within us. We almost feel a breath coming from Isis, and she takes a breath and blows it all around our essence of our Light Body, and breathe that into your Thymus first. As you breathe it in, feel in incorporating the thymus area, and feel it reflecting the part of you that is more active than it ever has previously. This may be a new part of essence for each of you.

It is time for each of us to bring in the awareness of the frequencies that are necessary, and when this awareness in frequencies, it is important for each of us to understand what exactly is occurring. So I ask of you to fully bring forth these energies right now, this balancing level to fully bring that essential quality within you. The cleansing breath is taking you from the upper part of you to the lower part of you. Its blending into all those 3^rd dimensional chakras that need to be activated.

We breathe it in deeply into the Heart, and feel the essence of the Heart, and how the Heart truly is expanding in many different levels. We breathe it in to the lower part of the body, into the Sacral, into the Root to allow that frequency to be fully within. We also blend it into the upper chakras, so that we have a balancing effect that occurs for all aspects.

Feel that essence within you.

Breathe deeply within that and allow it to go down into your Earth Star, and allow it to move down into your Etheric level from your Earth Star, and then allow it to move all the way into the Etheric level, circling around your right side of your body up to your Soul Star and then going down. Then we are going to blend into the Emotional body, and as we blend into the emotional body, it clears and assists with all those aspects within yourself within the emotional level, all those parts that are not fully activated. Allow the old aspects that do not assist you any longer to be removed, as the energy now comes around again and goes up into the Mental level. Allow the thought forms to fully be removed, feel the essence of those thought forms being activated and purified within all those aspects. Now we move it into the Spiritual body, just make sure the Spiritual body is ready for the clearing and the process that needs to occur. It moves around the Spiritual body, and as it does it is going to seal the Spiritual into the Mental, the Etheric, and the Physical. So it moves around the right side of your body, up towards your Crown and then moving back down the left and it is sealing up until you become One whole body of light.

Breathe deeply into that.

Feel the activation fully within your body, feel the accessibility of all that you are, as now your Higher Self, your Soul’s Essence is fully activated within the physical body in the Thymus area.

Breathe deeply in that.

Now we are totally ready for the reflection to occur, take some deep breaths, and within the deep breaths, feel the “AAAAHHHH”, in the frequency feel the “Aaaahhhh”, in the frequency go the “Aaaahhh” in the frequency. This is a very calming night and within the level of acceptance, we want everyone to sit back and to see the reflection that you are. The reflection is the ability to fully access the best parts of yourself that have fully not been activated previously. As you see the pathway that you have created to fully accept that within yourself, the diligence and the hard work that you created.

It is our pleasure to bring forth this frequency in this moment.

Take a deep breath, take a deep breath

“AAAAHHHH” take a deep breath “AAAAHHHH”

This is the acceptance that we fully want for each of you to understand that each of you are going through great challenges and great movements within yourself. Within these movements, the acceptance can be very difficult because part of you thinks you need to focus on the old, we want to remove all that. We take these moments this evening to fully reflect in these elements in the frequency that you are to be in the Acceptance. In the acceptance you start to say, “ Wow, look, how far have I come.” Each of you have a great task in front of you, and within this task you begin to accept yourself in a new way of being. So within in that new way of being, you start to understand what you are creating. Within that creation you start to say, “ Oh my heavens, yes! I am arriving, I am arriving, it is getting better.”

The challenges have been great for each of you, and we know that, and these challenges are only to assist you in the process of your divinity to allow it to be more fully activated in your physical life. It’s important for each of us to have miracles, it’s important for each of us to have blessings and to accept those parts of ourselves that needed to fully grow. It’s like a child, when a child cannot fully accept they need to go further, they can sometimes throw a tantrum, or sometimes they don’t want to do it. Each of you know you must keep moving down the path, down the golden pathway. You can fully find your bliss, you can fully find that acceptance, you can fully find those relationships that are synchronous for you. Allow yourself to flow within that because this is the most important process that we want for each of you.

We want for each of you to be in that ability to assist others, because in order to assist others you must assist yourselves first, and that’s the most important part of everything. As we assist ourselves in these frequencies to fully accept our divinity within the physical body. We are these moments for you to fully allow us to reflect within you, so we ask of you now to take a deep breath, and within that deep breath we are going to bring you to you the cosmic frequencies of all colors at once.

So we are bringing forth all 22 Rays of God to assist you in the process of what you are going through. We are giving you the Blue, the Gold, the Yellow, the Green, the Silver, the Violet, the Indigo, the Deep Cherry Red, the Peach color of the Pink-Orange, of Lavender, of Pearlescent, of Sea Foam Green, Golds mixed with Blues,and Violets, and all frequencies moving all the way up to the Platinum. Allow them to blend within you in a beautiful prism of light, and this prism of light is in a shape of a diamond. This diamond is going to come swirling down from the top of your crown, and it’s going to go through your entire being. Allow it to focus within your Being, allow it to go fully deep into your Heart and as it goes deep within your Heart it is now going to burst in many colors. As you feel the bursting of colors, you feel the frequencies, it’s like being in a rainbow, in that frequencies is like holding a crystal up to the light and seeing all the different colors.

It’s like taking a picture of the sun and seeing all the frequencies within, you are that frequency right now, we want you to be that reflection. Feel that reflection flowing down through you, and allow it to go down to your Root, and go up to your Crown, you now have actualized your light body on that 4^th dimensional chakra grid. So let’s go a little bit further and bring in those higher frequencies of the 5^th dimensional chakra grid.

We want it to go to your cells, we want it to go to your organs, move in the deepness within you, beyond your physicality, beyond the emotion, and allow those frequencies to blend into the physical part that you are now. Feel it to your fingertips, and your toes and allow it to permeate every part of you. Allow it to move within those aspects that is within your frequency, breathe deeply as this occurs, breathe deeply as this frequency comes fully within you. Allow yourself to just settle within that, and within that is a beautiful spark, and within this spark you feel this reflection in your heart, and it’s a pool of light.

This pool of light is showing you a picture, and within that picture you are starting to see within you different aspects of different realms of what you have acquired and what you are doing presently. Allowing that to be within you now, feel that essence, feel the ability to fully bring in that frequency in this moment, because this is your reflection. What does your reflection tell you in this moment as you breathe deeply into your Heart , you feel it in your Solar Plexus, you feel it in your Thymus, and feel the vibrancy within you. Breathe deeply in there, and within that reflection you may also see some aspects that you need to work upon.

Maybe it’s self-esteem, maybe it’s projection, maybe it’s communication, maybe it’s acceptance, whatever it is, and there is nothing there right now in this moment and your okay, and allow that to flow through you.

Just embrace it, embrace these energies within you and outside of you and let it flow outside your light body, let it go beyond, way, way, beyond and allow it to integrate within and around you ~ to feel this acceptance that you are and feel the deepness of your soul, all the way from the top of your body to the lower. Feel your Essence, feel your self expand.

Breathe through that, breathe through that frequency in these moments, and allow the ability to fully accept what you are doing in this moment, is where you need to be. Let’s move in this space, so we bring forth the reflection that allows the acceptance to occur, and as we reflect outside of us, we see our soul’s essence, we see our I AM presence activating within us. Let us now accept that fully.

We, of the Divine Mother and Divine Father God, command that each I AM presence be fully activated within everyone’s body in these moments, because this is what is going to help you to get through the parts you are struggling with. Breathe deeply in that. Breathe deeply in the essence of all the colors, of all the frequencies, of the beauty of the light of your soul fully connecting to you in this vibrancy. Allow it to go through you, allow it to go down to the bottom of your feet and feel it circling outside of you, and as it circles around you it blends and flows, it blends and flows, now this is the Acceptance.

The other part that was reflecting within you may be an aspect that was a bit uncomfortable.

Now we take the I AM presence, and we ask the I AM presence now to fully assist in balancing this energy. So now you feel the ability to move forward in the pathway. Allow that to fully come within you, allow yourself to accept your Divinity.

Allow yourself to fully bring forth that movement within you.

Breathe… AAAAHHHH

Now let this be your Acceptance. Feel this acceptance flowing through you. Feel now, as you look back to the beginning of the year of all that you have acquired through all the months . Now, as we move into September, you are now ready to take an inventory. Now you are actualizing yourself from your I AM presence instead of the lower part of you, the lower mind, and you feel all the challenges are not as insurmountable as your typical mind has been telling you. So allow that now to be fully within you to accept the responsibility to be fully within, as you breathe into that essence, breathe into that ability to fully accept all that you are.

All That You Are and All That You Can Be.

Breathe through that. Breathe through that ability to accept yourself more fully.

WE are the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God here embracing you in these moments for you to realize all that you have acquired is a great feat. Yes there are more challenges coming upon you, but tonight is not our night to speak of those challenges. Tonight is the night to sit in the reflection that you are and say, I AM arriving, I AM arriving, I AM arriving.

The journey is getting more filled with Love, more filled with Joy, more filled with Continuality of the ability to fully frequent this energy more deeply than ever before. August 28th, 2011 ~ State of Remembrance

Greetings, this is Lord Sananda speaking.

It’s a little bit different this evening. We are bringing in the Highest Essence of the Elohim first, to allow that frequency of light to come fully into each of you, to connect with all of the Elohim masters and the Councils of God. As we do this, allow yourself to be in a State ofRemembranceof your Soul’s Essence and working with each of these Masters in another time zone, in another area, in another frequency, as we bring forth the energies this evening.

There has been great disruption, there’s been many changes, there’s been a lot of fear, and a lot of expression within those fears of exactly what has been occurring. There have been many hours of people looking at newscasts, listening to the radio, and feeding into that. There’s been a tremendous amount of energies of Lightworkers expanding themselves in a new way then has ever occurred before. It truly is representative of what has happened with this storm, and how the effects of the storm were not as disastrous as they could have been. This is an appropriate awareness for each of you to realize that each of you are part in your prayers, in your activations, in your thoughts, and all the work that you have been doing to assist in bringing the light unto the planet. It does not go unnoticed in any way.

We come to you this evening with an expression of this frequency. We want each of you to be more aware of the essence of your beings then you have previously. Each time that we communicate, it is getting stronger and stronger. These elements are truly assisting in many different capacities. As these capacities are unfolding in your lives, there will be more states of actuality within your beings; you will be able to accept what it is you are doing in these inner plane levels. We are coming to a time where there is going to be more activation and remembrances coming into the Mind’s Eye, coming into the representative of exactly what you are doing, and how you are getting through it; because each of you are experiencing it in a different manner than you have previously.

It is the power of light, it is the power of your light, and it is the power of each of our lights together. We are coming together as we never have, we’ve always been together on the inner plane levels, but on a physical basis, you are becoming more aware of the energies and the activities of higher dimensional frequencies coming into your full existence. This is truly what we want for you also. We want this awareness; we want the frequency to be fully within you on a 24 hour basis. So there is no forgetfulness any longer, so that there is always a remembrance. So there is always in activation within your mind, and within your heart to fully allow these essences to unfold within you. Allow yourself to know that this frequency of communication is changing greatly. Within these changes, there is an acceptability of love deeply within each of our hearts for each of you, as our hearts are becoming one in all that is. It is becoming more apparent, as these tragedies and elements have been occurring on the earth plane are going to be getting stronger and stronger.

You are the spiritual hierarchy of the New Earth energies are becoming stronger and stronger also. This is the ability for you to fully activate these avenues to proactivate the essence that is occurring for you, and for you to empower yourself with the work that you are doing. It is now time for that, it is now time for each of you to stand in your own power, and to realize the part that you are bringing forth, because each of you are bringing forth a piece of the puzzle. We speak of the piece of the puzzle of everyone’s missing puzzle piece, because this is a piece of the puzzle of all of us together, of the hierarchies coming together and working in unison that each of us bring something different.

You, of the Earth Plane Hierarchy moving into the New Earth bring forth those experiences of the traumas, of the changes, and moving through those challenges deeply and accepting the prosperity that is occurring within your lives, because it is occurring, even though at this time it may feel like it’s a little bit slow, you will be seeing that it is going to be shifting very quickly. This has been a very challenging month for each of you, it’s been a challenging month for the earth plane, it’s been a challenging month for Gaia, and all of us watching you and assisting you as best as we can. We unfold to you tonight to increase this ability within each of us to work with each of you to help you to combat any ill feelings that may be lingering within you.

We know that as you are meditating, when you are in your highest presence, when you are doing the work more fully; that you are in this space, but in times when you have to go about your day, or have to deal with what you have been challenged with lately; those frequencies can change. So, what we want for us, is to bring forth these elements to assist on an even keel basis, so that each of us is the same. That we are not different, that we bring forth these avenues to assist as much as possible, because the combination of our circle of light is only going to increase and going to help so many more in the effects of the changes that we are all coming upon within this earth.

I am not going to bring forth any energies this evening, we are going to let the Cosmic Great Central Sun to do that, so just allow yourself to bring in the State Of Remembrance and any pockets that within any parts of your body that are holding any lower energies that you haven’t been fully able to get rid of; put your intention out in these moments that these frequencies go into those areas. What we want to assist you with greatly is to having the capability to being in full power of your physical body, but also be in full empowerment of your spiritual essence.

So we are going to be integrating those two essences this evening.

So the affect of what you are going to be feeling may be quite different than it has been previously. This is not going to be an occurrence each time, but truly what it is going to be, is the acceleration of you and your full remembrance. We bring forth all these frequency of the 352 levels of initiations.

As each of you have been through all of this before and now it’s just a remembrance.

Don’t let the challenges stop you, because the frequency of light that you are experiencing in these moments, is beyond the capability of what you have integrated previously. You have never done it in a body. Many haven’t done it in a body. Saint Germain only went to the 7^th .

So take these moments of acceleration that we are going to be bringing you from the God Force, not just us from the Divine Mother and Divine Father God, but the underlying energies of the Elohim Council of God, all councils, Lord Melchizedek, Lord Metatron, and the Mahatma. What it is that you desire most in these moments to assist you in your pathway, in your service to the earth, into the capability of you fully acknowledging the power that is within you? Because once you start to acknowledge that power that is within you, that is when you begin to access the prosperity and abundance. Stay in those moments of that higher essence will bring forth the capability to make the changes that are necessary.

Together accept yourself, accept yourself now with this frequency coming in. See it as a spark of light, and the spark of light turns into many sparks of light and then the sparks of light turn into a flame. Allow this flame to settle in your solar plexus, allow the frequency within your solar plexus to expand within you. As it expands in you, it grows into the Heart and the Thymus, feel that continuation of your light.

In that 4^th dimensional chakra grid, feel that acceptance of your higher self more fully than you have ever before. Take a deep breath and allow him or her to be the accessibility that is necessary in these moments, not the physical part of you. Allow it to blend within you, allow your higher self to fully create the divinity that is you. Allow yourself to accept the power that you have, because on this level, on the 4^th dimensional chakra grid your Higher Self is activated and the lower ego is removed. You only have your Higher Ego, you have your Higher Mind, you cannot incorporate anything else. Accept the frequency of the light that is right now, it is the power because you are part of the frequencies of light.

Breathe through this, breathe through this as it now goes into your lower body into the bottom chakras and up to the upper chakras as the 4^th dimensional chakras blend within each other. You feel the Golden, you feel the Peach, you feel the Sea Foam Green, you feel the Blues, and the Purples, and the Frequencies of Light, the Crystalline light, the White light, speckles of Green, speckles of Gold, of Pearlescent; and feel that frequency in the 4^th dimensional chakra grid. Allow yourself to expand right within the heart, as we open up the heart into the 12^th chakra of the Golden Ray.

Feel the essence of Lord Metatron as he brings forth that beam of light that represent the Christ Consciousness but so much more, as he extends his hands out to you as you receive this frequency of light within you. Feel your Higher Self, the Soul Essence blending with the rest of you, and feel the particles all moving together as you blend within one another. Breathe through that as we bring forth the Frequencies of the Elohim, feel your connection to all these elements in the higher sense that you are. Breathe into that acceptance that you are to bring forth this frequency of light.

Allow yourself to fully incorporate the essence and the beauty that you are. Breathe through that, as now the colors within colors are all swirling around you, and you feel that power that is you, it is not of a physical power, it is an internal power. As you breathe into these aspects, and allow the frequency to be fully within you it brings a remembrance. It may just be a flicker, it may just be a feeling, it may just be a light formation, but allow that to incorporate within you.

Breathing deeply, breathing deeply.

Through that essence that you, that essence is embodied within you, you see the frequency changing, all the particles that were within you that are not feeling at peace, are now coming together, coming together in the frequency of all. Breathe through this, breathe through this and accept it within your heart, within your mind, within your presence of light and just sit with it, don’t try to figure it out, just embrace it, just feel the frequency that is you. Feel that essence and that purity that is blending in your heart.

Now feel it in your Solar Plexus, feel it in your Heart, as it blends into your Thymus. Take a moment, take a moment and receive a message from your Higher Self, your Soul Essence, feel him and her integrating and feel the joy in that.

Allow that frequency that you are feeling, to be you. It is you, your Highest Essence of your being, remember the message that you received, or maybe it was not in words, but just a thought transference or a just a frequency. Feel him or her, feel them, and feel what they bring to you ~ The joy and the ecstasy, and the peacefulness of your highest essence into your physical body.

Let it go into your cellular level, into your brainwaves, into your thought processes, into your heart, into your emotions. Let it go into any parts of your body that seem to be hurting, just breathe it in now.

Breathe it in, allow it to integrate fully within you.

This is what is going to fully accept you in bringing forth the frequency of your light. Let it flow within you, let it flow in that essence. Breathe it through all the way to your toes, your feet, into your Earth Star. Feel it from the top of your Soul Essence, and fully incorporate it within you. Breathe deeply, breathe deeply, as now you are One. You are not only one with your Soul’s Essence, you are one with Lord Metatron, with Lord Melchizedek, and the Mahatma, all 352 levels of initiations of the Elohim, and the Divine Mother and Divine Father God That We Are. August 21st, 2011 ~ The Essence of Magic

Greetings, this is Lord Sananda speaking.

It is with great pleasure that I sit here within Meleriessee’s body, upon this beautiful mountain. The sun is shining down upon us in the early evening. The glistening of the light is upon the trees, the magic of Lemuria is so strong within the Hearts and Minds with the individuals sitting here. I reflect to you tonight, to bring the magic to you – this is what we are going to be unfolding within this evening’s transmission.

What is it that can help you in your daily activity? What is it that you need, to feel the magic in each moment? Not just the moment of a special occasion, an event, or a ceremony, that really assists you in so many ways, but allowing the magic to be fully within you. In order to receive the magic we must allow the Mind and the Emotions to be fully in balance, because as this occurs, there is a transference of light energy within the physical body. It can occur in a consciousness effort, it can occur in a meditation, it can occur in the activation or an attunement.

How do we fully allow that to be embodied within us? In each physical existence? With each step that you take, with each person that you talk with, or with each individual that you look upon. Allow the magic to be within the Oneness. If we cannot be One within ourselves, how can we be One with others. We must feel it within ourselves, we must feel it within our Male and our Female. We must allow the Trinity of the Golden Flame to be fully incorporated within our full body system. This is the expression of what we are all experiencing in each moment, and sometimes we forget. It is part of the human condition. We just cannot help ourselves. Allow yourself to know, within this experience, to grow and grow and grow – that is the magnificence of the magic.

I watched four beautiful ladies today, as they swam across this magical lake, and they just kept swimming and swimming. They allowed themselves to be in the moment and to feel the magic that was around them ~ of the mountains circling around them, of the trees, of the sun shining down upon them and the healing waters filtering through their Minds, their Bodies, and their Spirits. Because truly they were in the acceptance of their own Oneness of the journey that they have been taking this week.

So we express to you the journey that they have embarked upon to go to each of you, the magic that has been brought forth, as we sit upon this beautiful land, on this beautiful mountain. Feel the wind whistling through the leaves, see the expression of the light of the sun, and hear a babbling brook in the distance. This is the Beauty of the expression of your Light. You have the magic within you, you have the whistling of the leaves within you, and you have the sun shining down upon you as your own expression of your own Inner Power.

Let us breathe deeply into the Solar Plexus, and bring in that Ruby Red, the Devotional energy. This beautiful Ray that I embody. I bring to you this Ray tonight because this is the existence of allowing the magic to unfold within you. When you feel your own empowerment, you cannot help but feel the magic that occurs. When you are in deep sadness or depression, you are not in your Power, so how can you allow the magic to occur? You cannot, because the other energies are stopping you from allowing it to be. Let us allow this frequency to come into your Solar Plexus and to expand into your entire Being. As this Ruby Red goes to the bottom of your body and then slowly goes up to the top – you embrace this Ruby Red color as you never have before. It is your Devotion, it your connection to your Self, it is your connection to your Spirit, it is the connection to who you are and what you embody. It is the connection to your Higher Self and I Am Presence ~ Allowing that to be fully within you. That is the expression that we bring forth to you in these moments.

Breathe the frequency of the Light of the Ruby Red fully through your Being. Allow yourself to express the Divinity that you are. Allow it to infiltrate any areas that do not feel balanced, that do not feel accepted- whether it is on a Cellular, Physical, Etheric, Emotional Mental or Spiritual level – let it all come together. Allow the blessings of the Light to expand within you so that the Power within you just grows and you feel the Essence of your Being more fully then you ever have before. Allow yourself to expand and increase the vibrancy of the magic that is yours. As you reach out your fingertips and you feel the sparkles of Light coming to you; you bring them into your Solar Plexus and take your fingers all the way up your body and allow yourself to feel it. All around and back and down to your feet and coming up again. Allow those sparkles of Light that are yours, that are outside of your field at most times, to come into you. Breathe it through you. Allow that frequency to fully come in.

Breathe the Essence that you are, the Expansion that is occurring deeply in your body. As your body expands to these frequencies, you start to understand exactly what is occurring because there is a total Essence within you that is allowing that magic to unfold. If you look in front of you, you’ll see the magic that is there and you’ll say “Oh, I would like to receive that”, then you put out your hands; you allow your eyes to be wide open, you allow your ears to hear, you allow your throat to vibrate with this frequency deep within you. As it goes all the way down into your feet and allow it to go to Gaia. The energy just circles around you as we sit upon this land in this beautiful space of light. The sun is shining brightly through the trees in this moment, we fully feel the vibration of this Essence. Fully feel the connection, that we are One in this moment, in the frequency that we are. Breathe that through. Allow yourself to expand your light. Allow yourself to feel the frequency of the magic of the glistening of the frequencies, of the Essences that sparkle through you and around you, deeply through you.

Expand ~ Expand ~ Expand. You are One with All, we are One with you.

We are not two Beings separated at any given time any more – this is the expression that you are. Allow yourself to bring it into your field – the Light, feel the Essence. Feel the life of all that is here in the forest as we bring this frequency to the Earth. Allow yourself to filter it through you so that you can share with others, because the magic is deeply within you. The magic flows through you, You Are the Magic. Breathe it deeply. Breathe ~ Breathe ~ Breathe

We are here in this moment to express this frequency because we stand here with you with the essence of being in the outside circumstances of the levels of beautiful magic upon this land. The magic is not just in this land, it is within each of you and this is what we truly want to express in these moments. We truly want you to realize that you create the magic. Everywhere that you go you are creating the magic in the essence, in the totality of your expression – we have seen it. We have seen it this week, we’ve seen it in many times, we’ve seen it in each of you as you’re going through your own challenges, as you’re going through your own expressions and going through your own lessons of allowing the expansion to occur in a way that has never been able to do so. We are at a very crucial point and in this crucial point we are in one moment of time in this moment of time, there is nothing else but to receive – in the next moment you shall share with another. In the next moment you shall receive again then be in the expression of All That Is. If you allow yourself to look at this in this moment, feel this essence that is coming through to each of you, it will help each of you to expand within the days ahead.

There is much occurring. There is so much occurring in each of your lives, with each of your daily activities, with each of your thought processes. If you take a moment and you just allow this magic and this circulation of these Sparkles of Light that are you. Put out your hands in front of you and allow them to come into you and then bring it into the Core of your Being so they are not outside of your field but they are inside your field. You will see the change occurring deeply within you. Allow those fingertips to go to any part of your body that does not feel in balance and you will see a change occurring. You will see the frequency, it is all about allowing the frequency to be fully within you. Each of you are sharing your knowledge’s in many different ways, but it’s not always with the voice (as we have expressed previously).

We feel the expansion of this Light in this moment – allow it to flow through you from the top of your Being to the bottom of your Being, let the fluidness run through you. Allow it to expand into the essence that you are. You shall allow the frequency of your I Am Presence to be fully the active agent within your life. You will see that expansion growing and growing and growing beyond you and within you, to allow the Magic of your Soul’s Essence. You are bringing it to you now. You create this livelihood upon this Earth and to expand the Light so deeply in areas that did not accept it. The acceptance is so pure in these moments. As we sit here and we look around at the sky ~ at the trees ~ the mountain ~ the sun ~ we hear the birds. This is the magic. This is the magic of this moment, in the frequency of light that we are.

Breathe deeply and allow this Frequency of the Light. Breathe it fully within you. Allow yourself to vibrate to the elements because the frequency of the Light can change at any moment. It can be high, it can be low, it can be in the middle. Being aware of what it is in the moment and what you need to do with that Magic through your Being. Allow your Being to accept yourself even more in your totality then you ever have previously. Breathe through this – breathe through the Essence. Breathe through the acceptance, breathe through it all. We all are here to allow you this assistance as you are now the Masters of the New Earth. As you walk with the Spiritual Hierarchy, as you walk with the Inner Earth Beings, as you walk with the Inter-Galactics – you all come together in the Oneness that we have always wanted but now it is a physical existence! And that is the magic as it flows through you. Feel that expansion DEEP within your Solar Plexus and allow it to filter to the rest of you ~ you will be able to know what to do with it. Allow this to flow through you and ACCEPT ~ ACCEPT ~ ACCEPT.

August 7th, 2011 ~ Spark of Our Soul’s Essence is Remembering

Good Evening,

This is Lord Sananda speaking. It is wonderful to be connecting with you once again.

August is going to be very a motivational month, within the motivations, each of us are going to be feeling elements in quite a different way, and this keeps increasing, as has been stated. It keeps increasing in the elements, the avenues, the pathways, the thought processes, the releasements, and the activations of being in the totality of your essence. Some of you are feeling it completely, others are just getting glimpses of it, but it is becoming more and more active within each of your bodies. As these activations occur, you start to accelerate yourself and to create the beauty that is within you. As this beauty continues within you, it grows, you are only seeing a small sample of what you can be, and this is very important, it’s very important to have those frequencies within you. The light particles that you are incorporating brings forth the elements to change in the deepness of your soul, because that’s exactly what is happening on these levels. The depth of your soul is being shifted, is being integrated, and it’s time for you to embrace these elements.

So tonight in preparation for the pathways for each of you on coming upon this month, we want each of you to understand, as we have stated previously, that it is very important to embrace these frequencies to fully move forward with the elements that your soul has in place for you, that has been in place for you since the beginning of this lifetime. When you fully decided that it was time for you to be within this body, that is the beauty of what is occurring in these moments. So tonight we bring you a little bit of magic, we bring you the frequencies of the ascension energies from Mount Shasta, we bring you the frequencies of the Telosians, we bring you the frequencies of the Inter-Galactics, and most of all, we bring you the frequencies of the Divine Mother and Divine Father God to allow them to fully incorporate within your beings through Dearest One here. She has been preparing for this in the last couple of days, everyone is excited because this is a first time event in Mount Shasta, in the frequencies that she has fully incorporated.

So just sit back and embrace, because you are about to acknowledge within you, the spark of light, the continuation of your spectrums of frequency that are part of your Soul’s Essence to come into being in these moments.

Go deep within your Thymus area, and then down through your Heart, into your diaphragm.

Breathe through the Frequency of the Light that You Are.

Tonight we give you an activation that is quite different from anything else, it is a crystalline energy, it is a frequency, it is a thought process, it is a movement into your Heart Center, it is a movement into your Thymus, it is a movement into your Solar Plexus. Allow yourself to feel the vibration fully within these areas, how you are feeling it does not matter. What truly matters is how you embrace it.

What is it that you are accepting in this moment because you are within these activation periods there is also a moment of remembrance, and the remembrance has nothing to do with this lifetime, it has nothing to do with the pathway that you are on presently. What we want to incorporate within you in this moment, is the essence of your Soul.

The Essence of your Soul to come fully into complete knowingness.

Complete knowingness of the ability to accept the Divinity that is you. As you move through the coming weeks, there are going to be massive changes upon the planet. Within these massive changes, it’s going to be necessary for each of you to have the full capabilities within your divinity to accept the challenges that you are going to be faced. Also, to fully accept that what is happening to others, is part of their experience, and to be kind and compassionate, but not to take on their emotions, their feelings, to have a basis of a grounding element within you; so that you can fully understand within your body, within your mind, and within your spirit, what exactly is your role in all of this.

What is your role in the activations of assisting others?

Sometimes, we truly do not understand that what we are doing has so much more consequence from your soul’s perspective, your I AM presence, the activation that is fully within you to accept the Divinity that is occurring. When you accept the Divinity fully within you, that’s when you fully settle into it, and say, “Oh, okay” It may only be a split second that you feel these energies. It may only be in a period of time that is a flowing energy. It may come into your meditation, or it may come when you go to sleep, or when you awake. If it comes to you in your awake state, when your going about your day, that means you are becoming more multi-dimensional than you thought you were. Because the process of this, as Souls in our bodies, are fully activating all elements of change. With these elements of change, we need to adjust in each moment.

The blockage occurs when the Mental mind tries to stop us from having that full capability. When we don’t have that full capability, then that is when the lower mind comes into play. So we attune this evening with this vibration of the spark of your soul’s essence remembrance, and you’re not going to remember everything all at once.

Let’s filter, let’s open ourselves, and take a deep breath.

In that deep breath, we want you to fully breathe deeply into your Throat, into your Thymus and into your Heart to fully accept your Divinity down into your Solar Plexus, because this is where your power, your inner power is going to come from. It does not come from Mind, it does not come from those thoughts, it comes from your feeling deep inside of you. Some may say it’s a gut instinct, but it’s much more than that, because it’s the Essence of your Soul activating your highest presence within the power of acceptance in that area.

This is your inner power, this is your inner strength, and this is your divinity. So if we incorporate in this moment the Ruby Red of the Devotional Ray into that area, it will help to activate those remembrances. So let’s take a deep breath and feel those spectrums of light coming into you from into your Solar Plexus, and allow those elements to assist you to finding that inner power that is within you.

When I say inner power, we don’t necessarily mean what it is you need to do in your physical life, it’s your inner power of the acceptance of your acceleration of your pathway fully understanding and acknowledging this to others in the beauty and the harmony that you are. Once you accept this to be, than you start to understand the processes that you have been going through. These processes can be great, allow us to breathe in the Ruby Red as Lord Sananda assists each of you to bring forth the vibration. Allow him to be your mirror in this moment.

Look into the essence of his Being, and look and see what he sees within you. As we allow the spark of remembrance, as we allow the spark of your soul’s essence to fully come into play. Each of you are walking pathways that you never have before, it has now time to accept those remembrances. It is now time to acknowledge what you did not achieve previously and you are ready to achieve. The sparklets of light that we bring to you, come forth from the electrons of the mountain of Shasta that Christine is sitting upon. These frequencies of light are now coming to each of you for you to fully accept your Divinity, for you to fully allow the acceptance to come into your existence.

It is now time to do so. Allow, allow yourself to accept those moments of remembrance. Breathe deeply within that as we express within ourselves the acceptability of the spark that we are, the essence that we are, the beauty that we are, and the frequency of all that is. As we bring forth this to ourselves, we bring it forth to all that we incorporate around us, we bring it forth to the essences around us, and the thought forms go out to many levels of frequency as we connect with the Spiritual Hierarchy, as we connect with the Intergalactics, as we connect with the Inner Earth, as we are ALL ONE. Allow us to feel that oneness within ourselves fully in this moment, that spark that we are from the very beginning.

We are the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God and truly want you to accept this role in this body, because now it is time. It is time, and it is very, very important, not to speak about it so much, but just to BE IT. Allow yourself to embrace it. Allow yourself to feel these sparkles of light of the Ruby Red, the Silver, the Crystalline Frequencies, the Goldens, and all levels of Light Frequencies coming fully into your being.

Allow yourself to incorporate within it. Allow it to go into your cellular level, allow it to go into your bloodstream, into all the organs, into the inner workings of the body. Let it go deep into your Soul’s Essence, and as your soul is being activated more fully in your Thymus, that soul element of these sparks, it filters through your Heart, it filters through your Throat, it filters and just breathe. Feel the essence and now it comes into your Etheric body, and comes out into your Mental body, and then to your Emotional, and into your whole body system, your Spiritual body.

Now you are one being of light of the Ruby Red of Devotion, and there is a window that comes, there is an opening to a window. Within this window you feel this frequency, you may see a vision, you may feel a thought-form, allow it to come into you, allow yourself to see it, it expands around you, and you see what your next step is for this week. Let’s just stay within this week’s purpose as we activate these energies within you for you to acknowledge what is the most important aspect within you.

Not what your daily tasks are, not your clients, not what it is you are doing for other. What it is that you are bringing forth into you to have a fulfilling life, to accept you to bring forth these frequencies onto others just by Being. ~ Just by being in the frequency Of All That Is.

We, of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, incorporate these frequencies as we stand with you, as we embrace you with these frequencies of light. We embrace you with our love, our joy, and our acceptance, as we know that you send it back to us because we feel it so deeply. So in this moment, in this time that we have together, that we can communicate in this way, let us share with one another the Beauty and the Love that we are.

We are honored that you are walking this path, in these bodies, in these moments. It is assisting so greatly, and the challenges are coming, but believe me, the Beauty of these challenges is to be more deeply embraced than anything else you have ever experienced.

July 24th, 2011 ~ Embrace What You Have Acquired

Greetings,

This is Lord Sananda speaking. It is a pleasure to be here with you this evening. Yes indeed, it is a special evening. It’s not only a special evening because Christine is embarking upon this great journey; it truly represents each of you. Each of you is embarking upon your own journeys. You may not even realize what your own journey entails.

The Light and the frequency that you are bringing forth within your existence, into your personal level, into your personal ascension process, is one of great responsibility. This evening we would like to take a moment to allow each of you to have gratitude, for walking upon this path, for being in these moments, to accept the blessings and continuation of the existence of your Soul’s Light, physically within the vehicles that you are fully incorporating.

The frequencies that are coming forth in this month, as we come into a new aspect of your Divinity, is very, very important. It is important because of all that is occurring within each of your lives. It is important because of what you are doing within your own spiritual continuation. It is important because of the frequencies that are happening – to help you to expand and accelerate the Beingness within you.

So tonight we would like to take a few moments to say “Embrace, Embrace what you have acquired. Embrace what you are about to acquire. Embrace the journey that each of you are ready to embark upon”. We ask of you to take some moments, in this moment, to express within yourself this Divinity and this Love that is fully within your Being ~ To allow the acceptance and transference of energies that you’ve been incorporating, to allow yourself to take a rest.

Take a rest and allow your Being to have a moment in time of reflection, to totally embrace how far you have come, where you are now and where you are about to go, because I know each of you are feeling these aspects. Your light is so very important upon this planet. It’s important for you to incorporate it within you, to allow yourself to have the continuation of your life in the different manner then it has been previously ~ to learn how to accept and to be in the moment and to just surrender. Surrender to all that is occurring and when you surrender to those moments of expressions of yourself, you start to feel the beauty that is you. The beauty that is you will unfold within your Being, and it will allow it to expand outside of you, so that you can accept yourself as others will be accepting of your Ligh ~ Without a word, without a thought, just a moment of embracement.

Let us breathe deeply and allow ourselves to have this moment of embracement.

It is a time to fully relax with it. If we don’t learn how to fully have the patience within ourselves, to allow these moments of expression of whence you came, where you’re going, and where you are now, then you cannot reflect or change what is occurring within you. So we ask of you in these next few moments, as the cosmic energies come fully within Dearest One here of the expression of All that Is, to allow yourselves to understand your own expression. As I express to you in these moments, I feel each of your expressions, and I feel a sigh of relief. I embrace you with all that you are acquiring, all that you are being, and I want myself to be a mirror to you in this moment.

So I send to you an expression of my deepest love, from the deepest part of my Essence, from all my lifetimes, to be expressed to you in all of your lifetimes, as we express to each other all that we ever have been. Expand upon that, as we fully bring forth our desire to feel the deepness of love. Allow myself to stand with each of you in these moments, so that you can see the reflection that I see in you and that we can all be in Oneness together as each of our souls are inter-connected in a way that neither of us understands. I am honored to be here in these moments with you, as you express so deeply, share, learn and grow, in the beauty that We Are. Allowing that now to be fully within your body. I am in honor in these moments to be your Spokes-Being, for these moments of the Cosmic Oneness.

In the reflection that we are, we express to you the deepness of our hearts in a way that has not been expanded previously, we are in this moment of truth. The truth is deepness within your Heart. The truth is the essence of whom you are. Let it expand with you, let it grow within you. It is your expression of the Divine that you are. Let it be within you, as it shows the deepness within your Hearts. Let it be within all parts of your Being. Allow it to expand outside of you in All That You Are, in the expression of your Love and your Light.

Embrace this moment of our inner sense of Beauty, as it shines to so many. Allow us to share with you the Essence of our Light together, the Essence of our Growth together. Oh the story unfolds so deeply, it unfolds so deeply within our Beings, as we share with each other for the eons of time. Each of you are coming into a new presence within yourself that will allow you to expand into the greatness that you are, as this greatness continues to move forward, you shall feel the deepness of your Heart. Feel the essence of your Soul, feel the continuation of your Light more deeply then you ever experienced previously. Breathe through this essence of the Light, as Lord Sananda is each of you in the expression of whom you are. We expand this Light through the vibration right now. Allow this vibration to be the sense of your own Beauty and Being at peace. We extend to you in the peacefulness of your Heart, we expand to you the greatness that you are. We accept who you are. Are you ready to accept your continuation of your light as we see it unfold within you?

These are the elements that are important. Breathe through that. Breathe through that. Breathe in to the continuation of your Light. Breathe deeply in the essence that you are. Breathe deeply in the frequency of all that is expanding in this moment. Your Heart is like a shining sun and with the enfoldment of the Rays, it moves out of you,, and through you, and allows you to expand within you in a different way then it has before. Allow this continuation of your Light. Allow this movement of what you are unfolding within your being in the Physical, in the Mental, in the Emotional, in the Etheric. As your Light body changes and grows in the deepness of your heart.

Let it be within you, let it shine within you. Feel the Golden Flame of the Light unfolding within your Being. See yourself enraptured in this light. See yourself as you never have before, and as you expand it out of your body from your heart in front, from your sides and from your back – it creates the pathway that you are desiring to create within your life.

See the Golden Ray, see the Golden Ray in front of you and allow yourself to walk through the pathway that is now in front of you. It is open. It is open, it is clear. Allow it to unfold. You have nothing to fear. Run. Run and move it, run and move it deeply in your Heart. Let it go, because the vibration of whom you are is about to be born – in a new way of being, in a new way of existence. Breathe through it, feel it. As you walk down this Golden Pathway, you see the people, you see the souls that are coming to you, you may know them, you may not know them. You see the pathway opening up so much clearer then you ever did before. Breathe through that. Breathe through it. See it, see it. Experience it. Allow it to expand within your Being, because in this moment, the Now of what you are about to create is the enfoldment of your life. Breathe. Breathe.

Feel the Beauty, feel the Bliss. Feel the essence that is you. Now sit within this moment, feel the expansion of your Being, feel the Essence that is coming through to you right now, because each of you are about to make a change that will benefit you in many levels of existence that you did not fully realize that you had the ability to do so. Whatever it is that you need to unfold within you, you now have the courage, because you have faith, you have trust, and you have the Golden Ray fully within you. Breathe. Breathe deeply feel this Essence within you. Breathe. Breathe.

You are the Golden/Ray. It is emanating around you. Everything you touch turns to Gold, everything you think is increased. Let it flow what it is that you need in this moment, that will assist you in your life circumstances. Feel it now. Put that wish out into the Universe, allow it to be commanded for you to receive. Breathe it in.

Now make another command, we will do three of them.

Take a breath and feel the existence of this coming into your present pathway, in the Golden Flame right now. Breathe that in. Again, feel the expansion and now we ask you one more wish, one thought, one more command – put it out to us so that we can assist you in turning it into Gold in your Alchemy. Breathe it out and then in.

It is yours. These commands are yours. But you must embrace it. You must allow it to be. Allow yourself to incorporate the Light in the level that you need. Breathe deeply. Breathe deeply, in the essence of your Being.

All now, these three commands, are now yours to be received within your Being but you must accept it that it is yours. You must have the trust, the faith, and the ability to acquire these levels of creation right now. Feel it come with a Golden Flame, you are the Golden Flame. You are the Divine Light that you are. Breathe through that.

Breathe through that and the acceptance that you are because now we fully activate these things for you to have. Allow yourself to express it. Allow yourself to feel it. Allow yourself to expand upon it – breathe deeply with that essence that is now flowing through you, in your Mind, in your Body, in your Emotions and your Spirit, as it expands outward beyond you. Let it grow. Let it be the growth that is needed. It expands outward to the many. Allow us now just to embrace these moments of expansion. Breathe. Breathe. Breathe.

We are, the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, this has been a special activation. It’s been a special activation to fully allow each of you to create your alchemy abilities within your Being. For you to fully accept that what you are putting out there, is now the factual truth of what is happening within you. as you allow this to expand within you and allow yourself to see the acceptance. It needs to be your truth, but your truth needs to come from the Highest part of your Being and this is a very, very important, to allow this to grow within you ~ To allow the essence and allow the acceptance of all that is occurring for you. Allow yourself to expand within this.

We bring this forth to you for several reasons. It is now time for everyone to step into their own awakening of the Golden Flame. That helps each of you to acquire your facets within your life, to assist this planet, to assist yourself and to have your Divine Acceptance fully incorporated within you.

We give this to you on this day, because of the work that each of you are doing and we honor each of you. We ask each of you to be in fully receiving mode, to fully allow these frequencies to be within your Being, so that your pathways open up so deeply and widely and warmly, just as Dearest One here has done.

So let us all come together in these moments and see that this is contagious. This is a very contagious moment. ~ Not to think about it but to feel it. I want you to feel it. We want you to feel it within your Heart ~ Not to process it within your brain. As we leave you tonight, know that this is what we desire most for you – is for you to feel it and to embrace it and not to think about it and every time you have a thought about it, I want you to take a deep breath and allow the expansion to be within you.

A True Master is one that fully allows the frequency to open up unto them, because of the work that they have done, for it to be acquired. If you had not acquired it, you would not be in this space; you would not be on this phone call. You would not be listening or you would not be reading. It is all in the power of your Light and to express that with the Divine compliment of the Golden Flame. We, the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, ask that you embrace this light fully, without thought, and be the expression that you are. Because it is time. The pathways are opening up all over.

Dearest Christine has opened up her own pathway that is assisting so many of you. Allow your pathways now to be fully open. Wherever it takes you, wherever you feel is the expression of your Divine Light within you – allow that to flow, through you and around you.

We are, the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, of the Cosmic Great Central Sun at your service, we embrace you during this time and we look forward to connecting again soon, once Christine meets her destination. But it is a journey and each of you is walking this journey with her.

So, allow this Golden Flame to fully encased within you and around you, as each of you are now journeying in a different way then you ever thought possible. We honor you in each moment. July 17th, 2011 ~ Balance Within

Welcome to Cosmic Oneness, Welcome. Greetings, I am Lord Sananda at your service.

It is a pleasure to be here this evening with each of you; we are going have a very beautiful night, and we are so happy that each of you are participating in the active form. The Full Moon has just been activated, and within those activations the energies are still ongoing. Some of you are probably feeling the effects very tremendously, some of you may be more balanced within those energies. As always the Full Moon is of letting go of what no longer serves you, so if you have not done it on your own, you were probably asked by your higher essence.

So if you have been feeling out of sorts for the last few days, if challenges have happened within relationships with other people, this is the process that is occurring. You are being prepared in so many ways, to be in acceptance of your Divinity within your physical body to allow the frequencies to be within you. You are now at the crossroads, as we have been saying previously. Within these crossroads, is the activation of the part of your Being that has been missing. Some call it the Missing Puzzle Piece. Some call it not knowing what they are doing. Some don’t call it anything and just feel that frequency within, but unsure what they are going through. Some feel it Physically, Emotionally, or Mentally, and those of you that have been doing the intense work have been feeling it on a lesser degree. Congratulations, if that is the space that you are in.

This week is in preparation for the next month as you are coming to a closing of the month, there probably were avenues within you that have opened up, that you were unsure that was occurring. If you have been hesitating in what it is you need to be doing, because your mental mind has been in the way, then that is only going to cause more confliction. It does not mean you should jump, when you are not ready to jump, but you are in the preparation stages to allow that frequency to come fully within you to prepare yourself for the next step of your journey. Each of your journeys are different, but they are very similar. They are very similar because you are being opened up to see the potentialities that you have, and this potential frequency coming through your body can change in a moments notice, depending on the acceptance or the rejection. This is very, very important to be in a State of Beingness.

As you are coming more into Mastership, you must allow yourself the process that you are going through. This process can be a very difficult one, and within the process you may forget some of the elements that need to be actualizing. What are these elements that you are not allowing to have the full potentiality within you? It is different for each of you.

I say to you in this moment, Take a deep breath. Within that deep breath, I want you to feel within your Heart. What is your hearts desire in this moment? Within that heart desire, I want you to tune into your emotional feelings

What does that Female side part of you say? Do you feel the intuition? Do you feel the acceptance within you? Let’s take a deep breath. What does the Female say to you? Is there something that you need to be doing for your self to bring forth more acceptance within your Heart?

Let’s us now go to the Male side, which is the right side of the body, and allow yourself to connect to that male energy within you. Is it analytical? Is it categorizing elements? Is it stopping you from fully walking into the pathway that is necessary? This pathway may be just a small little conversation, it doesn’t mean that you are jumping fully off the cliff, but you are preparing to do the jump. What is that you need to bring forth to allow this frequency to be within your Body, your Mind, and your Spirit in full balance, full balance within all those aspects? If you are fully allowing your Mental side to take a back seat, and communicate with the Female side of what the elements that he feels needs to come up, and then the Female side reacts, doesn’t react, interjects her energy with the male side, there sometimes can be a dialogue between the male and the female.

What we are looking for in the coming month is BALANCE. It’s going to be essentially important for each of you to understand what is occurring for you on many different levels. Because you are becoming multi-dimensional beings and within this multi-dimensional frequency, you need to accept all the different aspects that are occurring within you. Some of the aspects you need to remove, and some of the aspects you need to activate.

This is what we are going to help you with this evening. We want to help you to accept and activate what is necessary, and to release and reject what you no longer need and sometimes you cannot understand what that is because you are not fully in your complete balance state. So let’s take a deep breath. Within that deep breath we are going to open up the Thymus area. We are going to ask that the Thymus Chakra spin in a clockwise direction, and as it does were going to bring in that Seafoam Green.

The Seafoam Green is representative of Lady Isis and Resurrection. Allow that frequency of that Ray to come fully within your Thymus, like right in front of you, you see this beam of the Seafoam Green gentleness coming through you. Breathe that into your Thymus area, and allow it to spin in a clockwise manner. As it spins in a clockwise manner, it is going to filter down into your Heart, and allow the Heart and the Thymus to blend together. Then we are going to filter it down into the Solar Plexus. Now let the Solar Plexus, the Heart, and the Thymus to become one unified chakra, as it is on the 5^th dimensional frequency within your body. Allow those three elements, because we have the Solar Plexus: which is your Inner Power, we have the Heart: which is the activation your Male and your Female, and you’ve got the Thymus, which is the Communication.

So let’s take those three energies of your inner power, fully come into all the aspects, and then come into your Throat. I want you to vibrate within your Throat, bring forth the sound of “AAH”. So allow that to come through us, “AAH!” I want you to start from your Solar Plexus, bringing the Seafoam Green up into your Heart, and then into your Thymus.

What do you feel? Is it an acceptance, or rejection?

AAAAH! AAAAH! AAAAH!

Just feel what is happening, not any mental thoughts, not any emotions, just feel the vibrations. Let’s do the bowl for a couple of minutes and then we are going to bring in the cosmic energies to continue this exercise.

Allow that vibration to fully incorporate into your entire frequency. Allow the frequency that you are to be fully activated. Take a deep breath.

I am the Great Cosmic Sun of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God at your service. Breathe in this frequency, my children. Bring in this Light that you are. Breathe

As you bring forth this level of vibration, we want you to tune into your Solar Plexus. As Lord Sananda has been sharing with the Seafoam Green, we want to balance these areas to prepare you to receive the higher levels that are part of the processes within you. As you allow that to expand this within your being, you allow the frequency that you are to fully be in the acceptance mode.

Sometimes your body is just not ready to receive because of the elements that are occurring within you. As these elements are occurring within you, it can cause great constriction and fluctuation. As these constrictions happen, they totally are not in the balance of the male and the female. This is what we are trying to bring forth to you in this moment.

Just breathe and receive. Breathe and receive. Breathe and receive the light that you are.

Feel the acceptance. Feel your higher self now come fully into your body. Feel him or her within your crown and settling in to your Third Eye, into your Throat, into your chest, into the Thymus, and into the Heart. Feel the vibration in the Thymus. Feel the essence that you are. Feel your emotions and acceptance, and feel the male and the female in a blissful state of union. Allow this blissful state to fully incorporate within your full body system. Allow this frequency to come through your entire level.

Let it now go into the deepness of your heart into the core of your Lotus Heart. Allow it to go into the cellular level and to remove any debris that is not compatible with this Frequency of Light. Breathe deeply. Breathe deeply acceptance is necessary in this moment. Let us now go into the Solar Plexus. Let us now feel the frequency within the Solar Plexus.

What is it that is occurring for you with the Seafoam Green in this vibration of the Light. Allow it to go into your Solar Plexus, feel yourself empowered. If it does not feel empowered, REJECT the emotion, REJECT the thought, let it leave the Solar Plexus. Allow yourself to feel the empowerment that is you.

Breathe deeply into that area. Breathe deep.

Now let’s go into the Heart and then up to the Thymus and feel those three chakras together; what we are going to do is allow that expansion to go completely around you in a clockwise manner. Just feel the frequencies of the light changing into the full level of a huge ball of light of Seafoam Green and then it is going to go up to your Third Eye, and then down to your Sacral. Allow it to incorporate all those energies, and then go up to your Crown and down your Root. Allow yourself to be one ball of Seafoam Green.

Breathe through this acceptance. Breathe through your beauty. Breathe through your joy. Breathe it in

If you feel any conflicting emotions or thoughts, allow the Seafoam Green to dissipate it, as the Female and the Male incorporate the beauty that you are of the sensibility and the frequency of the higher levels of your vibration. Allow the mind to relax. Allow yourself to just Accept, ACCEPTANCE is your word right now. I want you to breathe and accept the energies as we use the bowl for a few moments.

Now allow that vibration to fully go down to your feet, and fully into your Soul Star, and down into your Earth Star. Allow it now to spin on the outside of you, allow that frequency to be totally around you ~ the Seafoam green is now fully within you, now let’s feel the frequency that We Are. Feel the Purity and the Joy as now your Higher Self is activated within your Thymus, your Heart, and your Solar Plexus.

Breathe into that area, breathe into that frequency. I want you to take a deep breath, within that deep breath; I want you to feel that essence of your soul. I want you to feel your Higher Self; I want you to feel the frequency that you are on a higher level than you have ever felt before. Allow him or her to whisper to you. Feel the acceptance, as they are fully happy to be within your body.

Breathe ~ Breathe ~ Breathe and accept this Light that is you as we impart to you as the Divine Mother and Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun at your service. Allow this to be the start of the balance that is necessary. Now let us fully bring forth the frequencies of light of the Golden, feel that Golden Ray coming into your Heart of the Christ Consciousness that You Are. Allow that to filter within you, into all aspects of your being of your physical, and it goes into the organs, and the cells, and the muscles and the tendons, into the bone structure, into all areas of your physical existence. You are vibrating with the Golden and the Seafoam Green, cleansing in the purity of the Christ within you.

Allow it now to move from your Earth Star outwards into the Etheric level. Allow that debris, and the dross, and the negativity that can be held in the Etheric level to be removed as now the energy just expands outwards from your Heart, your Solar Plexus, and your Thymus, and then it’s encompassing around you. It’s going down, it’s going out, it’s going across, and behind you, and you feel this purity and this light of whom you are to be fully accepted within your being. Now it moves farther out into your emotional level, and all the emotions that have been out of balance are fully going to come into the purity of the God Essence that you are. You feel the activation of your soul’s presence more fully within your body than you ever have in your Emotions. Now let it to go to the Mental, allow the mental thoughts to be dissipated, and allow the activation of the mental level of the Male Essence, the Yang that you are, to balance within the Female Emotion, as now the bodies are all blending together.

The Spiritual body is now activated, and we bring forth the light frequency to bring in the Spiritual with the Mental into the Emotional, the Etheric and the Physical. So there is no separation in this moment. You feel your Earth Star, you feel your Soul Star, they’re spinning together simultaneously as you activate all these frequencies in this moment and feel that blessing that you are. Feel the frequency and the Light expand within you. Feel now the acceptance within your Heart. Feel your Thymus. Feel it coming to your Throat.

See yourself in a situation in front of you and now you’re empowered so greatly, you’re able to speak your Heart and your Mind in a balanced manner, as you are now fully activated with your Soul’s Essence within your body! Allow yourself to now feel that and to express it to another and others in all that You Are. Express yourself now through the voice. If you need to vibrate in the voice and the throat, do the AAAH! AAAH! AAAH! AAAH!

Now breathe, we bring the vibration all the way down to your Earth Star. Allow the vibration to go through the feet into the ground below. What we are going to do now is ground these energies, so it’s not such a high frequency and it throws you off. I want you to ground it down into your Earth Star, feel the Earth Star spinning deeper and deeper into the ground, into the core of the earth as we send it to Gaia. So we all become part of the oneness, and the higher frequencies of the God Essence that you are. We are One in this moment.

As your Male and your Female are now fully activated in the balance and the frequency, you feel the love, you feel bliss, you feel joy, you feel acceptance. There is no rejection anymore, because you have let go of those elements, you are fully in balance with your Male and your Female, completely within your Heart. You feel the Core of your Heart. You feel the Lotus, and the expansion of that flower that is you, as it expands outwardly out of you, and shines outward to the world. You see yourself in front of the mirror, you see the beauty that You Are. You feel this Essence, you see this Light Body, and this Light Body is filled with many different colors that is the frequencies that we have brought in. Yet, it is so much more, so much more than you ever thought that you could receive.

Just expand with those thoughts, allow yourself to fully feel this Essence that You Are. This is the essence that you incorporate when you visit us on the inner plane level. Now we are bringing it more into your conscious space. Allow that conscious space, and see it grow out beyond you of the location that you are, so that you send this out 15 feet outside of you. Allow that expansion, now you bring it back in, and you allow yourself to close up the energies to be just you. So this is exactly what you can do, you can take this expansion, and allow it to grow outwards when you are traveling, or when you are with others that you want to send the Light. Feel this now, feel the essence of the 5^th dimensional body being activated within you.

Breathe through that. Breathe through this love. Breathe through this joy, harmony, all the positive aspects of your light frequency fully embodied within your physical.

We are the Divine Mother Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun to assist you with this process, allow us to embrace you in this moment. Allow yourself to embrace yourself, as you bring forth into your acceptance.

Greetings, this is Lord Sananda

This is quite an activation; it is one that can be used again and again to help you balance the energies in the next month as you come across your challenges, because there are going to be challenges. The challenges are about your own pathway, it may be a personal level, if that’s where you are in your initiation process. It may be a professional level, it may be able to speak your truth with love and compassion. Allow this to unfold within you, and you will see a great difference in how you interact and accept all that you are.

The Soul’s Nucleus ~ July 10th, 2011

Greetings, Greetings, Greetings.

This is Lord Sananda speaking, it is wonderful to be here in this moment. Tonight, we are not going to create a lot of energizing activations, we are going to settle in with the energies, and we are going to let everyone prepare themselves for the Full Moon that is coming up at the end of the week. We want everyone to relax and embrace their full essence to bring in within your physical being and allow your physical body to actualize what it has not been able to do so previously.

So we are going to give you a little assistance this evening. We are going to allow what you already have been working with to be more fully integrated within you. Sometimes, one just needs to know that what they are doing in any given moment is the right pathway. So the energy this evening is going to bring forth that frequency within you. As you do so, there will be more of an expansion and allowing that expansion to flow through you. Since the onset of the June activations, and we’ve spoken about everyone being at a crossroads, now is your time. Whatever it is that you have been aspiring to be, now is the time to take a part of that energy. Allow it to filter within your Being. There cannot be any hesitation any longer. These moments of activation are going to continue.

This does not mean that now you’re in an activation and everything is going to be perfect and uniform, and you’re all going to be fully activated with your I AM presence. Know there are stages to your growth, and each of you are actualizing these energies on a different level. So we ask of you in this moment, what it is that you desire most?

In this moment, I want you to take a deep breath. Feel the infiltration of the frequency that is coming through now. Go into yourHeartCenter, and go into your Solar Plexus. We want you to be fully empowered, because if you are not fully empowered than you cannot allow the frequency of the light to activate the physical movement that is necessary. What happens is that it just filters through your mind, and your emotions can become imbalanced. So it is imperative for each of us to understand, that these are processes.

We are here to help you with those processes. There is great movement happening within each of you, and I believe it is probably very multidimensional. Let us take the energy this evening, to bring it down into a nucleus. Allow that nucleus to be many facets of what you are experiencing. Allow yourself to have more of a focus, because what can happen if you bring forth too much of the multi-dimensional level within the aspect of your Being before you are ready to accept all of those aspects, it can be confusing, it can be frustrating, there can be anxiety, and there could be lack of movement. This is not what we want for you. We fully want you to embrace these frequencies to allow you to move to your next step. This may include mental thoughts, it may include anxieties that you have been thinking about, fear of movements, finding the power within you to do what is necessary, because the doorways are opening.

This Full Moon of this month is another element of surprise, and within that surprise, we want you to be fully ready to take those surprises by the hand. Let’s think about what you have been working on in the last month.

Is it relationships?
Is it your own inner power?
Is it your own love?
Is it your career?
Is it your children? Your spouse? Your boyfriend or girlfriend?
Or is it the complete centeredness within you of your totality, of your self assertiveness, your self completeness, or the empowerment within you.

It may be all these or some of these together.

There may be other elements that I am not even touching base on. So let’s look within our Solar Plexus and feel that Essence right now. I bring to you the Deep Cherry Red of the ray of the Solar Plexus, the Ray of the Divine Aspect within you, of the unity of the Christ Within. Allow that to center into your solar plexus, and feel the frequency of the light coming in a spindle of light, very lightly, like a small thread coming into your solar Plexus and allow it to filter through you. As it filters through you, it becomes a conglomerate, this is your Higher Wisdom that is being activated in your Solar Plexus. Within that Solar Plexus we also want to have your Inner Power. We are going to ask for the Transmuting Flame of the Violet Ray to intertwine with Deep Cherry Red so we can transmute; we can activate the higher frequency all at the same time.

Breathe deeply.

As those two spectrums of light blend within your Solar Plexus. The transmuting flame will move any lower frequencies. Feel the fire of the transmutation fully within your Solar Plexus. Then feel the deep Cherry Red as within these two colors we see the frequency as they intertwine deep into the Solar Plexus. Take a deep breath into that area.

Feel the power that is going on within you, your own Inner Power. That is what we want to fully activate this evening. So that you are ready for the surprises that are going to becoming forth. Allow these surprises to be fully within you. Allow your self to fully activate in all aspects of your Being. Allow yourself to know that the frequencies are part of the transitions you have been going through, and continue to go through, but is the basis of your new world.

Let us step into the new world on this Full Moon! Let us remove all the old aspects, the thoughts, the emotions, that are keeping you stuck ~ the fear, the anxieties, the frustrations, maybe some angers. Whatever it is we want to transmute it, and bring in the Divine Complement that is you of the beautiful essence of this ray that I embody myself. So I would like you to fully embrace that, and as it embraces within you, allow it to go to your Heart, allow it to go to your Sacral, then allow it to go to your Throat, into your Root, down your limbs, and then up your Third Eye, down your feet, and into your Crown and your Soul Star.

Feel the essence of these two frequencies because they work very well together of the transmutation and the divine wisdom that you are. Allow that to be within you. Allow your self to understand what it is we are all doing in this moment. We are receiving, we are receiving our highest essence. WE are receiving the totality that we are ready to accept in our physical existence. I AM here with you to assist you in this process. Let us now be ready to receive all that you desire and also to remove all that you no longer need to hold onto. Express yourself in many ways, because each of you are about ready to walk through manifestations, elements of activations in your physical world. You know what they are, you’ve been intending them, you’ve been writing them, you’ve been affirming them, you have been listening to your heart, and sometimes you can not fully understand how you are going to get to that space. Allow your self to be in these moments. Allow that to accept within your full frequency. Because your frequencies are changing with these energies.

Breathe Deeply! Breathe Deeply in that frequency!

We now ask for the entryway of your Higher Self to be fully activated within your Heart and your Thymus. Feel him or her fully, the participation within your physical existence in this moment. Allow yourself to receive any messages, any thoughts, any feeling from your Higher Self, that Essence of your Soul, and feel that frequency as you are now ready to embark upon a new journey this week. Allow that to happen for you.

Let us now take a deep breath and allow the activations of these frequencies. They are not new activations, they were just a continual movement of what you already know so that you can be assisted and allow the focus to happen within you.

Be whom you are ~ Be whom you want to create ~ Breathe it down. Breathe it down now into the Essence of your Being. Breathe it down and allow it to be of the frequency of your Light as it never has before.

WE come to you in this moment to allow you to express your self in the Divinity that you are of what we see within you in your Soul’s Essence. WE want each of you to understand to bring this focus together. Let us not separate all the different elements that you have been going through. Let’s bring it forth into this bowl of light that includes the Violet Flame into the Cherry Red and then it goes deeper into the Magenta, which is the 5^th dimensional frequency in this area. Allow that to come within you.

Allow it to filter through your entire Being, and allow your Solar Plexus to be warm, and expressive. As you move to your Heart, allow your Heart to expand with it. Feel it in your Thymus and your Soul’s Essence is rejoicing in this moment. Allow yourself to rejoice in the frequency that you are. Breathe it down fully through your Being. Ground it into your feet and your Earth Star. Allow the Earth Star to spin with all the frequencies of Light that you are! The beauty that we see within you is being expressed in your life. If you have not seen it occur, embrace it now, embrace it in these moments. They are the frequency that is You.

I want you to breathe deeper now. I want you to breathe deeper into the Core of your Being, into the Core of your Heart, and feel that Lotus expanding, expanding, expanding across your chest. Go deeper in there. Feel the breath! Feel the breath, within that breath allow yourself to express all the elements that bring forth all pieces of yourself together. The beauty of you, the expression of you, the frequency of you, whom you are now, whom you choose to become, and let’s let go of what does not serve us. You’ve held on to it for such a long time and now is your time!

You are at a new crossroads! Allow this crossroads to be fully within you! Allow yourself to be expressed in this moment of divinity. It is the spark of your Light, and it spins within you, and its spins deeper, and deeper, and deeper. Now allow it to go into your Root! Allow it to remove those essences that you no longer need. Anxiousness, movement, of others in your life who do not serve your highest purpose, this you know. So we ask for the frequencies to help you with this, because part of you cannot accept what is occurring. So let it be in there!

Let it go! Let go of the judgments, let go of the all those areas in that Root. We want to be the Base Chakra to be the grounding cord. You need to have the grounding, allow that frequency to be fully in your Root. Allow the Sacral to blend with those energies. Allow that sexuality that you are, the Kundalini that blends within you, the male and the female that creates the creativity that is needed.

Allow the empowerment within your Solar Plexus that you are to be fully being expressed through your voice, through your eyes, through your ears, through the essence that you are everywhere that you express within you. See yourself manifesting. See yourself sitting and writing, and the works are coming through to you.

Maybe it’s song. ~ Maybe it’s breath. ~ Maybe it’s a vibration. ~ Maybe it’s just sharing who You Are!

We ask this frequency, we ask for the 4^th Dimensional Chakra Grid to be more fully activated, and this is occurred because your Higher Self is more active than ever it has before. You listen, you listen to those thoughts that come into you. Those periods of inspiration, are your Soul’s Essence trying to tell you, NOW is the time!

Now is the time! ~ It must happen now!

It must be activated in the sense of the Beingness that we are together! Feel these frequencies flow through you. As they flow through you, feel what is behind you. See yourself walking through a beautiful doorway, and this doorway is gated with ivy, and white flowers. AS you walk through this doorway, it is a pathway, and it is illuminated with the purest light that you have ever seen in your entire life. It is shining down upon you, and you look behind you and there is just a trail of what you no longer need of all those areas of pain, all those aggressions that you are leaving behind.

You are walking into the totality of your gratefulness and your gratitude of whom you are and what you are becoming and you express that to others! As you walk through this pathway, you see beautiful flower petals flowing all around you. The flower petals represent all the love and the blessings of the Lady Masters. Feel that blessing of your female energy flowing through you, and allow it to combine through you. You feel that compassion that you are, and allow that compassion within you. You may see many masters, lady masters accepting you and embracing you.

Quan Yin, Lady, so many Lady Masters, the Blessed Mother, Isis, so many.

Allow your female energies to be blessed in this moment, to use this as the creativity that you need. Allow that creativity to flow through you. Then the door opens wide and we see the male masters.

Master Kuthumi, Lord Sananda, Serapis Bey, El Morya, Allah Gobi, Hillarion, Saint Germain, Lord Buddha, and Sanat Kumara.

Then the Lady Masters and the Male Masters come together. They come together with their Essence in front of you. Now walk through this frequency, you feel the balance that they are. Feel that balance and you walk through that and feel that frequency within you, because now you feel more of a balance. Now the empowerment can occur, because the balance is occurring within your body.

You continue to walk upon this pathway, and more flowers are falling around you, in the essence and the purity and there is many colors of the Spectrums of Light as the Rays are being activated through your whole body, as you become more Crystalline than you ever felt possible. The sun is shining down brightly, and their is illumination of pure White Light all around you. You walk through this gateway, and you continue to walk. You look out, and there is infinity. There is the sky, there’s the essence of beyond, beyond, beyond.

Right now your standing there and you feel your physical body, you feel infinity, but you are within your body. You have the soul activated, feel that frequency coming in you now. Let us all gather together, as we feel this Essence of Oneness. You see yourself walking further, and into this beautiful arena, where many beings are coming together, and the scope of oneness that we are.

We are this frequency. Your soul family is being reunited, and feel the beauty, and the love, and the compassion, and the acceptance, all coming together all at once. There is no turning back, it is just as it is. This is your focus, we are all parts of the pieces of the puzzle you’ve been trying to put together. Let them come together!

Feel that bowl of light within you! Feel that balance of the Male and the Female as you have been represented by the many masters that have walked before you.

I AM, the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, embrace you for coming into this space. Feel the beauty that you are! Feel the essence and the completeness occurring around you. Allow this movement to be you. There is no past, there is no future, there is just now. Allow that to be within you. Allow yourself to accept the frequency that You Are. Feel the vibration, feel the love, and feel the acceptance. As you see the pathway opening up, even more as we all connect with each other. As we all bring forth the Soul Family of Light.

We are the soul family of light, and many are now leaving us. It is now time, it is now time, just allow it to happen. Allow it to happen, there is nothing else to do, but accept. Accept where you are now, because that is the beauty and the grace of your Soul’s Essence.

Take a deep breath now.

We are going to utilize the bowl once again, and allow the frequencies to be fully within you, as you now reflect on Who You Have Become, because of the wholeness that you are incorporating.

Breathe deeply. Breathe deeply of the frequency you are now accepting within you. I ask each of you right now to have a command of yourself of what it is you desire most. Take a moment. Breathe deeply. Don’t think about it, and see it. See the frequency coming in of what you desire most in your life. It can be something tangible, intangible, could be a person or place, it could be a trip, it could be a movement, or it could be a journey. It could be a journey of your Self within your Self. Allow yourself to breathe deeply and bring forth that frequency in this moment.

It is done! ~ It is done!

As we stand here together, in this frequency of this beautiful place of Oneness. We’re all allowing the Light of the White Crystalline energies to come through us and around us. We now come together, the souls all coming together, just as your focusing within you. Let us all come together and feel the conglomerate of the Oneness. Feel that beauty that is around you!

Feel the acceptance! ~ Feel the friendship! ~ Feel the Love! ~ Feel the continuance within your Heart!

Allow yourself to feel this special beauty that you are, and see it in the eyes all around you. There may be one, two, three, or many other beings that you want to connect with, with this energy, in this moment. See their eyes and allow the vision of nearing between you, as you face, turn, and walk clockwise going completely around. You are not alone. You were never alone. Let us feel this completeness and continuity of light that we are!

Allow this to be your focus this week. This is exactly the Being of Light that you are.

Greetings this is Lord Sananda speaking, Welcome to the Cosmic Oneness once again. We are in a quiet mode this evening. We’re not going to be bringing forth a lot of intense activations. We’re going to assist you in Internalizing and Embracing what you’ve already been receiving.

I know each of you are going through different levels of challenges within your pathway as you are accumulating more frequency within your body, you’re allowing the Essence of your Being to be fully actualized. We are coming upon the New Moon, and we want everyone to fully allow that Essence to be within you to prepare you for what you would like to create even more so. The Summer Solstice this year is an Activation of Frequency within the Being of your Continuance of your Light within these bodies. We have talked about the Remembrances, we have talked about the levels of challenges, we have talked about everything. We also need to share with you that now that you are at the top of the mountain, it is time for you to fully actualize the challenges that you have been bringing forth within your life, and to go deeper with them.

Please know that this is not the end of the mountains. Some may think that we are at the top of the mountain and this it, and we have acquired everything that we desired. This is not true for any of us, not matter what level of initiation that you are acquiring or walking upon. We are continually climbing the mountains, one after the other. Do they get easier? Yes, they do get easier sometimes the challenges are quite different. Some of your challenges may be more in a leadership role, some of you may still be incorporating levels of Light and Love within you to help you to realize that you are this fully Incorporated Being of Light. Some of you may have a challenge with that.

It’s a time to embrace it all. So as we bring forth these Energies tonight, let your Self Expand within them. Let yourself Accept the Aspect of yourself, that you haven’t before, because it hasn’t been able to Incorporate within you. As we go through these Activations, and these Initiations, whether they are Planetary or Individual or whether doing these calls or other work that you are doing, it’s going to catapult you into a New Space of Being. So there is a Spark within you that you haven’t fully actualized.

Within that Spark allow it to Grow within your Heart, Allow it to Expand within all parts of you to bring forth the Essence of your Completeness. The Completeness is to Accept your Totality of the Light that you are, the Spark, the Divine Source from the beginning, allow it to Grow within these physical bodies. Please know that you cannot Incorporate all that you are from, that Energy, in that Space and in that Time. It is just not a possibility, in the physical existence that you are living upon. As we move more into that 5^th dimensional frequency, you will understand exactly how that it is being done.

So let’s take a moment. Within that moment, let’s reflect at how far you have come. Each of you are Embracing yourself in many different levels than you ever have before. It’s going to continue, and to continue, and to continue. Allow the Essence that you are bringing forth in this moment to be a new Spark of your Creation, as we move into a New Level of Love. This is what we want to share with you this evening.

Breathe, Breathe Deeply! Within that breath, let’s center upon your Heart and the Thymus. Dearest Meleriessee opened up your Heart and Thymus to allow your Higher Self to be activated. We allow that Activation to come forth now, more fully. Feel the Sparks of Light coming to you. These Sparks of Light are the Essence of your Being, the Essence of your Soul, and the Essence of your Continual Frequency of Light of the Cell that you are part of from the very beginning of time. This is a Beautiful Essence. This is an Essence of a Sparkly, Platinum, Silvery Star and within that Essence it has the Elements of many Colors. If you squint your eyes, you’ll see many Colors filtering in there, those Sparkles of Light are coming fully from the Cosmic Level into your Heart and your Thymus and your Solar plexus.

Now we Activate the 5^th dimensional chakra grid.

Allow that 5^th dimensional chakra grid to be totally open. We want it to be fully active. Allow these three elements between the Solar plexus, and the Heart, and the Thymus to be the Star that you are. Feel that Vibration within you. Feel the LOVE that is really you.

This is the basis of Coming into Total Completeness. Allow yourself to feel it on the physical level. Breathe deeply. Allow that Spark of the Divine Essence to shine through your entire Being. Now let those Sparkles of Light go into those places that feel not aligned with your Spark of Light, maybe it’s in your physical body, in the muscles or the joints, in the spinal column, any organs. Maybe it’s in your Solar Plexus: that Emotional center; maybe it’s in your Throat, maybe it’s in your Third eye. Allow the Sparkles of Light to all blend within each other, as now you are Shimmering. Your Light Body is Sparkling, as the Star that You Are. Feel that.

Tonight what is happening with these Sparklets of Light, as that you are remembering yourself in a Higher Frequency than you were previously. We’re going to go up an octave, so that you can feel the Beauty that you Incorporated within yourself on a continually basis without the body. Feel the Freedom, Feel the Joy, Feel the Camaraderie with others, and the Expression of your Light flowing through you. There are no lower emotions to have to deal with, there are only higher emotions coming through. Feel that Essence, feel that Essence within you. Breathe through all those Sparkles of Light.

Now you are ready to receive the Activation, the Attunement, but truly the LOVE Essence with the Divine Mother and Divine Father God. I think you are going to enjoy it immensely.

We are the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun of the I AM Presence within your being in this moment.

The Essence that you are receiving in the Sparkles of Light is the Essence of your Beingness, they are yours to hold and behold within your Heart. Breathe deeply through those Elements. Breathe deeply as you Express yourself. Allow this Essence of Continual Frequency to be Remembrance of the LOVE that you are!

Breathe as the old debris is now leaving you and as the Sparkles of Light filter into all aspects. They filter into your Emotional, your Physical, your Mental, and your Spiritual. It Cleanses you and Purifies you, and Creates the LOVE in a different frequency than you were before. Allow that Expression to be fully within you as it never has before. Feel it as a warmth in your Throat, in your Heart, in your Back. Feel it blending into your middle part of your body, let it go into your Solar Plexus. Allow yourself to feel the Empowerment that is you. Allow it to go into your lower energies and allow it to take the Pure Essence of LOVE and change everything into LOVE! No matter what is there, allow this Activation to assist you in the Purity of the Heart that you are.

Feel yourself standing upon a mountain. Feel yourself with your wings spread wide. Feel the Essence and the Purity of your First Born of Angelic Presence. Allow that to be in the Aspect of your Being within the Totality that you are. Allow yourself to feel that Light Being that you Incorporated

Allow the next Activation of your Remembrance to be activated. We open up the Pineal Gland. We open up that Third Eye to allow this Expansion to come into you. You may see it ~ You may hear it ~ You may feel the vibration that is a Higher Intensity. Allow that to be within you. Allow the aspect of all that is to be part of all that you are. Breathe through that frequency within you. Breathe through the Essence that you are, the Essence Expansion you are.

Now see the Colors that you embodied within your Soul and your Monad. These are your Ray Aspects of these Levels. It may be a mixture of several Colors. Allow that Frequency to come within you. It may be Blue, or Pink, or Gold, Yellow, Crystalline, maybe Sparkles of Green and Orange and Gold. Allow those Colors of the Violet, whatever it is you are bringing within you now. Maybe it is the Golden Colors, maybe it is the Seafoam, the Blue-Green, the Pearlescent, the Violet, the Lavendars, or the Indigos.

Breathe it all in, it is your Special Attunement. Allow yourself to Incorporate it! Allow yourself to be in this space to fully Actualize your light. It is your Destiny! Hold out the palms of your hands and allow the Chakras in your hands to Vibrate with these Frequencies. Allow it to be in the Balls of your Feet. Allow yourself to Spin the Soul Star and the Earth Star at the same time so all the Frequencies are coming together. You see the Soul Star and the Earth Star Spinning clockwise manner it comes in a Diamond shape. The Diamond shape is reflecting all of these Beautiful Colors of the Light that you are.

Breathe it through!

Breathe it through your Being.

Let it come down in through the Spiritual, in to the Mental, in the Emotional, in the Etheric, and the Physical. Let it come into your Heart, let it go into your Cellular Structure. Now you feel the Sparkles of Light everywhere that you see, that you feel. Allow that Essence to be fully within you! Breathe through it deeply

The Light Formations are coming within you. Allow yourself to be in a State of Remembrance. Allow yourself to fully accept these Beautiful Light Formations that are you! You are the Star that you are! You are the star that you are!

Now as you bring that Essence fully within you, allow yourself to have Remembrances. It comes from the Heart, it does not come from the Mind. Allow the Male and the Female, the God and the Goddess, and the Yin and the Yang to be fully in Balance in this moment. As you breathe deeply there is an Essence of LOVE and the Light coming to you that you have been asking for. Allow it to come. Do not put any definition on what it is.

Just allow the non-form to come and let it to be formed within you. Now the crystal bowl will be played, allow that Frequency to come and allow a Remembrance to come to you. It may be a thought, it may be a person, it may be an aspect, it may be a pathway that is about to be opened up for you. Whatever it is, just flow with it. Don’t allow the mind to control. We want you to be Deep within your Heart, Deep in that Essence of that Spark that you are! Feel at the base of the Spark which starts at the Heart and then it filters out in your beautiful Light, you are One Essence of a beautiful fireworks display! Embrace the Light as it comes through you!

Now take that Vibration and bring it all the way down to your feet to your Earth Star. Ground this Frequency, ground this Energy, ground the Emotion. Whatever it is your feeling, allow yourself to Embrace it! Your Spark of your Divinity is a piece of the puzzle, there’s more coming for you. Embrace this moment of Creation. Embrace the Essence that You Are, it is the Spark of your Light. It is the Spark of your Love, embrace it now. Embrace it fully! Feel the Beautiful Frequency that You Are. Allow it to Incorporate in the body. Allow the body to relax into it and Accept it and Be it.

Breathe ~ Breathe ~ Breathe

Now receive, just allow yourself to be in the receiving mode, we want you to sit with this energy. Just let it flow through you. There will be memories that will come, it may be just one memory, but it will be an Actualization. Have your pen and paper ready because it may come through in a moments notice. It may come through in a dream state, it may come through in your meditation, or it may come through as your going about your day. Allow it to Fully Activate Within You!

Breathe this essence deeply ~ Breathe this essence deeply

It is our desire for you to fully Acquire this Light, fully within your Being of Light. We are the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God in this Frequency of Balance ~ in this Frequency of light, but most of all the Frequency of LOVE. Allow yourself to fully actualize this. Allow yourself to say it is your Completeness coming into your Being.

ACCEPT IT TO BE ~ ACCEPT IT TO BE

It is now time to allow yourself to Accept All. It is our honor in this moment to give you this Special Attunement in the LOVE. It is a in a Frequency that is softer than we have given it before; it is also just as powerful as we have shared with you previously. Allow this Frequency to be your Guide. As you breathe deeply through it, the breath is what is going to assist you. Not the thoughts, although the Remembrances will come, allow them to come in Visions or Feelings, and not so much as thoughts. Allow that to be your Guide.

It is our Blessing to be with you in these moments, as we all come together in the Source of Creation of All that is.

Know that they are not Emotions of sadness, but they are Emotions of Joyfulness of Fully Activated the Light that you are, and getting closer, and closer every moment we are together.

Good Evening,

This is Lord Sananda speaking; I come to you in this moment, with Great Pleasure. Thank you, once again, for coming together for this call, this creation of the Christ Consciousness, and the Essence of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God are bringing forth the frequencies to assist, and allowing you to fully integrate your I AM Presence.

This evening, is more of a, not quite sure what word to use, it’s not Grounding or Balancing, it is all of those. Its bringing in your essence in a different capability than you have acquired previously. We are very proud of each of you, and what you are acquiring, and what you are bringing through; your Integration, and the Powers and Energies that are happening for you on so many different levels of frequency.

As we bring forth these levels of Integration of a Remembrance, this evening we want each of you to Embrace, Accept, Acknowledge, and Introduce a New part of yourself that you haven’t quite Actualized previously. You have felt it, the Sparks of Light that have been brought forth into your Being, the Essence of the Continuity that you are going through. This evening we are preparing you for the Solistice this week, and yes, we have been preparing you for all of these Elements as we have been doing this call for several weeks, weeks upon weeks.

Tonight is an Actualization, it is a Movement of ‘Yes! I have finally made it!’.

This is what we want to bring forth for you to prepare you for the solstice. Not all of you are going to feel it in the same manner, but to bring forth these Frequencies in your Entire Being, in these moments, is an accomplishment beyond any thought process that you may be having. We are honored that you are walking this path, because as you are bringing forth these frequencies into your own being to assist the divinity to be created upon this earth. As we see each of you acquiring the Light Within, you to allow the Essence of your Being to be fully actualized in human form.

As this actualization starts occurring, you start to realize that you are becoming multi-dimensional. Within those muli-dimensional facets, you are being able to see the different levels of existence. I am sure each of you are going through these different processes; as you go through the processes you start to see an accumulation of layers of increasing the light within you. With each week and with each meditation you do, you see a difference happening within you. Within those the differences of each of those times that you bring that energy forth, your also seeing elements coming up that surprise you. The core of healing is a continuation of allowing those frequencies to assist you in the totality of your Beingness. You must understand that doing this in human form, is something that has never been acquired before to the availability that will be coming to each of you. What you do with it, is your own personal choice, and each of you will acquire it in a different way. You may get to a certain level and decide that you’re not quite ready to get to the Higher Levels yet, and that is just fine! Because, what we are are assisting you, our main goal, is that 5^th dimensional body.

Within that 5^th dimensional body we want you to acquire that light frequency, to hold that fully physically. This is our Divine goal for each of you to acquire this. As you acquire this, then the frequency upon the Earth is going to get more intensified as Gaia works with you within this process. As this process occurs, you will see a change in your life. Avenues will open up to you that were not there before. There will be synchronistic events that are occurring and some of you may choose to go even further with the frequencies. As the Earth changes into that 5^th dimensional level of intensity, of Dimensional Activation, the Possibilities are Limitless. What you do with it within your own body, will definitely assist you into aspiring to the Highest Levels. You will find that as you move into these higher levels, you will not be able to live in certain environmental conditions.

Doorways will open up to you to relocate. When those doorways open up, it is time for you to walk through those doorways. Do not hesitate when you see synchronistic events occurring for you that are wide and beyond the scope of your comprehension. What I want to relate to you, is that the Solstice is very important for each of you, and each of you are on different frequencies to bring that into your body, but the potential is there.

This is only the beginning, so if you find that you are feeling the desire to make certain changes in your life, but the fear is stopping you from doing so, BE CAREFUL, because the doorways may close if you do not do it. DO NOT ALLOW the fear to stop you, but move through that fear. You can still feel the fear, which you probably will in the process, but the power of your strength is so great, that the fear will dissipate. There may be anxiety, and uncertainty about what the next step is, but the whole process is to LET GO of the human conditioning that’s been fully within your focus of the physical existence. There is no element that we can base this on.

You are the Pioneers!

You are the ones that are creating this Foundation for others. During this time, you will see that you are creating ways to teach others in ways to do this. So we give to you these energies, through Dearest Meleriessee to assist with this process, making it easier for you. Tonight, we are embodying within you, is the Essence to Accept what you’ve been going through.

It is now time to LET GO of the anxiety, and any lower energies that make you feel uncertain. The process that you have been going through in the last couple of weeks has been extreme. The most important facet is knowing what you need to do in each moment. Feel the Essence that is all around you that is your Highest Self, of your I AM presence, guiding you into the Next Wave of Frequency. Allow yourself to move through these doorways. Once you move through these doorways, than you can Fully Acknowledge yourself in a New Existence. So I Embrace with you the Power Within You of Mastership, of finally Acquiring a status upon the initiation phase, that allows you to take a deep breath, and say “WOW, I’m arriving, I may not be quite there yet, the Pathway is continuing”.

Each of us that are aspiring to the Mastership Level in their Awakening State is going to acknowledge themselves in a completely different manner than they have ever before. This is the Beauty of Everything! This evening is an Actualization, allowing the frequencies you have been embodying previously to be fully activated within you. Then when you bring in those activations, you will see within you the Accessibility of the Circumference of your Pathway around you. That will fully be acknowledge in the frequency within.

Let’s all take a deep breath, and in that deep breath, just allow ourselves to embody these frequencies. You’ve been embodying them, you’ve been recharging yourself, and you probably have been going through periods of uncertainty, your unsure of what is happening to you. You may have periods of feeling you are not fully in your body, because the body is changing to those other levels. You may have periods of activity and then non-activity, periods of sadness. The sadness occurs because you are bringing in a frequency that is quite different and within that releasement needs to happen of the old. There is a process of the excitability of the newness that is coming in , and there is the process of grief that needs to occur within you. It may not be anything specific, sometimes you may not be able to pinpoint the energy or where that is coming from, and that is okay. Just flow with it, and allow this fluidness to flow throughout your body.

As we breathe deeply, allow that Thymus area to be fully opened. Within the Heart, concentrate on the Crystalline Light, allowing you to embody the peacefulness that is necessary to occur. Breathe deeply as it comes down into your Crown, and blends in a clockwise manner into your chakra column, hitting the Third Eye, moving down into the Throat, the Thymus, the Heart, the Solar Plexus, the Sacral, and the Root. Allow it to flow through you, allow it go down your limbs, into your feet and allow it to flow into your Earth Star. Allow your Earth Star and Soul Star to cycle together in a clockwise motion with the Crystalline Light. There is a Spinning Funnel of Energy that is going through your whole body now. Feel the Balance as we bring in the Crystalline Light, as we bring in the Balance of the Harmony. Allow those Crystalline Colors to blend with All Colors, and Speckles of Light in the Frequency.

Now you are ready to receive and embrace the part of you that you’ve been working with. It is my Divine Pleasure to be here with you in this moment, I AM Lord Sananda, at your service.

I AM the Cosmic Great Central Sun at your service of the Divine Mother and Divine Father God

We embrace you in this moment, with this frequency of light, to assist you in the Essence that you already are embodying. We want to open up the channels so you may receive it deeper. Allow these frequencies to run through you. As now your Central Canal is fully open, allow the light that you are to be fully embraced within you.

As you feel the Essence of your Soul’s presence in your Thymus, and your Heart, allow him/her to blend deeper than you have ever before, allow it to go deeper into your lower body, allow self to feel the Essence of your chakras spinning wheels together, spinning essences of frequency. Allow the colors of the rainbows to be fully within all of the chakras of the Reds, the Greens, the Blues, the Yellows, the Lavenders, the Goldens, the Platinum’s, the Pearlescent, the Silvers, and the multi-colors, and colors within colors. As all your chakras blend together, let us allow the integration of all 50 chakras to be activated within you in this moment.

Allow your light body to be within your physical body, feel the tingling sensation, feel the frequency that you are, feel this essence fully being embodied. Allow yourself to embrace the Essence that you are!! Allow this frequency of light, it is you, it represents what you are, and the highest sense of your embodiment. Feel NOW in your Solar Plexus, let Strength come down deep inside your self, allow your self to embrace the love that you are, fully accept the deepness of your soul.

Feel HIM! Feel HER!

Allow that essence to blend with who you are NOW in the physical! Let us think about the cellular level, and any physical problems or ailments that you may have: Is it in the joints? Is it in the muscle? Is it in the intestinal tract? Is it in any of the organs? Is it in the fluidness? Is it in your spinal column? Is it in any areas that feel uncomfortable?

Allow your soul’s essence to bring in the Essence of your Healing that is necessary, have this frequency as you bring this in! Allow the divinity that you are fully embraced within you! Allow yourself to see those doorways! Allow yourself to see the pathway in front of you of the Illumination moving outside of you! The circumference is becoming wider and wider, and it goes out beyond miles and miles of energy. This fluidness that is walking, feel yourself walking down the pathway of the Crystalline Light with Platinums, Silvers, Pearlescent, and Golden Flames coming around you. Feel the Essence of the Beauty that is part of your Soul’s Essence to be in your physical life. See it wrapping it around you, allow yourself to see a circular motion at the top of your crown, allow it to go outside of your body, so you’re in the Midst of the Spiralling Energies!

As you are doing that, you start to feel the essence of your continuity of life in a different form and a different manner than you ever have before. As we come upon the Solstice this week, allow yourself to see you at the top of the mountain, allow yourself to see the beaming of the sun and the wind around you, feel the warmth and feel the coldness, feel the Essence of Elements around you as you come out life desire it to be! There is no other way, it is as it shall BE! Feel that essence within you as you bring forth the remembrance of your Soul’s Essence and the Purity of your Light!

Breathe it down into your Heart! Breathe it down into your Solar Plexus! Breathe it deep into those Lower Chakra, allow it to Expand! Allow it to go into your limbs, your knees the flexibility! Allow your ankles to support you! Allow your feet to walk forward to your Destiny of Light that you are! See it now, See it now coming to you! See what you desire, you are now in the space, in the frequency allowing you to accept these energies in a different manner than you ever have before! Breathe that in! Breathe in!

Feel your commands of your life, being accepted within your Being fully integrates the I AM presence. Feel the Essence of your I AM of the connection of your Soul Family being activated within your body. As you are not just you, you are many, you are One! As we come together as one family of light, now you work for yourself, but you work for the many, and you feel the frequency that is necessary for you to do the work. Your worries have been dissipated, there are no lower frequencies. You are living in that 5^th dimensional body and feel that Frequency come through you as you accept the Divinity of your Light, as you accept the Divinity of your Essence, to bring that fully into your being!

We are ONE in this moment ~ WE ARE ONE in this moment! We bring forth the frequency to you, to ACCEPT! ACCEPT! See the desire that you need help you to get to the Mountain! See that frequency come through to you in that moment! See your Being embodied of the Light that you are!

Breathe it in, it is yours to accept! Breathe it deeply within you! Allow yourself to breathe deeply, as you breathe deeply into your diaphragm, you feel your Solar Plexus vibrating with the frequency that you are! Allow yourself to Embrace the Light! Allow your Divinity to be your Acceptance and your desire of all that is in the moment of this Frequency of Light! Breathe! Breathe and Accept! Breathe and Accept your light, your light, your light and the divinity that you are!

WE Are the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God . We are here to embrace you with this acceptance within your being.

Allow yourself to feel as you have been brought forth a beam of energy that you have been trying to accept, and NOW it is YOURS!!!!!! It is Yours! It is Yours! It is Yours to Embrace! Embrace it in this moment! Feel it all around you, it is within you, it is around you, it is in your Lightbody. Allow yourself to acknowledge the light that you are as you bring forth these frequencies within you.

We are One! We are One! We are One in this moment of Light!

Take time to connect to the Essence of your Being, for the newness that is about to be born.

We are one, more than we ever have been in any human condition before! The humanity is shifting into the Light Frequency! There shall be events upon events that shall occur within your life, personally and globally, that will assist you in the preparations that each of you are making. Allow these frequencies to around you, and ground into your Earth Star. It is yours, it is your Divinity! All you need to do is Embrace it! June 12th, 2011 ~ Embracing the Divine Feminine Aspect Within to Create Balance

Greetings!

This is Lord Sananda. Thank you once again for being with us. It is my pleasure to be your host and spokes-being for the Christ Consciousness. I so look forward to these times that we are connecting. It is a beautiful exchange and it helps each of us to connect with each of you more deeply than you ever could realize.

Tonight is a Heart opening night as Meleriessee was explaining. I want everyone to breathe deeply within our Heart Center. We’re going to open up that emotional frequency this evening as we allow those areas that have been lost in a deepness core of your Lotus Heart into the Chamber of the Heart Chakra. There may be elements in there that you are not aware of that are going to come up. We’re going to allow the vibration of the energies to take hold. Tonight is preparation. Preparation again, once again, preparation seems like were doing a lot of preparation in this last few weeks. We would like you to be fully aligned with your Soul’s purpose, and not everyone is going to feel the intensity that others are may be feeling it. Whatever pathway and whatever incorporation you are bringing with you forward in this time is where your supposed to be. So I ask each of you in this moment to open up your Heart. Would you like it to be wider than it is now? Would you like elements to come more fully within your life? Let’s take a breath and think of five elements that you would like to change within your life.

First, let’s get an idea of what we are looking for this evening. I want you to take five elements that you may be holding onto, and maybe there is a blockage within your life, or maybe you don’t even know there is a blockage. What if you wanted a relationship so badly, and you know someone who wants this relationship also, but that person is not ready to open up their Heart to you? What if you are thinking you have your Heart open to them, but there may be a pocket blocked away that is not allowing the energy to come into your Being, because it could be the most powerful relationship you have ever experienced in a physical sense that is overwhelming because of the higher frequency. What if you receive the funds that you are looking for to fully give you freedom, but a part of you is afraid to receive those funds? You want them, you want them desperately, but what if it is so deeply seeded within you that it would completely change your life. What if you are desiring change, so deeply, yet within that change you are not quite ready to uproot yourself? These are the elements that we want you to look at that may be holding you back from your full potential. It’s going to be different for each of you. If you don’t have five things that you totally need to move into, that’s quite alright, we’re giving you the choice of five elements this evening to fully release.

What we are doing is preparing you for the Lunar Eclipse and Full Moon. How is this going to happen? Well this energy that is coming up in this next week is about expansiveness and balance. So how can we be expanding our frequency, if we don’t have total balance within us? So what that is going to happen is that it is going to bring up those elements that are not quite ready within you to be released? And, when I say not ready within you, I’m not talking about your Heart Center, I’m not talking about the Mental level, I’m talking about the cellular pockets that are deep within you at the core of your Essence that you have been holding onto for eons and eons of time. You have been going through your pathways in a certain manner, you come into body, and take on a creation that your Soul Monad is guiding you through the Rays of God as you are attuned to the Rays of God within your Soul and your Monad. This really develops your personality and how you are interacting in your Physical body, your Emotional, and your Mental.

This evening we are going to open up that Heart Center with love and compassion and beauty of the Divine Mother. It’s going to be a different night for everyone. The combination of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God will come through but most of the energy will be centered upon the Feminine Divine within each of you. We want you to fully embrace your Heart and your expansiveness as you never have before. So I sit here, in this moment, within this woman to share with you, the development of your Soul’s Essence fully embodied within your physical as we have been assisting you with previously. We help you, each week with these activations, because little-by-little each of you are getting it, allowing it to happen, you’re wanting it to happen, and now the time we are going to come to the culmination of the development as you allow yourself to expand in the most beautiful way possible.

Let’s take a deep breath. Within that deep breath, I want you to open up your Heart Center, and deep within that Heart Center we are going to bring in the frequency of the Pink Ray. Allow that Pink Ray to come into your Heart Center in a clockwise manner and as it comes in, it’s like a funnel of light. A funnel of light that is going to fully come into your Heart and it’s going to open up the Heart Chakra Canal. See all the elements within there, breathing deeply with that. Allow that essence to be totally within you. As you bring forth that Deep Pink Light, feel the compassion and love as the activation can occur now. Allow all the old elements to be released, there is no longer any reason to hold on to them. Let’s take a moment and use the Bowl, to fully feel this frequency opening up, allowing this chamber to open up as you never have before.

Breathing deeply, feel that frequency of the Pink Ray coming deeply, deeply into your cellular structure. Feeling the essence of the compassion, and the love, and knowing what to do in the right moment, with the activations, and your manifestations fully actualized. Allow that to flow into your Heart Center. As it flows into your Heart Center, it’s now going to go into your cellular structure. Beyond the physical and into all those elements that hold the Soul’s Essence, the remembrances. All remembrances, we’re going to ask that all remembrances to be open at this moment. Good, and bad, and indifferent, because all is being enveloped within the Pink Ray of love and compassion. Feel that very deeply into you now. Allow it to go into all parts of your body that maybe holding different areas, maybe there’s some in your joints, your muscles, your neck area, your Third Eye. Do you have sinus problems? Do you have throat problems? These are all part of a cellular level holding on to those fragments, bits and fragments, allow yourself to just breathe through it. It doesn’t have to be a physical reaction,it can be an emotional reaction, or a mental reaction. We want the mental body to fully relax. So we want the male energy, the yang that is part of you, to fully just sit back. Sit back men, and allow that frequency on your right side of your body flowing through you, and just relax and allow this pink flame, this beautiful element of this light. There is nothing that can stop you in this moment from embracing the purity in the essence that you are, because there is nothing else. As we blend with the physical, and the emotional, and the mental, we allow all those elements to accept this divinity that you are. Allow it flow through you.

Now we’re going to ask for the Christ Consciousness of the Gold flame, the golden color to come into the heart of that 4^th dimensional chakra grid. Allow that to be enveloped within you. Because with the pink and the gold there can be no other existence, this is your existence of your Christ Consciousness. The beauty that is you – the aspect of your being within you – to fully accept in these physical bodies that you are a body of light. That you are a master walking into this body, and allow any thoughts that have stopped you previously to now be removed. We ask that any emotions that have stopped the flow, and we ask the tears to flow this evening, we want to open up those tear ducts in every one of you. Not just the women, we want the men, we want the divine feminine aspect that is part of your being to flow through you, to embrace your heart center, and the purity that you are. It’s going to assist you in activating your thoughts, it’s going to assist you in activating your relationships, and the love that your embodying.

I previously had mentioned five elements, let’s now take the time to feel these frequencies coming through you. We’re going to give a couple of moments and I want you to state to my being, to the I AM presence of the cosmic level, what it is that you fully that you desire and command, and give it to your own I AM presence, because we all speak within the oneness in this moment.

I Am the Great Cosmic Sun at your service of the Divine Mother and Divine Father God

Let us take a deep breath, and within that deep breath, let us feel the male and the female, the God and the Goddess within, the Yin and the Yang, the male and the female, and allow that balance as we come to you with the balance of the male and female of the cosmic great central sun, the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God of the union that we are together. Breathe deeply as you receive the activation to allow you to accept. The Divinity of your Feminine Aspect to be fully activated within your heart as you do that feel your male energy slowly relaxing. Allow the right the side of your body to be in a state of receiving. Allow the left side of the body to be in the receiving mode also, but also to remove and release all elements for eons of time of your souls history to be fully removed and to accept your divinity of your light. Breathe deeply. As we now bring in this frequency of light.

I Am the Divine Mother in the Divine presence of the Feminine aspect I bring forth to you in this moment your own divine feminine aspect that has been lost within the body, it is not lost within your souls essence, it is just lost within the physical, let us open up our hearts, let us breathe deeply through these moments, and allow this pink flame to be activated in a way that has never been activated before. Breathe in the essence that you are, breathe in the essence of your becoming, breathe in the essence of your origination of your divine frequency, breathe in that frequency and allow it to come fully within your heart, and feel the essence of this beauty, that is you.

Feel it spiralling down into your crown as the flames are intertwined with each other, through the third eye, deeply into your chakra system. Into the throat and the thymus feel the thymus and the warmth of the flame, feel the heart accepting the love, allow it to go deeper into the lower chakras. Let it burn away all aspects that no longer serve your pathway, serve your existence. Breathe through that in your sacral. Allow all the sexual energies of your past relationships to be fully removed. Allow the pathway of Divine aspect of your being to be activated, as now the flame is in the root. Allow the flame to burn away all anxiety , all lower energies, all lower vibrations that are no longer a part of your existence. As the flame goes deep within you, it opens up your chakras and now we attune you with the 4^th dimensional chakra grid, feel those chakras being activated now, allow your thymus to be in the warmth that your higher self is now accepting your divinity within the physical body. We now bring the Gold of the Christ Consciousness as the chakra column has now widened. We have opened up the central canal the fluidness of this golden light blending with this pink light is amazing element to foresee.

Breathe deeply through the aspect of your being. Let it go to those elements that you have stated to your I AM presence that you want to activate. All the blockages, all the thought process that have stopped you from fully actualizing these elements within you, letting go of any fear, letting go of any wonderment, allowing yourself to be in the moment, and just accept the magic that is coming to you, as the divine feminine is being fully activated within your heart. We now bring forth the energies of the magenta of the heart, as the solar plexus, and the heart, and the thymus, are all one chakra on the 5^th dimensional chakra grid, feel your chakras blending within each other, of all colors and no colors, and allow this frequency to be fully within your cellular structure. It is like twinkling of light, sparkles of light, just going to all the areas that need to be healed. Let us breathe through that.

As the Divine Mother God I embrace you with my light, I embrace you within nurturing that is deeply needed in your Heart. Let it come into you. I now command that each of your hearts fully expanded, that each of you receive the love that you desire. That you walk upon these pathways, that you find your Twin Flames, and you allow yourselves to be embodied with Twin Flame energy. We remove all judgments, we remove all thoughts, we remove all blockages that have stopped you previously. But you must stay in this center, you must stay in this frequency, you must stay in this Essence.

Breathe in the Essence, and I ask that every individual that has put out their commands of what to create in the five elements is now being activated during this Full Moon of June and the Summer Solstice. Feel yourself walking up the mountain and right now it feels like it is a very challenging pathway, but it is not. Allow this frequency that is part of your divinity to be fully activated within your body. It is your time to show this to others, men show your heart unto the women, women show your innocence onto the men, allow each to come together as the balance occurs within each of you individually; you will create the balancing relationship that are necessary.

Not only is this solstice about your pathway, but this solstice is about each of you meeting, the solstice is about the soul families. The solstice is about your 144 soul extensions of your Monad and your I AM Presence, this also has to do with the frequencies of your Twin Flames. It is an active movement onto the Twin Rays, it will be activated on a 5^th dimensional level of the New Earth on Terra Christa, but this is the pathway that is necessary at this time. Embrace these elements coming into you!

Breathe deeply through all parts of your being! Breathe deeply in the essence that you are! Accept it as it is, accept your life circumstances now being changed from this moment forward, this is the activation of the magic of your heart. I bring to you the elements of the pure essence of the Divine Feminine within you! I stand before you, and I have my palms with these beautiful balls of light, take them, and put them into your Heart. And then hold your hands to your Heart, these are little pellets of love that are going to expand within you, allow it to grow into your Heart Center, and as it grows into your Heart Center it will grow into the other parts of your body, but it must start within your heart first.

You must share your expression to others! Allow yourself to know that it is time for the communication to be fully open with others. Do not stop because of your fear, Do Not stop because you are afraid it will not be accepted, that no longer matters! What needs to be done right now is the full Essence of your embodiment. Allow yourself to come together with these beautiful beings of light. And, no, it is not a sexual experience, but it is a sensuality that you embrace deeply within yourself first, and then you will share it with another. It must come from your higher consciousness, and we bring it now into your physical body.

Are you ready to receive? If you are ready to receive, accept this activation with the words out loud or in your head: “YES, I AM ready to receive! Yes, I AM ready to receive! I expand this beauty that is mine; I am ready for the acceptance of my divine purpose within these bodies!”

O, Holy God of Hosts, I Am the Divine Mother God to bring forth the acceptance, I take my arms around you and I hold you deeply, as your Male and Female is now intertwined within you, allowing the balance to occur; feel the Acceptance of your God and your Goddess self coming together in union and then emanating it out of your body. You are a mirror for all of this to occur, allow the magic to be within you as now you walk in balance, and you accept the Divinity that you are, not what you thought previously. Get out of the mind, it will not help you.

Take another deep breath, as you feel the Magenta within your Heart, Solar Plexus, and your Thymus, and take that Vibratory Communication of the Violet Pink Light in your Throat and share with others. Allow this Vibratory Communication to go through the elements of the frequencies and share it with others, through the essence of not necessarily in physical words but in the interaction upon the Grid of the Light of the Cosmos as we’re all interconnected with each other. Allow yourself to receive the acceptance that is happening, because as you receive the acceptance of these frequencies, it will be manifested into the Physical. But not within your Physical 3^rd Dimensional Body. It will come in the higher frequency, it may happen to you when your going to sleep, in your sleep state or meditation, but when you awake ~ know that it is true!

We now embody, we are now one with the Divine Mother the Divine Father God to bring forth these frequencies within you to show you the balances that are about to occur, but you must work with it, and allow yourself to feel more than you’ve ever felt before. Embrace the Light, embrace this Frequency! You are within one of balance within you and then it will mirror out, outside of you, as you communicate with the Vibratory Communication these frequencies will come back to you. Know that what you are feeling is an acceptance of your stability, an acceptance of your light, as you never have received before, and if you are unsure how this is going to happen physically, know it may not be your time but it is coming!

Allow the communications to happen on the higher frequencies and you will be able to communicate with those you are connected with in many different ways, it is now at a time where you are not so fully activated with people on the physical sense, as in the physical eyes, physical hearing, and the physical mouth, you will be the sensory activation of your love for others in a completely different manner. Don’t try to figure it out on the physical level, allow your Higher Mind to embrace you! Let you Higher Heart accept it!

Breathe deeply, it is our pleasure to bring forth this energy this evening, it is a beautiful occurrence that is about to happen on this plane.
