Jan 8th, 2011 ~ Accepting Your Newborn Self ~ Activating Light Codes of Information Through Your Higher Self ~

Greetings,

It is my divine pleasure to be with you again this evening.  This is Lord Sananda at your service.  Welcome into the New Year of 2012, it’s going to be a great year for everyone.  There’s going to be great changes and these changes are going of the greatest Essence that you have ever experienced in your entire life.  I come as your Spokes-Being, of course, for the Cosmic Oneness of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God.

First let us just settle into the energies deeply and allow this Frequency to fully come within each of you.  As you have walked into the New Year fully born in a newer way then was ever thought possible before.  As the Christ within you is being more fully activated then it ever has then at any other time of your existence, I ask each of you to just open up your arms – allow the Frequencies of your Essence to come through the palms of your hands.  Allow yourself to be infiltrated from your Soul Star, allow your Heart Center and your Thymus and your Solar Plexus to be fully in activation.

Allow yourself to see within the difference that has occurred for each of you.  As I sit here, within this Dearest Lady, I am very pleased with what she has acquired through the process of her own Divinity and I know each of you is going through similar pathways.  As I express through her, the expression is going to become deeper and deeper then it ever has before because she has allowed her own Essences of many, many lifetimes to fully come into balance.  So that is our existence this evening, the balance of our Essences fully combined in the Oneness that we are.  What a beautiful way of being.  What a beautiful way of existence – that is the power of the many, that is the power of the existence of each of us.

As each of us blends with our Physical selves and each of us blends with our Higher selves and each of us blends with our Over Soul selves and the existence of the I Am Presence and the existence of your capability to allow these incorporations within your physical existence to be activated and grounded in a way that was never thought possible.  Please know that your existence from this point forward is going to be quite different then it ever has at any other time and there is no way of knowing how you’re going to be affected because each of you are aspiring to a greater sense of your Being then you ever have before.  So there is no precedence, no-one has acquired this previously.  Please know that with what you’re experiencing, make sure that you make notations, make sure that you think about what is happening for you within.  Dearest One here may be able to assist you, in what she has been going through, but her way of Being is also not being shown by anyone else.  So we as a Spiritual Hierarchy, can only stand by and offer our support, our love and assistance.  I say keep doing what you’re doing, because you are the Way-Showers of this Planet, you are the New Earth Beings of Light that are going to assist the many through this process.

When you communicate with each other, then you can compare your notes and say “Yes I felt this.  Oh my gosh, I see that but now I don’t see that”.  Each one of you is going to be feeling things differently, depending on your life circumstances and depending on where you are in your pathway.  At this point the Christ Consciousness is coming into every human being upon this Planet but each individual is going to integrate it differently depending upon their passage-way, depending upon where they have been before, depending upon what they have been working with and what they are not working with.  So it can affect some individuals differently then others but please know this to be true – it is our time to come into the full creation of the Christ within.   It is now time for the Christ to be upon this Earth just  as my lifetime as Jeshua, I walked that Essence but nothing like what each of you are doing.  So I cannot even share with you how you are going to be feeling.  All I can say is, please share with us what it is you are expressing within you because it is going to be quite different for each of you.

It is important for you to realize and bring forth that Feminine Divine because that is part of the process of the Christ within.  Allow  that to unfold within you however you would like it to be – whether it is through your intuitive sense, whether it is through your feeling levels, allowing your heart to be more open then it ever has been previously or possibly, allowing it to unfold within you as the Goddess.  When that unfolds within, you will see that you a completely different Essence then you ever thought possible.  With this Essence, you will start to see the completeness of your Beingness.  As the balance of the God and the Goddess within you is more accepted, you will see both of them working together and not one being stronger than the other but the Essence blending within the completeness that you are.

So, let us begin.  Let us begin with these Frequencies to bring in this balance that is necessary for you in these moments.  We are in a process when it is important for you to connect with your Higher Self every day – if you’re not fully activated within your physical body, it is important for you to access it because without that accessibility, you will fall back.  Those thought forms will come, those Elements of Fears will come into your existence – not as fully as they did before because of what you have worked on, but they were within that cellular structure.  It is a new paradigm that each of you are walking upon and within this paradigm, it has to be structured within the structure of your Highest Essence continually within you.  So this is the process that needs to be done.  It is something that you cannot forget about any longer, it is not something that you can say “Well I don’t have time to meditate today” but I bet you have time to take a shower every morning.  Within that shower, you shall to express to your Highest Essence.  Say “Please come unto me in these moments and help to clear what needs to be clear and show me the way” and allow that Frequency to come into you fully.  Allow it to be your guide because that is  your guide, that is the Christ within.  The Christ within is using all of the bodies in bringing forth the full balance.

Take a moment and feel that Essence coming to you now.  Feel the Essence of your Highest Self fully focusing within your Heart and your Thymus and your Solar Plexus.  As we do that, we want to bring in the Pink Ray into the Heart area.  Breathe deeply into that Essence.  Then intuit the Golden Ray.  We want to bring in the Sea Foam Green of the Higher Cleansing of the Thymus area.  Allow that to rid yourself of any fears or worries of not being able to actively participate with your Higher Self.  Then fully connect with your Solar Plexus, of the Ruby Red, of your own devotion.  Next go into the Essence of the bridge to the New Age of the Pink Orange.  Allow that to infiltrate in you with the Golden Light.  Allow all those colors to blend together.  As now you activate your Higher Self more fully, you are opening the doorway for Him or Her to be more fully activated within your Being.

Within that, I am now going to step aside and allow the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God to give you the activation that is pertinent in this time frame for each of you.  Thank you dearly for being here with us and to bring forth the acceptance within your Physical self.  I am Lord Sananda, at your service.

I Am That I Am That I Am That I Am That I Am That I Am That I Am.  I Am the Cosmic Great Central Sun of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father of God at your service.

In these moments, allow your Frequency to fully embodied with the Light that you are.  As you have now opened up your Heart, your Solar Plexus, and your Thymus to be one Unified Being of Light within you.  Allow yourself to fully receive these Elements of truth and love and justice and joy and acceptance and the purity of your Soul’s Essence fully within.

We bring this attunement to you in this moment in a different frame of reference then we have previously due to the Frequency of the Dearest One here, as her elements have shifted greatly, as each of you have done so within your on pathway.  You are now ready to receive a Frequency of the Light that you have not fully incorporated at any other time.  If this call is new to you, you will receive exactly what you need.  Return to the recordings this year and you will see that the recordings will give you exactly the Frequency that you are ready to receive.  Do not be concerned that you cannot receive these Elements within you, because we are coming in a Higher Frequency through the Dear One here.  That is the beauty and the expression of what is occurring through her Being.

Allow yourself to receive exactly what you need – your Higher Self will be your guide.  Allow it to be in the Light and the Element of vibration that is right for you.  Allow yourself to just sit still as we bring in a new Essence that is now available for your Creative Source.

We Are One.  We Are One Moment in the expression of our Light.  Let us assist you in this moment of Creation as it settles into the Essence that you are – in your Solar Plexus, in your Heart, in your Thymus.  We express to you pathways and light frequencies to fully come within when you are ready to receive.  Feel this Essence of the Divine Creation that we are, of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God to fully assist you in the Cosmic Frequencies of the Male and the Female of the Christ within.  Allow the sparkles of light and the Golden Hues, the Pink Orange, the Ruby Red, the Pearlescent, the Sea Foam Green and the Platinum Rays to filter within those areas.

Allow the Light formations to be fully within you, as these are packets of coding that will assist you as each moment you go through your feelings and your thoughts and the expression that you are.  When they are ready to be infiltrated through the rest of your body, it will come from the Cellular, into the Physical, into the Etheric, into the Emotional, the Mental and the Spiritual will arise a new sense of Being then you have before.  Allow this frequency to come within you.  Allow yourself to say “I Am Ready when I shall be ready to receive these Light Codes.”

Right now just allow the doorways to be open for it to come into the deepness of your Heart.  Allow it to go into your Lotus Heart and it will go deep into the Core of the Stem that you are.  It will filter into that cellular structure and as it filters through, the cellular structure will move into all Elements of your Being and will move into all aspects of yourself that need healing.

I say unto you right now, what is it on the physical level that you need the healing? We will run the Crystalline Energies and put that out through your Higher Self unto each of us in this moment to assist you with this healing on the physical level.

Take a deep breath and allow that now to filter through your Being.  As now we move into the Emotional Essence that we are.  Breathe deeply of the Essence that we Are through the Emotional Frequency.  As now the Light Codes will be aligned with what you need in your Emotional Frequency.

Now let’s move into the Mental level.  Any thought forms or any processes in your Mental merry-go-round that occurs within you, that stops the process of the full integration of your Christ within to be fully activated when you are ready.  Breathe.

We now ask that the Etheric level, which is really the integration and the processing of the physical and the thought forms and the emotions and all of these Elements we have been discussing, to be fully into balance.  As the doorways will be opened in the process, this is an activation that will assist you in the next few months.  It can be activated at any time.  So let us now take a deep breath and allow your Higher Self to be your guide when you receive these Light Packets and allow it to be integrated through those levels that need it – in the Physical, the Etheric , the Emotional or the Mental.  Breathe.

Now we ask that the structure within your Heart to  allow these Light Packets to filter through you when the moment is right as you breathe through it.  When you are ready, you will say these words unto your Higher Self and you can do this daily if you so choose “I Am Ready to receive the Light Frequency and open up the packets unto myself for my Physical, my Emotional, my Mental, or my Spiritual balance”.  You can also add the conjunction of ‘and’ instead of ‘or’ if you are ready to receive, but please connect with your Higher Self, as He/She will know exactly what you can receive.  Sit back and allow the infiltration of these Elements to be within you in these moments as we move to another state of Being.

We honor you.  We bless you in the Light that you are.  We are you.  We are the Divine Mother and the Divine Father of God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun are in the moment of the blessing within.  Let us all express a moment of Oneness within by allowing ourselves to just breathe and feel the Light We Are as One.  Use the expression of “AAAHHH – AAAHHH – AAAHHH – AAAHHH – We Are One.  We are the Christ Within.  We Are The Light Within.  Holy God of Hosts we are, in the name of YHWH.

We, of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father of God, of the Cosmic Great Central Sun, fully embrace each of you in all these moments of creation.  Let it be.  Let it be.  Let it be.  We Are One.

This is Lord Sananda once again.  What you have just received are many levels of Light Frequencies that will be activated through the processes of the days ahead.  As has been expressed, they do not all have to be opened at the same time and many of you cannot open them at the same time, so it is imperative to use the connection of your Higher Self.  If you cannot fully communicate with your Higher Self, all you have to do is allow the Frequency to come to you and allow your Higher Self to bring them forward for you by just saying “I call upon my Higher Self to be the activating role of these activation codes of light.  Thank you.  So Mote It Be.” And it shall be, because that will be the guide.  Your Higher Self will know whether you can handle it physically or not handle it physically – what is very important for each of you in these moments to know, your physical body is not the commander of your ship.  The physical mind and the physical mind are not the commanders of your ship, so it is important for you to surrender unto your Higher Self.

These activations that we will be bringing forth unto each of you this year are going to be getting deeper and deeper into this.  We thank you for allowing yourself to fully lead the activating element, to open up the doorways of your Higher Self to be the commander of your ship.  This is truly the Christ within.

As you start to do this, your I Am presence will be more activated within you then you ever thought possible.  Question yourself, and it will stop the process.  It is not something to be judged – it is something that each individual person will be at each individual time.  ~ Please know, as we have expressed earlier, every individual upon the Planet is receiving these Light Codes of information through different and different levels – what we are giving you, through Dearest Lady Meleriessee, is something that is not being done by anyone else because of the Frequency of Light that she has acquired through the process of her partnership and what she is doing presently.  She is the conduit for it to fully come through her unto you.  What you do with it is your own choice.  We know each of you will choose wisely.

We know each of you is on this path to open up yourself to assist yourself and to assist others deeply.  Please know this is what is going to be happening.  I now ask of you, to fully ground yourself through this process because what has occurred this evening is something that is quite deep and quite strong.  I ask each of you to use the words that have been given to you by Lord Adama.  OHM MAH MAHM’ when you’ve finished with the call.  Let’s do some of those right now.

Ohm Mah Mahm.  You should start to feel the Frequency moving down into your feet.  Use the cords and move them down into the ground.  It is my Divine Pleasure to be here as Lord Sananda, to be  such a participant and such an overseer of the Frequencies of Light that are occurring in each of you in this time of acceleration.  We know each of you are doing your part.  We look forward to walking with you deeply, we honor you for what you have been doing because this has never been done previously.  None of us has ever done this previously in physical bodies.  It is my deepest pleasure to be here with you in these moments in the Essence that I Am as Lord Sananda.

Dec 18th, 2011 ~ Celebrating Our Rebirth of the Christ Consciousness Within!

This is Lord Sananda speaking once again, thank you so much for being with us for the Cosmic Oneness.  I am the representative of the Christ Consciousness, to set  the stage for the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God.

Let us all just take a deep breath.  Relax our Frequencies.  Allow us to fully bring in the Essences that we are feeling  within us and around us.  Allow those Elements to be within.  By allowing ourselves to full be in the activation of the Elements that are occurring for us, prepares our energies for the re-birthing process that happens every year, of the Chris Consciousness, in our physical bodies.  I stand before you as Lord Sananda, the Higher Self of Jeshua.  Within these Elements I reach out my hands unto you.  I ask you to please take my hands and let me know what it is that you desire deeply for yourself during this season.  Even though you may not celebrate Christmas, it is truly about the Christ Consciousness.  I ask you to reflect, within your own Christ Consciousness this evening.

We’re going to assist in bringing in a full remembrance of the Energies that we are, a full remembrance of the activations that we are, a full remembrance of allowing ourselves to feel the Essence.  As in 2012 it is very important to walk this Earth in a quite different way then we ever have previously.  Within these Elements we’re going to start accepting ourselves more deeply then we ever have before.  I ask of you now to breathe into your Solar Plexus.  Breathe into the Solar Plexus, the Ruby Red, which is the 6th Ray on a Cosmic Level, that is represented by my energies and Lady Nada.  Breathe deeply and I ask you to feel your own Devotional intent.  What it is that you need deeply, for yourself, within your physical existence – to help you get through the processes that are occurring around and within us?  It is a very important time of awakening and within this time, we are fully accepting our Divinity in a different way then we have previously.  I say to you in this moment, please accept all that you are receiving, all that you are feeling, all of it – even if it does not feel as if it is of the highest quality or what you would like it to feel.  Tonight we’re going to assist you in raising that vibration so that what you bring forward within your life is an acceptance of your own Divinity fully completely.  Allow yourself to understand the processes that you have been going through and the challenges – because the challenges are the most important elements that we receive fully, in the capacity that we are.

As I send you this Ruby Red Frequency, it is like a Dark Cherry Red – feel it swirling into your Solar Plexus and it swirls into your Solar Plexus.  We’re going  to open up that area to allow all devotion which you have acquired through all of your lifetimes to be fully activated within this body which you are incorporating.  It’s very important that you learn to accept these processes within you because within that acceptance you fully understand what it is you are going through.  Allow yourself to fully connect within that Essence in this moment.

I now stand aside as we bring in the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God energies for this evening.  Namaste.  I am Lord Sananda at your service.

I Am That I Am That I Am That I Am That I Am the Cosmic Great Central Sun of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God at your service.

Breathe deeply.  We are in a process in this moment to assist you with what Lord Sananda has shown in the Solar Plexus area.  We want each of you to fully feel the Devotion that you are and the pathway that you have created in the Essences, to fully have a completion within that area of whom you are.  Breathe deeply in the Essence.  Breathe deeply in the Frequency.  As this Ruby Red color warms the Essence within you, allow it to surface deeply within your cellular level.  As many have an issue with their empowerment because of what they are holding in the Solar Plexus Frequencies.  Breathe.  Allow the breath to be the focal point.  As you see the Ruby Red coming fully within you lack a funnel of light that Lord Sananda sends to you in this moment.  Feel it permeating the Solar Plexus, feel it permeating the muscles and the organs in this area and allow the stomach to relax: allow all the organs, allow the bloodstream in this area to just take a break.

‘Receive’ is the mode that we want you to be in, in this moment – allow yourself to just accept the receiving part of your Essence deeply.  Deeply in all that you are.  Breathe ~ breathe ~ breathe and feel the Essence of your Soul fully accepting the Divinity that you are.  Allow yourself to now bring forth this Frequency of Light that is very important in the Essence that you are.  Breathe through the Essence.  Breathe through the Frequency.  Breathe in the Completeness that you are in this moment.  Feel it swirling in your Solar Plexus and now allow it to go up into the Heart; Allow it to go up into your Thymus: Let it go into your Throat, your Third Eye and your Crown and then below, in your Sacral and your Root.  Feel the deepness of this Red, feel the warmth that you are, feel the Essence and the completion coming into your Physical body as you receive the Divinity of your Light.  Breathe deeply.  Breathe deeply, breathe deeply and now allow that funneling Light to be in all aspects of your Being.

We want it to go deep into that cellular level, that memory and to remove any lack or doubt that you may be holding – it is imperative for the  re-birthing process to accept the Divinity that you are.  Breathe into that Essence.  Breathe into the Frequency of the completeness.  Breathe deeply, breathe deeply.

Now feel the warmth, feel the warmth that you are.  Feel the Essence.  See your Higher Self in front of you and He or She opens up their arms unto your arms and you feel the Beauty.  Allow the reflection to be fully within you as you accept yourself unto this Physical self you inhabit.  Allow the physical part of you to be fully integrated with your Highest Essence of your Divinity in these moments.  Feel that Essence walking towards you and, with the breath – you breathe Him or Her within you.  You feel your Heart expanding.  Feel your Essence changing with each breath that you take.  As you receive the Beauty that you are.  Breathe through it.  Breathe through this Essence that you are.  It is your right to fully accept the Highest part of your Being within you – breathe.

We are now going to run the bowl and as you’re running the bowl, we want you to feel this Frequency coming within you but at the same time, do the breaths of the AAAHHH, because as you allow the body to relax, the Frequency will come deeper into the core of the Essence that you are.

Now, with the breath of the AAAHHH, feel it go deeper.  AAAHHH – feel it down your Root.  AAAHHH.  AAAHHH – allow that to expand within you, allow yourself to feel the processes.  Allow yourself to bring forth the Frequencies that you are.  Now open up your Thymus – as this is the seat of your soul, we ask Lady Isis to assist you because She is the Keeper of this Ray  of the Sea Foam Green.

We feel the Sea Foam Green coming in through the Thymus and allow it to permeate through all the organs, and the muscles, and the tendons, and all the inner workings of the body.  Allow it to go to the Etheric Level.  Allow it to go the Emotional level.  Allow it to go to the Mental.  Breathing deeply, we feel the Sea Foam Green swirling in the Thymus between the Heart and the Throat.  It connects with the Heart and the Solar Plexus.  Feel the combination of those Chakras all blending into the Oneness that you are.  Now your Highest Self is ready to accept the Beingness of your Physicality.  I want you to feel what you have been going through – any challenges that you had to look at or stand up to, whether they are physical, emotional, mental or spiritual because all of these tests are coming in all at the same time.  We don’t like to say tests, but they’re challenges because you are ready to walk through the doorways that have been closed for eons of time.  Let yourself now feel the acceptance through the Ruby Red of the Devotion and the Sea Foam Green.  As your Higher Self now sits in this beauty – let Him or Her filter downward through your body.  Feel it in your lower chakras.  Now move the Essence through your limbs, as if your legs were hollow.  Feel that Frequency moving down into your knees – of your flexibility in your ankles, of your stability and into your feet.

Moving forward, now embrace the doorway that is in front of you.  You open up the wide doorways of the Golden Light and you stand in this Frequency and say “I am ready I am ready for the next phase of my journey.  I am empowered, I am strengthened.  I feel the Essence of the Feminine Divine.  I feel the Essence of the Masculine Divine.  I am balanced within me.  I feel all these things coming to fruition.”

Breathing deeply into that your body is tingling with this Frequency of the Light.  We ask for the Unified Whole to assist us and make sure that there is nothing stopping us from receiving these Elements that are deserving in our Physicality.  000144000 We ask for all Elements that are in the way of the full activation of the full activation of our Higher Self to be fully embodied to now go into Wholeness.  Everything is moving into Wholeness.  Now you feel that Wholeness within you.  Breathe and say “I Am being born of the Light that I Am.  I Am being born of the Light that I Am and I fully embodying it, fully accepting it.”

We, of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God embrace you in these moments because this is the reflection that we see of your light.  Allow yourself to fully feel it in all aspects in your Heart, your Solar Plexus, all those parts of yourself that sometimes are not of the Highest vibration.  Now, we send you the Frequency of the Golden Light which is the 12th Ray, with your Heart.  Feel that Frequency of the Consciousness that you are of the Christ within, feel that activating within the Essence that you are.  Breathe it in as it blends with the other colors that we have infiltrated.  They all blend together in many colors within.  Breathing deeply.  Breathing deeply.

Allow yourself to expand in the Oneness that you are.  Allow yourself to have the remembrance of your Heart in your Highest Sense and it blends into the physical Essence, it blends into the Beauty that you are.  Breathing deeper.  Deeper until there is no difference between your physical and your spiritual – you are One within One.  Breathe.

It is our divine pleasure, as the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God to bring this expression of the Cosmic Great Central Sun, which represents the Oneness that We Are.  Feel this fully within your Being because it is your Divine Right.  It is your Acceptance.  It is your time to fully allow these Elements to be the activation that is you.  Accept.  Accept.  Accept.

I Am that I Am that I Am, I Am the Cosmic Great Central Sun, of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God in the Oneness.  I embrace you in this moment of integration.  As  you reach out your hands unto us, we see these Frequencies of light that have been fully imbued within your Being – allow yourself to continue the Frequency of the Light and you will see the birth of your Essence unto your physicality more deeply then you ever thought possible.  Believe and it shall be.  Believe and it shall be.  It shall be One in the Frequency that We Are.  We Are One with you in this moment, never to be separated.

This is Lord Sananda once again.  Thank you for accepting these Frequencies, they’re going to be getting deeper, they’re going to be allowing you feel the Elements of your Highest Essence more fully then you ever have before – all you need to do is allow the acceptance to occur.  Put your thoughts aside.  When the emotions arise, allow them to be embraced by the Frequency of the Oneness that you are.  It is my Divine pleasure to be here with each of you and I do walk with each of you through this process and I look forward to feeling the reflection that each of you are embodying within each of yourselves, as it truly is assisting this Earth, so deeply – more than you can ever realize.  So dream on my Dearest Ones, dream on because the dreams come true if you allow them to be in the Highest Frequency that You Are.

Dec 11th, 2011 ~ Remembering the Past Months of 2011 to Accelerate into the NOW!

Greetings ~ Greetings ~ Greetings.

This is Lord Sananda speaking, the Spokes-Being for the Christ Consciousness of the Cosmic Oneness, of the Creative Energies, of the Divine Mother and Father God, as the Cosmic Great Central Sun.  Thank you so much for being with us this evening.  Tonight is a momentous occasion.  It is very important because of the Lunar Eclipse, and the Full Moon Essences that just happened in the last 24-36 hours.  The Feminine Divine is now more fully incorporated upon the Planet and upon each of you, then it previously was.  Each movement that we have with these Frequencies – it’s going to be getting deeper and deeper.  You will see a great acceleration phase happening on Dec 31st because as you move into 2012, the old paradigm of existence is going to be completely removed.

So this evening I want everyone to fully access your ability to look past, into these previous months, where you have gone through these actualizations, these attunements, the movements in your present lifestyle and allow yourself to see what you are fully removing or need to fully remove.  It is time to get fully into the Essence of your Heart and to allow anything that has bothered you, from anything of this past year, to be fully removed.  In this removal phase, you will see a new Being within yourself that is truly part of your Highest Essence but is not on a physical existence.  I know we have been saying this for many Elements that have been happening on many different levels but, with these fluctuations that have been occurring upon the Earth – allowing the Earth to connect with all the Star Nations, and the Planetary functions and the Cosmic Energies and the Frequencies of Light – we are fully allowing these Essences to be changed and transmuted.  We are working fully into Full Oneness on these calls now, with the Unified Whole Command, which is really the Cosmic Levels of the Creative Source.  In that Creative Source is all levels of Creation that have been embodied on any Inter-Planetary levels, Inner Earth levels, Physical levels, beyond Star Systems, beyond Star Systems that want to work in the Creative Source of Oneness.  This is so very important.

What we’re going to do is assist each of you to bring  forth these Energies into  Wholeness, that may not have happened in Balance previously.  In this moment, I’d like you to make a mental note – within that mental note, I’d like you to foresee within yourself, exactly, are there any other Elements that you have not allowed to be fully opened within your Heart? Some of these Elements, you may not have been a part of fully, but we want the Awareness to happen for each of you, so that you can bring all those Elements into  fullness- so that you can bring yourself back into the Oneness of the Creative Energy and to be able to access this on a Physical basis.  This is imperative as we move into 2012 and we feel these Frequencies of Light fully changing the Planet.  We will see a difference of Creation within each of you as you are fully incorporating the Light Frequencies that are necessary.  With some of you, it may be to a lesser degree, due to your body not being used to bringing forth these Frequencies.  But some of you are going to be accelerating yourself in a new way that you never thought possible.

So, in this moment, let us take a deep breath.  I want us to go deep into our Heart Center this evening.  As we bring in the focus of the Pink Ray that is very predominant in this area, we fully want to access the Inner Core areas of your Heart Center that have not been fully active previously.  We’re going to do a little bit of a timeline of this past year.  I want you to go back into the month of November.  I want you to breathe deeply.  Are there any Elements in there that need to be looked at and changed? Just bring them up because the Cosmic Energies are then going to work within these Frequencies.  Then we’re going to go back into October.  What did you experience in October that you may have been affected by – it could be a positive or a lower vibration or in between? Are there any events or associations with individuals that may have changed in your life? Now we go backwards into September.  What is it that you experienced in September? Maybe some of you experienced something that made a huge change in your life, for the better, and you just allowed yourself to move through those processes? Or maybe you did not, maybe you fought the energies.  Now we go into August – feeling the Summer months, in the United States and then in other places around the world, in the different types of climates.  What is it in August that you fully incorporated within you? Let’s go back to July.  Let’s look at ourselves deeply in the Frequency of this month.  In the frequency of July – what is it that you experienced? Bring it up.  Allow it to surface because what we’re going to do is, we’re going to clear everything to regenerate yourselves.  Breathe deeply.

Let’s go into June.  How were you feeling in June? What were the fluctuations? What were the integrations? What were the interactions with individuals? Back to May.  [Breathe.] At this time, Wesak occurred in May.  If any of you participated in Christine’s call for Wesak, that may have totally changed your life in a certain way.  [Breathe] Now we go into April.  [Breathe] March.  [Breathe] What is it you experienced in March that may have made an impact in your life? Or changes resulted or lack of awareness in March? Then we go to February.  [Breathe] Then lastly we go into January.  Bring up all these Elements within your Essence because these molded you to where you are today.  Now we’re going to merge all those months together.  January – February –  March – April.  May – June – July – August – September – October –  November – bring that into the consciousness of December.  December 11th is today.  We’re going to bring up the compilation of the Feelings and the Essences and the Changes that you incorporated within yourself.  We’re now going to open up the Energies for Divine Mother and Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun to assist in fully removing and regenerating your Physical body and your cellular memory.  [Breathe]

I bring unto you the Essence that you are, the Purity and the Frequency.  As we all combine our Essences into the Oneness, into the Wholeness That We Are.  Breathe deep.  Breathe deep into your Heart.  I see upon each of you the conglomeration of Energies that have just surfaced within the core of your Heart.  Allow them to be entered.  I give unto you first the beautiful Pink Ray to soften  up all the Energies.  Breathe deeply.  As you feel this Pink Ray coming forward in front of you and it blasting into your Heart.  Feel the deepness and the Purity and the Compassion and Love.  Know that whatever you experience – good or bad or in between, in part of your Creative Source of where you are now.  Allow that to infiltrate now and soften the Energy.  Allow it to flow deeply into your Heart.  Not only allow it to flow into your Heart but allow it to go into the Core of your Lotus Flower.  As it goes into the Core, it goes into the Cellular memory where all those cords can result.  Breathe this Pink Light.  Breathe the Pink Light as we call upon the Creative Source of Oneness and the  Unified Whole Command, which is one and the same, to fully come into your body.  Feel the Essence that you are.  Feel that Frequency.  As all is being removed by the Pink Ray now – feel the Essences of what you have acquired previously is in your past.  We want you to come into the Present.  We want you to feel them now.  We want you to experience the Frequencies of this life fully within your Being.  Breathe deeply.  Breathe deeply.  Feel the Pink Ray permeating every part of your body.

Now it’s going to flow down into your Lower body and your Upper body.  At the same time it’s going to go into your organs.  You feel the Heart relaxing, the blood stream is pumping very easily and fluidly.  The Light formation is flowing into your muscles and your joints.  Allow it to go into all Essences of your body.  Allow the veins to relax.  Allow the pumping of the Heart to feel balancing in each moment.  Feel your shoulders relax.  Feel your spinal column and the fluidness running through your veins, upwards and downwards.   Allow your neck to relax.  Allow your jaw line to relax as you feel the integration of this Ray through every part of your Being.  Fully relax.  Take a deep breath and now, feel these Essences softening.  With your Mind’s Eye, take a thought process and going back through all these months, of January, February, March, April, May, June, July August, September, October and November.  No matter what has happened to you, it is filled with the Pink Flame.  The Healing occurs – whatever the situation, whatever the feelings – it now moves into a fluidness.  As it moves out of your body, there’s a tube of light allowing this frequency to move through and allow it to be transmuted through the outside of your body – going  into the Heavens.  Going into Oneness.  Going into the Unified Command.  Breathe deeply and allow it to flow through the tube.  Breathe deeply and let it flow through the tube.  Breathe once again and feel it move out of you.  [Whoosh.] Now Relax.  Relax with this Frequency of Light.  Relax with the Essence that you are.  Now as you feel yourself as one huge ball of Pink Light – Compassion and Love for  yourself.  Bring that into you deeply.

We now center upon the Golden Ray of the Bridge to the New Age.  Bringing that Essence of the New Age Frequency, a New Age just means, your Frequency of the Highest Essence, to now come forward through the Golden Ray.  The same tube that transmuted the thoughts and the feelings now brings in this Golden Ray within your Heart.  Feel the combination in your Heart Center.  As you relax, you feel the integration of your Higher Essence within your Physical body – you feel the Heart activating through this.  As now the Male and the Female are in Balance, breathe deeply.

I want you now to feel the thoughts of these previous months.  I want you to feel the Mental aspect.  What does it feel like to you? Is it in balance?  If not use more of the Golden Ray to assist.

You start to feel that right side of your body just relaxing.  Feel the Essence of the thoughts swirling in this Golden Flame.  Now we feel the feelings of these previous months.  Take a deep breath and feel the activations of the feelings being more balanced than they have been.  Feel that blessing of the Emotional Essence of your Female energy now balancing with the Male.  As the Golden Ray filters right across both and you feel yourself relaxing.  You feel yourself just centering within your body and feel the Essence of your Highest Beingness incorporated within you.  As you take some deep breaths, feel this Essence fully coming through you.

Now take a deep breath and feel the Golden Ray fully through your entire Beingness.  I want you to fully ground the Energies.  Ground the Golden Ray through your Earth Star, then feel it at your Soul Star, then feel it permeating every part of your Being.  You are now activated with the Highest sense of yourself, walking on your pathway of creating the New Earth; walking on your pathway of the Higher Frequencies of Spirituality within the physical existence.  Breathe deeply through that.  Breathe deeply.

Right now – what is your highest excitement?  What is it that will bring you the highest good and the highest purpose in your life path, in this moment?  Think of only One Element.  I want you to take a deep breath and just feel that.  Allow yourself to accept what that Highest Purpose is.  What that highest excitement is in this moment, on this day – none other.  Take a deep breath.

With your Mind’s Eye, just feel it.

Now we’re going to bring in a different Frequency ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

We, of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, now ask for the full acceptance of this Frequency of Wholeness being within each of your Beings, within your physical existence.  As you bring in these Essences of your own Wholeness- breathe deeply in the Heart.  Let it move through your Being.

Feel it in all your Chakras as you sit and say

“I accept.  I accept.  I accept myself unto my Being of this Physical existence.  I Am One with All that I Am.  I Am One with my Highest Self.  I Am One with My I Am.  I Am One with all of Creative Source.  I Am One with Unified Whole as all my Frequencies come together in Wholeness”.   

Breathe deeply now.  Breathe deeply.  Feel this integration through the core of your Being as you fully accept the Divinity of your Light.  I Am One with each of You.  I Am One with each of You.

We, the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun, are honored and blessed to bring forth this activation.  It is probably the highest Frequency you have ever received.  Allow these Elements that have been removed to be fully removed.  Allow yourself to feel the newfound Beingness that is occurring in the Physical Self.  As now the Feminine Divine is more fully active upon the Planet with each stage of growth that each of you are going through, embrace and accept these Elements within you and it shall be so.  Question and they will not work with your full Essence.

So, I ask each of you in this moment to let go of the thoughts, to let go of the Inner Emotions – if you need to release, cry unto them and receive them  and bless them.  Bless yourself for the challenges that you have come across.  Bless yourself for the people who have affected you.  Bless yourself for what you are receiving in this moment of Creation – and you shall receive exactly what you desire in all that we are together in this attunement that we have given unto you on this day.

We, the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun, bless each of you now to allow these Frequencies to give you the gift that you asked for.

Dec 4th, 2011 ~ Embracing All That You Are !

Greetings, it is Lord Sananda speaking.  It is  a pleasure to be here, once again, as the Spokes-Being for the Christ Consciousness, for the Cosmic Oneness.  Take a deep breath.  Allow yourself to open up to the Frequencies that are going to be coming through this evening.

There are great changes for Meleriessee, so again, she’s going to be going into a deeper level as these Frequencies are now becoming more balanced within her.  We are going to extend them onto each of you.  Thank you for being in on these live calls as they are very important for the integration of these Frequencies, in so many different ways.  Let’s take a deep breath through all of our Chakras.

Tonight we’re going to do the energies a little bit differently, we’re going to bring in a Crystalline Light into each Chakra – starting with the Root.  Just a breath and then the Sacral.  In and out –  Solar Plexus – Heart – Thymus – Throat – Third Eye and Crown.

Okay.  Now we want to concentrate right into the Thymus area.  We’re going to be concentrating on this more often.  As we’ve been saying previously, the Sea Foam Green – represented by Dearest Isis, resurrection and regeneration.  Feel that Sea Foam  Green coming into your Being, into your Thymus area.  It’s going to expand into the Frequencies deep into your cellular level.  We want to open up all  that cellular level to allow the Frequencies to run through you.  Breathing deeply.  Center it in the  middle of your chest, in the middle of your back –  many of you have issues with your shoulders and neck issues, of holding on too much debris from that Third Dimensional world.  Now allow that Sea Foam Green to through your entire structure.

I’m going to ask each of you tonight to intuit where you want to send it.  We’re not going to direct it either downwards or upwards.  We’re going to take several deep breaths.  We’re going to ask Christine to run the bowl.  You will be the commander of your ship with your Higher Self as this is a very important aspect of you fully intuiting what you need.

Allow the expression of this Resurrection and Regeneration to fully incorporate into all parts of your Beingness.  Allow yourself to move it to areas that you may be dealing with.  Allow yourself to incorporate in into your physical existences, emotional existences and mental existences.  As we open up the Thymus area, we ask for the activation of the Male and the Female to be fully in balance.  If it is not, use the Sea Foam Green NOW to fully bring it into alignment.  We ask each of your Higher Selves to be a major participant of this meditation.  Allow Him or Her to be fully active within your Physical Essence, as we express a few words to you.

We are now in a new month, the month of December – the last month of this year.  This has been a magnificent year for everyone energetically, physically, emotionally, mentally – in all ways.  Many of you have changed your lives deeply, some of you have relocated, some of you are working with others who you did not realize you would be working with.  Some of you are finding in yourself a new thought process and allowing that thought process to be fully within your Being.  This is all part of the changes that are a Master-plan.  The master-plan, meaning the Frequencies of each month, have continued to be very, very powerful.  Within these Frequencies you’re allowing yourself to embrace all that you are going through in the Essence and the Beauty of your Highest Essence.

So, we want to compliment each of you for the work that you have been doing, for the power that you have been bringing forth and making these changes deeply within your own Essences.  We know that it is a challenge.  We know that the Physical bodies are not always ready to receive these Frequencies but the time is at hand for each of you to realize that it must be done, because the more that you aspire to the Highest Greatness within your potentiality, the more that you will fully see the Frequency changing within you and  your life circumstances changing.  We express to you the Divine Love that is coming through this woman as she is  now expressing that fully within herself, with  the activations that she has received.  So we say unto you, allow yourself to receive this Divine Love.  As I express it to you through her Beingness, it is not just my Frequency – we are in this body together at this time in bringing forth this Essence.  You will see a great change in her work.  The great change is, she is now ready to fully embrace her Goddess Energy of her full Essence to share it with each of you.  We thank her for doing so because it’s only going to make the power more highly evolved for each of you.  We’d also like to say thank you to her for the changes that she has made and allowed herself to step back, and that her partner Mike is now taking over a lot of the areas that she was previously doing.  It is now time for her to relax into this and allow  the Frequency to be within her.  We state these things on a personal level to allow you to see what it is each of you may be going through – the pathway may be different than hers, but your own pathways are being accelerated in quite  a different way than ever thought possible.  This is due to all the fluctuations of each month, of the eclipses, of the Frequency of the 11:11:11, because now the Divine Feminine is more fully incorporated within each of you.  So I ask each of you to tune into your Essence of your Feminine Energy.

What does that mean for you?

Being able to intuit? Be sensitive?

Allowing yourself to flow?

Allowing yourself to create your life circumstances in quite a different way then you ever have before?

Allowing yourself to be involved with others that can assist you in a different way then you ever thought possible?

It is now time for Souls to come together to match their energies and their frequencies within one another but it is also very imperative that each of you understand that this cannot come to pass if you do not do the deep work on yourself.  This is what we are assisting you with on these calls, as each of you already understand that and are greatly affected by the work that she is doing.  And now Mike is doing also, because he brings in a different component that she could not actually tap into.  So we thank him for being here with us.

So let us take these Elements as each of us bring in our Male and our Female, into the Essence and the Beingness that each of us are incorporating within the full totality of our Frequencies of a vibrational level within the body.  I want you each to breathe very deeply.  I want you to feel your Higher Self more fully activated then it ever has before in the Physical because we’re bringing in this Frequency unto you.  Allow yourself to just sit back and receive the Energy.  Soak it up like a sponge because this is what you are supposed to be doing.

Breathing deeply ~  Allow that Essence to be fully within you in the Frequency of the Balance of the Male and the Female.  Allow the Essence and the communication to be fully through you.  Allow yourself to incorporate All That You Are in these moments.  Breathing deeply in the Frequency – Allowing yourself to settle into the moment of Creation.  Allow yourself to understand the Essence that you are and allow that to incorporate within your physical existence.  There is no other way, except to be in this moment of your Creation.  Feel the regeneration of the Sea Foam Green.  Feel that Essence within you.  Feel the Frequency that you are.

I express to you Compassion and Love with expression of myself to you in these moments, to allow yourself to sit and embrace the Divinity that is fully coming into your body.  Allow yourself to know that this is an expression of your Light more deeply then you ever have received before.  Take a deep breath and allow it to go deeply into all parts of your Being.  Allow yourself to feel the Essence that you are.

I will now step aside and allow the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God to fully come in with the activations for this evening.  It is my pleasure to be of assistance, of the Christ Consciousness.

Holy God Of Hosts That We Are, Holy God Of Hosts We Are – We Are One with you in this moment of the Cosmic Great Central Sun, of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God.

Oh what a pleasure to be here in these moments.  Oh what a pleasure to feel your Essences.  Allow yourself to just receive.  In this receiving we feel your Frequencies.  Just relaxing with the intensity of what is flowing in your cellular memory.  Allow yourself to expand.  Allow yourself to expand the Divinity that you are because this is the process of the completion that you are looking for.  Your Soul has come to this purpose, has come to this pathway, in the Frequency – allow yourself to fully be in the embracement of your physicality.  Feel that grounding effect coming through you as the Sea Foam Green is more activated within you.

Now we regenerate the Essence that is you.  Allow yourself to receive.  Allow yourself to receive.  Breathe in the Essence that you are.  Breathe in the Essence that you are.  Let all these Frequencies come into balance, that have been feeling out of sorts with your Essence and your physicality.  Feel the physical body relaxing with the Sea Foam Green.  Feel your muscles blending within your body and do some AAHH, AAHH, AAHH.  As you express this within you, start to feel the stress leaving all aspects of your Being.

Allow yourself to take this moment of expression of your Divinity to fully be within.  AAHH.  AAHH.  AAHH.

We express these moments of Frequency unto you to assist  you in allowing yourself to relax into the changes that you’re  going through.  We know that these changes are not easy.  We know that the body wants to say “No, I’m not ready.  I’m not ready” but yes, it is ready.  You must be the commander of your ship.

We ask each and everyone of you right now to tap into your Higher Self.  If you know your Higher Self, you call upon your Higher Self’s name.  If not, you just state your name to yourself and allow that Frequency to come within you.

Say “I ask for the acceptance of your Being into my physical self”.  Feel that physical self activating within you, in through your Soul Star, in through your Chakra column – allowing the full Essence to blend into the Thymus and the Heart.  Feel that Frequency of your Higher Self and allow Him or Her to blend their Essence down your limbs inside your cellular memory into your Being, into your Earth Star.  Allow the Earth Star and the Soul Star now to spin simultaneously.

We now ask for the remembrance of your Higher Self to be fully within you; remembrance of all those times when you were fully in your Divine Essence.  Allow this Divine Essence to be activated within you.  We now activate this right now.  We activate the Divinity that you are but the Essence of that Love.

So we go back to the beginning stages, we go back to the circumstances when each of us were born unto the Essence that we are right now.  We of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God embrace you – you are our children.  Allow yourself to be rebirthed in this moment.  Feel this rebirth flowing through you in the Essence that you are.  Breathe deeply as you go into the Thymus and the Heart.  Feel the Essence.  Feel the Male and the Female as it is, as it was in the beginning, not what it has been for you.  So you can feel that combination of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, with the Essence within you of your Threefold Flame – the Golden Flame that You Are.  This is your I Am Presence fully being activated.

So, we’re now activating your Higher Self and the I Am.  The I Am, of All that We Are connected with and feel that Essence.  You can feel the Divine Love within you.  I want you to breathe deeply now unto the Heart.  Breathe deeply into the Heart and feel this expression of the balance fully within you.  Allow any Elements – let’s start with the Emotional feelings.  Are there any emotions that feel uncomfortable right now, that you’re not fully balanced.  There’s an Essence glowing within you – put it into that Essence.  Put it into the Threefold Flame, of the Golden Flame and let your I Am Presence dissipate it for you.  As the Golden Flame will transmute and it will regenerate it at the same time.  Feel that Essence being burnt up but  in response, you receive exactly what you need.

I say unto you right now, say unto your own Higher Self and I Am, what it is that you desperately need in this moment.

Now feel the activation of the extension of your Highest Essence and your I Am, to fully assist you so that you receive exactly what you need.  Feel that coming through.  Now we move into the Mental Level – what are the thoughts? Are there any lower vibrations that are stopping you from flowing in each moment? Allow yourself now to transmute this through the Golden Flame of your I Am Presence.  Allow that to run through you.

Breathe deeply now.  Bring in and feel the Essences from your I Am Presence as He or She fully brings it to you into your Physical Essence to create the Manifestation within you.  We now move into the Solar Plexus as on the Fifth Dimensional level blends with the Heart and the Thymus, in the color of Magenta.  Allow that Magenta to fully be within you and feel your Empowerment, because if you activate it within your heart first then allow it to move into your Solar Plexus, you’ll be able to create your Desires and the manifestation so deeply because you’re running it from your Highest Self and not from your Lowest Self – of your lower mind or your lower heart.  Let us just breathe into this Essence right now.

Now we ask for an activation, a command from the Creative Source of Oneness to assist.  We ask for the Frequency for the Unified Whole in this moment.  000-144-000 Unified Whole Command online.  We ask for the Unified Whole to bring everything into wholeness that you have not been able to at this point.  So we send you these Frequencies from the Creative Source of Oneness, which is the Unified Whole that we are all a part of.  We ask all those particles that have been stopping us from not receiving exactly what we desire, to come in many different forms.  It does not matter what form it is, but just allow it to come fully within your Essence.  Allow this to happen now.  Let’s just take a couple of minutes.

Breathe deeply.  Breathe deeply.  Allow that Frequency to fully be within you.  As we bring up these Frequencies through Dearest One here and she will transmit it through her voice.

Breathing deeply, breathing deeply.  Thank you Unified Whole.  Thank you Creative Source of Oneness.  000-144-000 offline.  Feel the Frequency now.

We, the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, now embrace you with the Flames of all the Rays – beyond the 22 Rays, into all the colours and no colours and multicolours.  Allow yourself to feel these Frequencies within you to allow this activation to fully go deeply within all Essences.  We now move it deeply through your Sacral and into your Root.  Allow yourself to ground it through your feet.  Feel the grounding now taking place.

As, we the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God bring forth this attunement to assist you in the Creation of your manifestations to make your life easier, to make life your life on Earth because each of you are Way-Showers and we want  to assist you deeply in the Frequency to Accept ~ Accept ~ Accept ~ Accept ~ Accept ~ Accept.  Accept this Light.  Accept this balance.  Accept all that we are giving to you in this moment because it is yours, it is not something that we have been holding away from you.  It is yours, of your Divine Essence, allow that Divine Essence and Divine Love now grow within your Heart.  Feel the Heartbeat, feel the Frequency that you are.  Feel the Highest Sense that you are, fully coming through within you as you breathe and relax onto it.  Breathe and relax unto it and allow this Essence to be fully within you.  Breathing deeply.  Breathing deeply and with three chants of AAHH, AAHH, AAHH.

Feel the vibration settling within you now.  As now it’s becoming a very integral part of your physical body, your emotional body, your mental body, and all Essences blending within you.  All Essences.  Allow yourself to fully feel the Creative Source Energy that you are.  We command unto you to receive all that you desire and give you a special gift this evening.  The special gift that we give you is a surprise.  We’re going to give you a surprise this week.  Allow yourself to open up to what the surprise is – it is effectively what you are asking for.  So, allow that to be in the Frequency that you are right now because this is your manifestation – all we are doing is allowing it to be.  Be in the Divine Love that you are and feel that Essence of the Pink Love from your Highest Self, from your I Am Presence to be fully activated within you.  Breathe into that and ground it down through your feet and into your Earth Star.  Feel the Earth Star spinning with the Soul Star.  The Soul Star representing the Higher Realms, the Earth Star representing the Physical Realms.  Allow those realms to meet now within your Heart Center, within your Thymus, within your Solar Plexus.  Breathing deeply, deeply, deeply.

We are the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God bringing forth the Essences in all of creation, allowing you to just embrace what you desire and what it is that is so representative of your life.  Allow that to be in your Essence in these moments.  We, the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, of the Cosmic Great Central Sun, greatly bestow these blessings upon you in this moment.

Nov 27th, 2011 ~ Waking the Cellular Memory Unto Our Physical Existence

It is my divine pleasure to be here as Lord Sananda, the Spokes-Being for the Cosmic Oneness for the Christ Consciousness.  Thank you so very much for being with us in this moment.  There has been great reflection for each of you occurring in all aspects of your Being.  Within these Elements of reflection, it’s very important to allow them to be removed.  Sometimes we don’t realize that all these aspects are not fully gone from our entire system.

Our goal this evening is to assist you to understand what it is that you may not be looking at, that truly is a part, of a detriment of not assisting you to move into the next phase of your growth and your pathway.  These can be little particles, they may not be something large – but they are locked away in the cellular memory.  So this evening we are going to wake up the cellular memory onto your Physical Being, because what we’re really doing here s to assist in the process of allowing those Frequencies to blend together.  We truly want the cellular memory to be opened up and allow those old Elements to be removed and the frequency that is incorporating within you, to be activated in a different way.

Please take a deep breath.  Within that deep breath, allow the activation – that you are one Being of Light and within, this one Being of Light, you’re allowing yourself to fully understand the processes on all levels, through the essential components, to fully come into balance.  Each of you has been aspiring to great things.  Each of you that are listening and are part of these recordings is fully in a state of movement.  Sometimes these states of movements can be slower or they can be swifter but what they need to be is constant.

It’s imperative that on each day, that when you awake, you do a connection.  Within this connection, you connect with your Higher Self, the Spiritual Hierarchy, or whichever guidance that you feel is very important to you in that moment.  Without this connection you’re not going to be able to actualize your life more fully within the Higher Self.  It’s important to bring this Essence unto your Physical Being.

As you do this, it will become an automatic element for you – that the connection between each of us and yourself, that there will be no separation.  But there needs to be a practice month and within this practice moon, you must totally allow those Frequencies to be within you, because the more that you tap into it in a Higher Consciousness or a deep meditative state, there is more of an understanding occurring.  This is what is filtering into your cellular memory.  So we’re activating the cellular memory unto the Physical Creation that you are.

Please take a deep breath as I run the bowl.

As I do that I want everyone to concentrate into your Solar Plexus, the Heart and the Thymus.  On the Fifth Dimensional Frequency the color of this Ray and the Chakra is Magenta.  First we’re going to center upon the Solar Plexus of the Third Dimensional of the Ruby Red.  You will see a beam of light in front of you, of the Ruby Red color coming into your Solar Plexus and this is your Divinity unto  yourself and then unto the world.  This is your Higher Frequency in the Third Dimensional, in a Cosmic Level.  Allow that to infiltrate within you.

Feel your Essences within starting to shift and change.  Because of this Cosmic Creation, the old elements cannot be activated on this Higher level.

Then we’re going  to go deeply into the Heart.  That is the Pink.  Go deeply within that Heart part of you with the Pink Ray of Compassion and Love.  Allow that balance to occur within you, whatever you may be feeling on other levels, we want it to be fully incorporated with the Pink Ray.  This is also your Ray of Manifestation and your Desires, because as long as you have Joy and Happiness within you, you can fully allow those Frequencies to filter within.

Now we’re going to move in to the Throat – of the Will and Power, of the Blue.  Allow that Will and Power Ray to fully be within you.  Then on the Forth Dimensional Frequency we bring in Pink Orange into the Solar Plexus.  The Pink Orange is the bridge to the New Age, so you’re moving from the old self-reflection onto the Higher Frequency of the New Age Science.  The Heart then filters into the Gold.  Feel that Gold Frequency fully being within you, of the Christ Consciousness.

We now activate the Thymus area, which is the Sea Foam Green.  Were going to pull in the vibratory communication of the throat, of the Forth Dimensional Ray, into the throat are – which is a violet Pink.  This is when you can transfer your thoughts unto others and you feel these Frequencies within you.

We have included the throat because it’s a very important aspect to be using the throat chakra through communication.  Now we’re going to pull all of them together.  We’re going to bring in the Magenta, as the Magenta creates one unified Chakra – of the Solar Plexus, the Heart and the Thymus.  The Throat is going to go into a higher vibratory color.  Allow that color to be a mixture of many colors, and to bring in the act of Beingness.

We really want to center on the Magenta at this point.  As we bring in the Magenta, we want to access the Fifth Dimensional level of this Ray and this Chakra.  The Magenta is the balance between all these three Chakras – of the Thymus, the Heart and the Solar Plexus – and within that, you have your Will & Power, you have your Activation occurring.  Within the empowerment, you have your Heart Center, which is totally balanced and full of Love.  You have the Sea Foam Green, which is the Higher Cleansing Ray, but it means that your Higher Self is now fully activated within those areas.  Allow Him or Her to feel this Essence.

Now we’re going to ask the Higher Self to assist and open up all avenues into the deep cellular memory that is necessary within your Physical Essence.  So we’re going to move into the Etheric Level with these colors, of the Magenta and the Sea Foam Green.  Allow the Frequency to be fully activated as now we prepare for the Cosmic Energies of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God.  It is my pleasure to be here as your Spokes-Being for the Christ Consciousness.  I am Lord Sananda at your service.

I Am that I Am that I Am that I Am the Cosmic Great Central Sun and the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God.  We are the Heart of God and the Will of God, in the combination of the Cosmic Great Central Sun.

Allow your energies to now receive the Frequency of the Light to assist in your Beingness, in the Frequency of All That Is.  Breathe deeply as we will fully activate the Magenta in your three Chakra System of the Fifth Dimension.  Feel the deepness of this color swirling within you as it is a deep Rosy Pink.  Moving into the Higher Frequencies that you desire, let it bore a hole right in the Solar Plexus in this moment.  Allow the full infiltration, as this is your Empowerment.  This is your core of activation of vibrancy.  Allow that to be within you, in the deepness, as it blends with the Pink Orange and the Ruby Red.  See those colors blending within you as it moves into the Solar Plexus, now it moves into the  Essence of the core of your Being and  your cellular memory and  moving into the Etheric level.  That is going to assist any debris that needs to be removed.  Breathe through that.  Breathe through that.  Breathe through that Essence.  Breathe through the Frequency that you are.

Allow the palpitations within the Solar Plexus to be activated.  Feel the beauty that you are.  We ask for the removal of all Elements that do not serve your empowerment.  We ask for these Frequencies to move out of you in all that you are, in all that you are and becoming.  Breathe through that and feel it blending within you.  Feel the Essence of all that you are in this deep moment of creation ~ Allowing the Devotion and the access to the Higher Realms of the New Age to be fully within your Solar Plexus so that you can activate it in your physical sense.  Breathe through this.

Breathe through this as now we move into the Heart.  Feel the deepness of the Pink, of the Compassion and Love and your Manifestations, to grow deeper and deeper within you.  Allow it to move into all aspects.  We ask for any ill feelings of lack or in poverty consciousness, to be fully removed through the Frequency of the Pink Ray, through the Frequency and the deepness of the Core of your Being – you can feel your Heart accepting this Frequency.

Now we ask for the expansion of the Heart chakra – deeper, deeper then it ever has been – as if it is boring a hole within your back.  Allow that to expand as the Lotus Heart now opens unto the Golden Flame that is now the Forth Dimensional Ray of the Christ Consciousness that you are.  Allow your Higher Self to be your guide at this moment as you bring in these Essences.  You bring in the inflection of what your Soul desires, not the physical.  Let it blend into the Etheric and allow that to move through your entire physical body.  Breathe deeply in that Essence.  Breathe deeply.

Now let’s move to the Thymus.  Feel your Souls Essence as He or She is now allowing the activation to occur more deeply because you are opening up your senses unto the cellular memory.  Allow the physical to relax with these Higher colours.  Feel the pleasure of your Souls Essence in the Thymus but allow it to move down through the rest of your body as we incorporate the Ray of Sea Foam Green.  Now let the Sea Foam Green go into all areas of your body, all the muscles and the tendons, any areas that may be hurting deeply.  Allow it to go into the bone structure.  Allow it to go into the skeletal structure.  Allow it to go into the circulatory system and all the inner workings of the spinal column.  Allow these Frequencies to all blend together into one large component of Light.  Breathing deeply now, as the Sea Foam Green is activating the Frequencies that you are allowing yourself to feel.  We ask for the cleansing and the processing of all Elements that do not serve your Highest Purpose in these moments.  We call upon the Frequencies of the Light to fully infiltrate your Being right now.  Whatever it is that you asked for, put it out in this moment so that we can assist you.

I come to you as the Heart of God, as the Divine Mother, please accept the blessing I enfold upon you in this moment.  As I express the Female Divine through the Essence of this woman.  Let yourself go within and feel the Essence that you need to assist you in these Elements you need to release.  Allow yourself to walk through a doorway that is filled with the purest sense of Magenta.  Feel the beauty of the Pink Orange and the Gold and the Pink and the Ruby Red and the Sea Foam Green.  Now you are one swirling color of Light within you, around you, inside of you, outside of you – in the frequency and the expression that you are.  I embrace within you, a whisper, a whisper that you need in any of these hearts of your body.  Receive, my children, receive.  As we change your cellular structure, allow the memories to be filled with great nurturing.  Nurturing.  Deepness of my Essence as I embrace it unto you.  Breathe and allow yourself to receive.

I now come to you from the Will of God.  I come to you from the Masculine Divine to assist you to find your empowerment as you have been nurtured by the Divine Mother, I now will assist you in your strength.  Within that strength, it must bring forth the assistance of nurturing and softness that is necessary for the strength to really be in the capacity that is in the Higher Realms.  I express to you right now, I hand you my Golden Light.  As I hand you my Golden Light, feel the cementing of all your vulnerabilities to be flowing through your Being, because within those aspects, you fully have all Elements of feeling the Love deeply, but expressing it even more deeply.  Let it run through your veins.  Let it run through your system.  Allow the cellular memory to see that you have the strength within you.

When you embrace this aspect, you will see a difference in how you relate to all that you are encountering upon your pathway in each moment – whether it is a challenge or whether it is a pleasure, I extend unto you the ability to find your Divine Will.  As you find this Divine Will in your Solar Plexus, with the nurturing that has been given, we blend it together.  It moves to your Heart and it flows deeply within you.  Now your Higher Self is activating the power that He or She has enabled.  Let it flow in your Physical now.

As we now come to you as the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God in the expression of the Oneness of the Strength and the Heart coming together, finding that ability to walk through the processes that enable to you to feel and express the love but also see the strength and the walk that you are taking.  You can handle any element that is coming across your path.  You take a deep breath now and feel these Frequencies in all the Elements within your body.  You start to feel them memories, the memories of your power, the memories of your gifts fully surfacing out of you because the other elements that were hiding it are now removed in this reflection of what we have given to you.  Allow yourself to embrace this moment.  Allow yourself to feel the Essence.  Allow yourself to understand the capacity of love that you embrace within you from your Souls Essence.  Now deeply, deeply feel it.  Deeply feel it into your core.  Allow these Frequencies to go into your Root and ground them deeply.  Ground them through your limbs into your Earth Star.  Allow it to surface in your Sacral area.  Allow it to move up to your Throat so you can express it through your voice.  Allow it to move to your Third Eye so you can perceive all that you are expanding.  And your Crown is fully embracing the Divine Love that you are, as you come into balance.  As you come into reflection that you are – not what your memory has put upon your mind.

As the mind and the heart are now balanced together, you feel these Frequencies blending in the Essence that you are.  Breathing deeply.  Breathing deeply and allowing it to settle deeply within you.  Get used to this.  Practice this because it will assist you in each moment that you transform yourself.  Allow the cellular level to fully expand unto what you are receiving.  Let it move into the physical.  Let it blend with all Elements as you now become one full body of Light.  This is the expression we desire for each of you.

We are the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God in the expression of the Cosmic Great Central Sun, at your service.  We are honored to be here in this moment to assist you in this process of this Divinity that you are.  Allow yourself to expand within it and to receive it deeply.  Deeply.  We Are One.  Always have been and always will be.  Now we are activating it consciously.

So Mote It Be In The Light Of The Christ.

Nov 20th, 2011 ~ One Body of Light

Greetings,

I come to you in this moment as Lord Sananda, as the Spokes-Being for the Christ Consciousness for the Cosmic Oneness.  It is again my pleasure to be here with you and to allow these Elements to fully unfold within you.  As Christine has spoken about these integrations that she is going through – you’re going to be seeing a great difference within the Energies.  So I say unto you – allow your Essences to fully incorporate with whatever you need to receive of the Frequencies.  We will reiterate again, the words are important but the words are not as important as feeling the Frequencies that are coming through with the words and through the voice and through the Essence of each of us, working with you and  your Higher Selves as you are incorporating these Elements in this time frame.  This also goes in line with those that listen to the recordings – the transcriptions, it is a much lesser degree.  So we fully urge to all, to fully listen either to the recording or to the live call, because this is what’s going to assist you greatly.

We are in great awe of the Elements that have been occurring upon the Earth and within each of you and what is happening in your own individual awareness, in your integrations of your downloads that you’re allowing to come fully within your physical Being.  As you incorporate these Energies, there is a  fluctuation that occurs within each of you.  It is not a Conscious Element that occurs, but the aspects that are within you are sometimes agreeing or do not agree, and this does not occur Consciously.  It is occurring on a Higher Conscious level.  Because the Physical Self is not always quite ready to receive the other Essences that are coming forward.  This is why we have urged Christine and Michael to bring forth this class format to assist each of you in opening up the Chakras, to alleviate any debris that may be holding on to aspects that you are not ready to  fully incorporate within you.  Even though consciously you may be saying that you want to do so  – it is not something that you can control within your physical self, it is only something that you can allow to maneuver within you through your Highest Essence.

So we bring forth these Frequencies in this manner to assist you in that capability of removing those particles that have become lost – because when those particles become lost, they are filtering in inertia like in white space, like in air and they bring forth those Elements that you are really not consciously aware but there’s a stoppage that occurs for you.  So in these Frequencies that we are assisting you with, through Dearest One here, is allowing beams of Light to go through those particles that have been lost in you Frequencies. As these Frequencies become more enmeshed within your own self, and we use that word “emeshed” because it is an integration that occurs and it is not something that is of lower nature.  The enmeshment needs to occur with all Frequencies of yourself so that you become part of the Oneness that you are, all in the physical existence.

If we were to look at each of your Souls, we would see that you are in Oneness, but each of you are walking this Earth Plane to do more within these Elements of your pathways and the  totality of it is to bring in the wholeness in your physical existence.  So within that wholeness is an essential component for you to surrender unto even Elements you’re not even sure of.  So, what we are doing for you through Christine is to allow the Frequencies to come through her, to assist you in the totality that is part of your destiny.  And within these Elements you start to feel the acceptance of who you are, and the Strength and the Courage along with all the positive aspects that are being shared with you continually through the words.

So let us all just take a moment and allow ourselves to come in to the totality that we truly are – as we sit in this physical existence, in your  physical vehicle.  Feel your body.  Allow that body to relax.  So we ask unto you right now, just to surrender the body into the rest of the Energies.  Allow yourself to just float into the inertia, into the blank space, into the totality of your Soul’s Essence.  Because if each of us were to look at you right now, in your Light Body, we would see these frequencies.  So I say unto you, allow these Frequencies to fully come within you as if you are diving into a pool of water and this water is multi-colored – of Crystallines – Blues – Greens – Yellows – Oranges and Higher colors of Pearlescence and Vibratory colors of the Platinums – the Silvers – the Goldens – the Violets.  And then, they all mixe together.  Allow yourself to be in this pool of Essence that is fully incorporating within you because this is You.  These are all the parts of you that have been lost, not lost in your Soul’s Essence, but lost in the physical body, so we are just going through a remembrance phase.

So tonight we want to fully assist you in bringing back all aspects that may have been lost through the process of your Soul’s journey from Planetary to Solar to Galactic, to Universal to Multi-Universal, and to Cosmic – of all those levels of Frequency as the Soul travels  in many various dimensions.  So just breathe deeply and feel the Essences of these colors swirling around you.  However you want to intuit it within you, allow it to be the Frequency that is necessary.  Embrace your Heart as that is the Essence of your Soul.  Embrace the Male and the Female and the Divine Union that you are, even if you’re not quite ready yet, act as if it’s already been created for you because your Soul has it on this Higher Frequency.  Feel your Soul fully incorporating this within you in your Thymus, within your Heart, and your Solar Plexus.  Feel those Frequencies intertwining within you – they are not outside of you now, they are the completeness of your Mental, Emotional, your Etheric and your Physical all intertwined into One Being of Light.  They are no longer outside of yourself – outside of yourself is a multitude of colors.  As these frequencies are blending within the Elements of the Physical and the Mental and the Emotional – there is no difference between any of them.   You feel the Physical within the Mental, and the Mental within the Emotional, and the Emotional within the Mental and the Emotional within the Physical – allow them to blend into the Essence of full Completeness.

As you are in this pool of water, you are the Oneness of that water- of all these Frequencies of Light.  There is no difference between one or the other as it interacts with each other.  There is a blending occurring, a blending within the Essence that you are.  Allow those Energies to blend into your Physical, into Elements that may have pain, into elements that may be weaker then others.  Feel those Frequencies fully incorporating within you.  This is your totality of Oneness.  This is your totality of the Whole that you incorporate within your existence.

I Am that I Am that I Am.  I Am the Cosmic Great Central Sun of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God fully incorporating into this level of awareness within you.  Take a breath, take a breath of the Light that you are, take a breath of the Light that you are incorporating in all that you are realizing and all that you are seeing and all that you are Being, into all in the Creation of your existence upon this world we call Earth.

Allow yourself to feel the Frequencies of the Elements that fully incorporates within you – allow yourself to fully embrace all those aspects that have been forgotten or misled in other aspects of the travels of your world, in the travels of your existence.

Breathe.  Breathe deeply as you allow these Frequencies to be fully within you.  Express, with the breath in your Heart, allow this Element to fully infiltrate from your Heart into your Solar Plexus.  Feel the vibration.  Feel the deepness of the Essence that you are.  There is no Essence that is more important in this matter.

Breathe and accept.  Surrender and embrace all these Elements at the same time.  As you bring in the Frequency of the Essence of your Light and the Elements that are occurring, breathe deeply.  Breathe deeply.  Now allow these Frequencies of the Mental, the Emotional, the Etheric and the Physical all blend together.  If you could take the Emotional and the Mental and see them as separate frequencies, they now blend within you, which is the truth of their Essence.  They are in your Heart, they are in your Solar Plexus, they are in your Sacral, they are in your Root, they are in your Throat, they are in your Third Eye, they are in your Crown, they are in your bone structure, they are in your skeleton structure, they’re in your blood stream, they’re in all inner workings of the body.  Feel the frequencies of feeling that Wholeness of the Whole Body incorporating within you.

You are One Body of Light – there is no separateness.  The left side of your body is not just the female, it is also the Male.  The right side is not just the Male, it is the Female.  Allow the Pinks and the Blues and the Gold, the Silver, and the Platinum to fully be within you as you stand on top of a mountain.  The highest mountain, the highest peak and you put your arms out wide.  You feel you feet upon the Earth but yet you are all aspects within you.  You are the embodiment of your Soul’s travels from the Planetary to the Solar.  Feeling that Essence of the Sun, moving into the Galactic that each of you incorporate.  Allow these aspects to fully come within you.  Allow yourself to accept that you are all these Elements and then the Universal structure that your Soul has traveled for eons of time is now being incorporated within you.  Then you move up into the Multi-Universal Level and that is the Frequency of the many Universes in the structures of these Stars and the Planets.  ~ Traveling to and fro. ~  Then the Cosmic Level of the Frequency beyond all Creation.

You feel these Elements coming down upon you as they all blend together and no one is more important then the other.  They are all intertwined within your Being as you activate the gifts in all these travels of your Essences.  Allow yourself to feel the beginning stages of your creation when we all were intertwined within each other and we were the Cosmic Frequency.  We were the Essences of your Soul Family all coming together – there were no differences, there was just All.  Feel the Frequency within you because that is the memory that will assist you in bringing this all together.

We, the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, are honored that we are your parents but yet we’re all part of the Creative Source, we’re all part of that Frequency to be embodied in these Essences upon this Earth.  Then we go beyond, beyond in the Creative Energies as the Frequencies of the Dimensions move beyond what we are incorporating in the God Hierarchy.  Think of yourself as Nothing, No Essence, No Space just One in the Essence that we are of all Multi-Dimensional Elements into the Sources of Beyond, Beyond, Beyond.  Feel that coming now.

As you feel the integration slowly incorporating within you, take a deep breath.  Allow yourself to relax with this Frequency that is now coming within you.  It is Wholeness.  It is Oneness in its perfection.  Breathe and expand.  Surrender and embrace as you release, you embrace at the same time – there is no difference just movement continually allowing it to unfold within you.  Feel the Essence now as you stand upon this mountain and you feel this Frequency running through your veins and all Elements of your Physical Body, into your joints, and into your bone structure.  Allow yourself to feel the Essence as your Chakras are spinning, wheels within wheels, of all Chakras of the existence of your Beingness.  Allow yourself to incorporate that now from the Higher Consciousness, not fully integrating it physically but knowing that it is arriving into your space of continuum.

Breathe deeply.  Breathe deeply.  Breathe deeply.  Breathe ~ Breathe ~ Breathe

We, of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, have just given you an activation of many activations and this is for you to come into Wholeness within your Being.  Allow yourself to accept that what you are going through is the process of your Divinity.  It is the creation within your Destiny that is fully unfolding within your Physical existence.  We honor you at this time because what we are bringing forth to you is not any different then you have already received.  IT is the expression of your Light.  It is the Movement of the Essence of the Totality that is occurring for you in many different levels.  So I bring to you these moments of expression – just sit and breathe deeply.  Let us do some Ahh’s.

Feel that deeply as it incorporates within you, as you express and feel the expansion that is occurring.  This is a gentle movement; it is a Frequency that is flowing within your veins, within your Physical Essence that is also completion.  It is allowing you to realize the totality that you are expressing within the Beingness of the One.  As you bring forth these Elements within the One you cannot help but expand upon it to others; but at first, it is a self-realization that is occurring within your own activation of the blending of receiving your Light Body.  We of the  Divine Mother and the Divine Father God are very honored to express these moments of Creation.

We are bringing in the Balance of Feminine Divine and the Masculine Divine to assist you in accessing the Elements that have been occurring for you.  We are here to bring forth these Elements as we embrace you in the Heart and the Will of God.  Allow this to be activation of your Heart.  Allow this to be the activation of your entire structure of Being.  We are in this state of Frequency to assist you on many different levels.  Allow us to embrace you in this moment.  Feel Our Essence.  Feel the Beauty that we share with each of you.  We love you deeply.  The love is so deep that the word Love does not suffice the Frequency that we embody to you in this moment – Love in all aspects.  Love in all Frequencies.  Love in all that we are together.  We are the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun who embrace you and express this Essence unto you ~ Our Children of the Light, Our Children of God.

Nov 13th, 2011 ~ Getting to the Core of Your Being

Dearest Ones,

This is Lord Sananda speaking, once again, for the Christ Consciousness of the Cosmic Oneness.  It is my pleasure and divine acceptance to be present in this moment.  Allow us to just take a breath, and within that breath, feel the frequency that is fully coming into your being because there has been great changes happening upon this earth for many that have been doing the ceremonies and connecting to all frequencies of light, we thank you deeply.  We thank you deeply of what you have created and allowing the expression that you are to be fully within you.  I am here as a Spokes-being for the energies, but each of you is embodying these frequencies on your own.  It is your choice:  what is it that you are experiencing in these moments?

What is it that is the expression within your existence?

This is not just for what occurred on 11.11.11, because that was just the start.  Now you are fully in the Essence, you are fully in the completeness that you are and allow yourself to fully bring in the elements of change that are absolutely necessary.  So in these elements of change, you are going to be seeing a great shift in your own ability to understand the elements that have been occurring.  Within these elements, there is a shift in your consciousness, there is a shift in the way you are interacting with others, there is a shift in all elements.  As we know this frequency that was brought in, which have to do with the Feminine Divine, which is what all of you have been working with, but now it is being more fully grounded through the essences of Mount Shasta, through Sedona, through Arkansas, through Lake Titicaca in Peru, and to align with Machu Picchu to allow these elements of the frequencies of the Lemurian energies of the Female Essence to blend with the Male energies of the Atlantatean to come into completeness.  What does this mean for each of you personally, on a personal basis?  There are great elements that are occurring within the frequency that you are.  It is important for you to realize, what you do not take care of, the energies will shift greatly within you.  Some of you may be feeling physical symptoms, some of you may be feeling energizing symptoms, some of you may be feeling frequencies of many different levels, so in these elements that are occurring, please take care and embrace whatever it is that is occurring for you, in these movements of embracement, you will see, the activations go more smoothly and swifter for you in ease and grace.  So tonight we want to assist you with that, we want to assist you with of any pockets of frequencies that are not fully getting to the Inner Core of your Being, or not fully getting to your Lotus Heart, and not bringing the balance of the Male and the Female in those elements within you.

So I say to you, sit back and allow yourself to receive.   In the frequency of what has occurred for the Dearest One here, I believe her energetics are going to be quite different because of what she has experienced through this process and I want to acknowledge her because its going to make her work even more powerful.  I say to you, you will fluidness of energies; you will feel the frequencies because she has fully allowed herself to bring in the Feminine Divine in a different way than she ever thought possible.  I want to acknowledge her for that, she fully erased a lot of elements within her karmic issues that she was holding on, and had held onto for many years, and now that shift is changing.  So I believe you are going to be feeling an expression of the Divine Mother more fully than you ever have before.  The Divine Father will still be incorporated but it will be a different effect because now she has stepped aside and allowed this frequency to come fully within her Being.  It definitely is easier for me this evening through the deepness and the essence of her frequencies are allowing the fine tuning that is necessary from the highest frequencies to come fully within her body, and allow myself to use her voice in the expression that I AM.  I say to you in these moments, allow this to be your experience also.  Allow each of you to incorporate the embodiment that has occurred onto this planet into your beings onto the Earth to assist as much as possible.

So let us all take a deep breath.  Within that deep breath, we want to give you the expression of the Devotional Ray of Ruby Red and feel that Devotion flowing through into your body, feeling the Essence of your Soul’s presence and your Higher Self being the Full Director in the full completeness within you.   As you allow that expression within you, we then move to the Pink-Orange, which is the Fourth Dimensional Ray into the Solar Plexus, which is aligned with the Ruby Red.  Then we move into the Magenta, and the Magenta will blend with the Solar Plexus and to the Heart, and to the Thymus, so that becomes one unified Chakra.  We are probably going to be centering more upon the Higher Chakras in these calls than we have previously.  Now it is time, it is time to more fully embrace and incorporate these frequencies within your being.

Take a deep breath.  As you breathe deeply through that essence, feel the third, and the fourth, and the fifth bodies being activated within your physical existence.  Allow yourself to be expressed within this manner because it is your divine purpose to do so.  With that, I am now going to step aside and allow the Divine Mother and Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun  is fully going to bring in the frequency.  I am honored to walk with you in this time, and to bring in this acceptance within your Being.

We are the Divine Mother and Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun in the expression of the One Within.  Feel the Oneness within yourself, feel the frequency that you are as you tap into your I AM presence more fully than you have before.  Feel this essence that is part of your frequency, feel this essence that is part of us.  Feel this frequency that is part of all endeavours of your Soul’s Purpose.

Breathing deeply.  Breathing deeply in the essence that you are and the completion in All That You Are, and All That You Will Be and all the frequencies of light.

Breathe…Breathe…  As we send to you waves of the Ruby Red, the Pink Orange, and the Magenta for you to fully incorporate this light and this frequency within.  We express to you in this moment of the frequency that has occurred upon the plane of the earth of the 11:11:11 is beyond your comprehension.  Yes, Yes changes have been made, changes are being created and words can fill you up and help you understand the process that you have been going through, but you cannot fully understand unless you tap into this Frequency Of Light, you must tap into the essence that is coming through the beauty of this voice in this moment.  Allow yourself to feel the waves of the light, allow yourself to feel the vibrations of the complete oneness that she is incorporating from us to you.

Breathe it in….Breathe in…Breathe it in…  Breathe it into the essence that you are.

Allow yourself to just expand upon this moment of creation that has occurred for you that each of you have now walked up the mountain and you feel the essence of what has occurred.  As this essence has occurred you start to see changes, many changes that need to be made.  I ask of you right now…Don’t think!

I ask of you right now…Not to feel the lower body!

I ask of you to just receive, embrace this frequency that is the essence that has been asking to be born.  Allow that to be within you in this moment, between the Heart, the Solar Plexus, and the Thymus ~ your Power, your centeredness of Compassion, and your frequency of your Light.  It is a vibration that is beyond the capacity of the thought realms.  It is a vibration to come fully into the Essence That You Are, allow that to be the beginning.

This is the beginning, this is the process, these are the elements.  As we stand in front of each of you, feel us embracing you, and allow that frequency to be these colors, allow the Ruby Red and the Pink Orange, and the Magenta blend in front of you.  As we embrace you, we put our arms around you and we encircle you with this beautiful essence of light, pouring through your Being.  Allow yourself to feel the deepness of your vibration of the frequency as it was in the beginning that has never been manifested upon this earth plane before.  You are an embryo, allow that embryo to be within you, feel the Solar Plexus, the Heart, and the Thymus.  Feel your Power, feel the Essence That You Are, feel your essence expanding in your Heart, and feel the Passion, and the Joy, the Purity, and the Grace and all that is yours to be fully in complete within your being.  Allow yourself to expand beyond that, allow your essence to be in the frequency that you are.  This is what we embrace onto you in this moment, this is what we bring forth onto you and we send it to you as we stand in front of you in complete union.  What is the union that is occurring within you?

Do you feel the union deeply within your essence?

Do you feel your Male and your Female coming into the Divine?

Step into the Divine, even if it is just for a split second if you are having a hard time with this.  We ask that the Male and the Female now come and they embrace each other in your Heart Center and feel that beauty that is flowing through you with these colors of the Ruby Red, the Pink Orange, and the Magenta, as they all blend in a big rainbow of light of a circle light and that if flowing through your Being in the Essence That You Are.  Feel that completeness, this is the frequency that you fully want to bring within you; now let it flow down your legs into your Earth Star, let it flow to your Soul Star, let it blend in front of you, and in the back of you, and around your sides and it goes into the Earth Star and it spins outwards, outwards into all your fields.

We ask that all the dislocated bodies now come into blending of the Physical, the Etheric, the Emotional, the Mental, and the Spiritual now, glows in the Essence That You Are.  Feel that essence coming around you and feeling the completeness as its down at your Earth Star and at the top of your Soul Star, you are a complete blending of all three bodies, all three rays, all the essence of fully embracing your fifth dimensional frequency.  Allow your Light Body to be fully activated, allow the essence, and now let’s take a deep breath.

In that deep breath, what is it that you feel, because now you are coming from your Higher Heart, and your Higher Mind, and feel the frequency running through, through your bloodstream, through your muscles, through the expression in every physical parts.  Feel it running in all essences that you are.  As the Oneness is within your Physical, your Etheric, your Emotional, your Mental and your Spiritual as one huge blob of light.  Breathe and feel this essence.  Breathe and feel this completeness.

Breathe deeply, deeply, deeply.  Now feel the expression within your Solar Plexus.  We want you to feel your power more fully than you have ever felt it before.  We are asking for all dislocated elements that have not allowed you to create your gifts from all of those lifetimes that could have been outside of your field, because you weren’t powerful enough, you weren’t successful enough, because you weren’t empowered enough.  We now ask for the empowerment to fully be within you as each of these frequencies are now going to come within you, because now you are a full body system, your not dislocated from each other.  Allow yourself to feel that in your Solar Plexus, and your Heart, and your Thymus, and allow it to go to your Throat and all through all of your Chakras are now blended as you receive the 22 chakras incorporated with the 22 rays of God.

You are a full enlightened complete being within this Physical body and feeling the completeness that you are, that you are.  We of the Divine Mother and Divine Father God gratefully express this creation onto you as it is our creation together.  I AM that I AM that I AM

I AM the Cosmic Great Central Sun of the Divine Mother and Divine Father God at your service.  Love and blessings, embracing you in the frequency that you are.

Nov 6th, 2011 ~ Birthing of Thyself

Greetings,

This is Lord Sananda speaking.  I come to you in the breath of your own existence.  Thank you for allowing me to come to your Being in this group of Cosmic Oneness.

The planet is coming to a space of a frequency that is quite different than we have ever felt before, it is quite interesting how things are unfolding for everyone and allowing those elements to be fully incorporated as each of us are going to walk together as the New Earth Hierarchy.  This is our time, this is our time – this is our expression that we are.  I say to you in this moment, what is it that you desire to fully incorporate the frequencies?  It is now time, all of you have been working for eons of time for this, some of you are more newly awakened in the physical level, but that doesn’t mean that you haven’t been awakened on the soul level.  So I say to you in these moments of creation, I say to you, express yourself deeply, express yourself in the Oneness that You Are, express yourself in all that you are incorporating.

What is the basis of all this?

Love of Thyself, there is nothing more important, we are all here to share with one another but if we do not fully empower ourselves and to allow the frequency to be in those expressions you cannot fully understand what is occurring.  In the expression that you are, in the expression that you are incorporating, you are bringing forth a new being that is being birthed.  In that new Being that is being birthed is your Soul’s Essence into the physical body.  Each of you know that the changes, the physical existence, the processes that each of you have been experiencing have been very challenging on a physical level.  I bet for some of you it is probably getting easier, because you are expanding your physical essence, your expanding your Etheric body, your Emotional body, and your Mental body.  With that expansion, it now becomes One Body Of Light, so there is not too much more that you have to be going through, it depends on your frequency.

Many of you are relocating to the places where you assist these frequencies, wherever you find yourself going to, allow yourself to go there.  Be the courageous one and step off.  Step off and allow yourself to know it is now time for you to bring forth the essence of your Beingness in your physical body.  Sometimes you need to move your location, and some of you are being challenged greatly with this.  Some of you have children that you have left, you are not separate from them, you are always connected with them, but in essence you are not physically right there with them as you once were.  Whether it was a weekly basis, or bi-weekly, or weekends, or whatever, this is to be commended for those of you that are doing this work, because that is the ultimate test.

In truth, that is the expansion of your Beingness more fully because as we come into these bodies and it is our pathway that needs to be birthed; this is what you are birthing, you are birthing your pathway.  Some of you have been alone for a very long time, and are now having people come into your existence, but you will see that the way that you are in this presence and how far you are accelerating yourself, that space and continuum can be fully accepted within your own patience, your endurance, and your frequency.  Depending on where you are on your own pathway of mastership, it is a welcoming agent, it is a welcoming part of you allowing others to come into your space, or you going into their space, whatever the case may be.  Groups of people are coming together, some may be living together, and some may not, some are coming together as partners, some are coming as assisting each other, but I will tell you the one common goal in each of you is the Purity Of Your Love.

There is nothing else that is going to assist you more fully than to allow that essence to be fully within you.  So now how do we get to that purity of love, how do we get to that expression so that you have the patience, so that you have the endurance, so that you have the strength?  Do everything that you need to do to walk on this pathway to assist the planet and the awakening that needs to be done.  Full endurance and completion of your light body activation, allowing those four bodies of the Physical, Etheric, Emotional and Mental; as Christine has been expressing to you for many months, and those of you who have known her longer, many years.  But there is no other way to fully incorporate these frequencies until you allow it to be, to surrender onto the moment, to surrender onto the frequency, because the frequency is what is assisting you to reach yourself.

I come with these words from this woman who has been doing this work for a couple of decades, and what we are experiencing right now is blessing to most of you.  Sometimes it may not feel like a blessing because the hard work has already been done by those who have been on this path for a very long time.  The old way of doing things was tedious, but it had to be done.

Affirmations, writing ten, twenty, thirty times a day; Meditating three times a day, bringing in those frequencies; we didn’t have the Higher Vibrational work because the people weren’t ready to share their gifts.  Now you see it everywhere, everyone is bringing in the Higher Vibrations, some bring it in different than some others.  So I say unto yourself, and say it unto your friends, and your colleagues, and others that you tune into about this work, that each of you are being blessed.  You are being blessed by many great teachers upon this planet, and most of all you are being blessed by your accessibility of your Soul’s Essence to fully combine your love quotient fully within your physical body and allow the rebirth to happen.

I don’t even like to use the word rebirth, you are not rebirthing, you are birthing.

The frequency of your body is changing into a 5th dimensional level, and what happens in that is that the cellular structure, and the frequency of the neurons, and all the elements within the physical are being burned up onto that higher frequency to allow you to accept the Divinity of your Soul’s essence fully in your physical body.  Your physical body will change, you will get younger, you will look younger, you will be able to live much, much more than you’ve been living on that 3rd dimensional reality.  As we move into that 5th dimensional reality, it’s going to be a timeline that you have been working with, and bringing forth that timeline into your 3rd dimensional level.

So I say to yourself right now, Receive!   Receive!   Receive!

Receive the essence of the totality of your Beingness fully within the acceptance that you are.  Surrender, I ask you to surrender right now, feel that frequency coming to you right now as the Cosmic Great Central Sun is going to bring this into the birthing process.  WE are at the final hours before the 11.11.11, and what exactly is this going to bring forth?  I will share that with you at another time this week as more information is coming through Christine.

I say unto you in this moment, express the Divinity that you are, don’t hold on to anything that seems insurmountable.  The synchronization of your lives are about to change, and the fluidness is going to come forward in your being.  You are going to be able to accept yourself in a broader sense than you ever have before, this is the beauty of what is occurring.  As each of you expand yourselves onto yourselves of the birthing of your soul’s essence and your I AM presence to be more fully activated more so than it ever has previously.

So I ask each of just to take this moment and feel the expansion that is occurring for you and to let more expansion to occur and allow the tears to flow, allow the pain to be removed, and allow the joy to be incorporated, and the purity to be within you, this is your Love Quotient expanding.

I AM the Cosmic Great Central Sun of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God  at your service, blessings in the frequency of all That Is, blessings in the levels of creation that we are bringing forth in this moment.

Breathe deeply, breathe deeply, breathe deeply.

As the essence of your soul’s completion is about to be acknowledged as the birthing process is about to occur, feel the frequency that you are, feel the frequency of you multidimensional levels of that Soul’s Essence coming down into your body and feel yourself coming very close and comfortable and breathe and breathe and breathe.  Feel the Acceptance that you are, feel the Purity that you are, feel the Joy that you are, feel All That You Are in this moment because there is nothing less for you it is all encompassing, it is all creating, it is All That You Are in this moment.

Feel the Essence of your Creation as the Divine Frequency is coming within you in the All That You Are, All That You Are and All that you ever will be.  Feel it deeply, feel it deeply in your Solar Plexus, feel that frequency coming down into your lower chakras, feel yourself in the completion stages of your birthing process.  Feel it deeply, feel it deeply, feel it deeply as it expands as the energy now expands from your Solar Plexus out of your Solar Plexus into your cellular level into the frequency of All That is into All That You Are and all ever will be.

Breathing deeply, breathing deeply, it goes now into the muscles and the tendons, and the ligaments, and the bone structure, it goes into all the organs and all the inner workings within the system as they are all running into each other.  The bloodstream is pulsating, your spinal column is aligned, and the fluid levels are balanced, all activations are being clearly set in preparation, in preparation for your I AM Presence to be fully in your body more in the acceptance that you are.  Feel your acceptance, feel your acceptance as I want you to tune into anything that you need to surrender onto.  Allow the essence to depart, is it Emotional, is it Mental, is it Physical, is it anything that doesn’t feel right?  Right now let’s just accept what the transference of the energies is occurring for you.

Breathe as we run the bowl, breathe.

Now feel the essence, feel the essence of your Soul Birthing occurring, your Solar Plexus feels the vibration deep within you, and allow that vibration to go into your lower bodies.  Feel the frequencies in the Higher Levels in the higher chakras now come down to meet in the lower chakras as the Solar Plexus, the Heart, and the Thymus all blend together as one frequency of light.  Feel you expansion, feel the fluidness, feel yourself expanding in all that you are, feel that multidimensional self and take a moment and breathe into your Soul’s Essence.  Let him or her be more active within you now as the integration is now fully taking place.

Breathe deeply, breathe deeply, breathe deeply.

Allow the vibrational essence to come through you, allow yourself to fully accept your Divinity now.  Now is the time, now is the time, feel the birthing process to begin.  All the Higher Essence of you Being is now coming into the physical and you feel it vibrating into you and you feel the essence, and the continuance, and you feel your completeness coming in, coming in.  Let it move down into the Heart now, into the Solar Plexus, as the Heart, Solar Plexus, and Thymus are all one Chakra and allow it to breathe into the lower areas as now we activate our fifth dimensional chakra grid.

Feel the essence and the Purity, feel the Platinum, feel the Blues, the Golds, and the Violets; feel the Pearlescent, of the Pink Orange, feel the essences of Golden Yellow, Golden Blue, Golden Violet, feel the Deep Purple; now feel all the essence that make up the 22 Rays of God.  You are fully incorporated with all these colors, allow these colors to fully filter through your body out of you as you see your Physical , Emotional, Etheric, and Mental are all one Essence.

Feel your spiritual body now being activated force in all that you do.  Take a deep breath, and feel this connection within you, feel it deeply, feel it deeply in the Creation That You Are.  Let the birthing process go further, let it go down into your feet, and allow yourself to ground it down, ground it down through your Earth Star, and let your Earth Star and your Soul Star spin with these frequencies of colors because this is the multidimensional being that you are.

Breathe it down, breathe it down and now relax with that.

Relax with that frequency, relax with the Essence because this is the Essence That You Are.  This is the purity of your light, expand and feel the Love now.  Feel the Love and the Purity and the Joy within you as it expands within your Heart and your Thymus and Solar Plexus.  All the doorways are now opening for the achievement of your purpose for you to move into the essence of your doorway.  Allow yourself to come into that frequency, allow yourself to bring into the essence of the changes that are occurring in the frequency that you are, and allow yourself to just relax.  Surrender onto this moment, surrender onto this frequency.

Oct 30th, 2011 ~ You Are the Commander of Your Ship

Greetings,

This is Lord Sananda speaking.  Once again, it is a pleasure to be with you on this night of the Cosmic Connection with the Cosmic Frequencies.  I come to you in this moment as a participant, as a not so much as a teacher, but truly but one who is walking hand-in-hand with each of you.  We are in complete alignment with the frequencies of light that have come down upon the planet very recently, and we know that each of you are feeling this deeply.

Now is the time, now is the time for each of you to realize what it is you need to be doing.  If you do not know, let us help you, let us help you with this frequency.  As I stand with you, shoulder-to-shoulder, arm-to-arm, foot-to-foot, as we put our arms around each we say, “We are walking this pathway together, neither of us is alone”.  I totally ask of you to fully frequency within you, because as you start to feel that frequency within, you start to understand that you are a major part of these frequencies.  It is not just about the gateways being open, it is not just about the portals being open, it’s not just about the frequencies coming in from other sources beyond the earth plane, it is about each of us being a true participant within this frequency.  That is why it could be more challenging for you than you realize, because now is the time to fully activate within your mind, your body, and your spirit that you do have a particular role to play at this time, and that role may not be as outstanding as others, but you truly do have a piece of the missing puzzle of earth coming together because that is what is going to assist you.

I am understanding what you are experiencing.  If we learn to balance our emotions, our thoughts, bring in all the three minds and the four bodies together, there is nothing that we cannot allow to occur, because it happens automatically, it happens in the frequency of all that is, and all that each of you are.  You may not fully realize where you are in that position, and what it may mean for you and that is okay.  So I stand with each of you this evening to say, we all walk with you hand in hand as these frequencies of light fully come into the essence that you are, you start to understand how it is that you incorporate the molecules, the particles, the levels of awareness that are filtering down onto the earth plane.  As the stars in the sky become aligned, as you start to feel the alignment within your own system, within your own chakra grids, no matter where in the chakra grids you are at; the third, or the fourth, or the fifth, there is an alignment occurring, and that alignment is to assist your physical body.

So I say to you right now, in these moments, how can you assist yourself more fully?  Of course, we go back to the same particle of information of your Soul’s Essence.  Your Soul’s Essence is your maker of your destiny, your Soul’s Essence is the creator of your reality, the Soul’s Essence is the one that is commanding the frequencies to use more fully in through the three minds, or the two minds.  The Soul is activating the Spiritual Body, as an activation of Super Consciousness within the Conscious and Subconscious.  Then the Subconscious feels those reflections within, and as those reflections come within you, they go now into the Cellular memory, they go into the aspects of the Physical Body, and they go into all these areas that have been put aside, as now all the particles of molecules are coming into the oneness within your physical existence.  As you do that, the physical body lightens up, the body starts to feel better, and the body becomes aligned, and this is what each of you are going through in this stage.

I know many of you are feeling ill effects within the body, and this is because the body does not know what is going on.  So in this moment, we totally want to relax the body to prepare for the frequencies that are coming in this evening.  These frequencies are not any different than what you have been feeling, but they are going to be centralized.  So let us connect with the physical body, and as we connect with the physical body, let us go deep into theHeartCenterinto the Core of your Heart, and opening up your Lotus Heart.  We want to feel the essences within theHeartCenter, what it is that you are feeling in this moment.  Take a deep breath and allow yourself to expand upon that within your own consciousness.

As we go deeper, deeper into the Heart, we ask to go now to go deeper into the Cellular Level.  The Cellular Level of all your organs, the cellular level of the inner makings that make the physical body work, into the spinal column, into the back, into the muscles and the tendons, into the structures, the bone structures of the skeleton, into the inner workings that hook up all the tendons and the ligaments between the bone structures.  I want you to breathe deeply, and as you breathe deeply I want you to totally connect with the physical part of you more deeply than you ever have before.

Allow yourself to just relax, as we now bring in the essence of the Sea Foam Green, a higher cleansing ray.  Feel it pouring into your body, like you are taking a drink of water, you are taking a drink of the Sea Foam Green, and it’s going to go into your throat and your nostrils and your brainwaves.   You are feeling that euphoric feeling of the Sea Foam green as it then moves down into past your Heart, into your Solar Plexus allow it to go into all the inner workings within the physical existence as if you were taking a drink that is giving you an euphoric level of completeness.  Allow it to move into every part of your body, allow it to totally relax you as the Sea Foam green is now going to do its work within the cellular structure, the molecules, and the particles of light as it filters in these frequencies through all parts of your being.

Feel that incorporating within you now.

Allow yourself to be just like the sponge, and whatever frequencies that are coming into you during this session, just allow the come into you.  Whatever you are seeing, allow them to be accepted by your vision.  Allow the hearing to come, whatever senses you are experiencing, allow them to come fully within you and totally feel the completeness that is within you.  As it runs through you, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes, allow the Sea Foam Green to relax every particle within you.

Breathe deeply through that.

Now we are getting ready for the entry way, the entry way of the higher frequencies.  You say to yourself, I allow my body to fully relax and be in the receiving mode that I AM that I AM that I AM.

I AM NOW READY TO FULLY RECEIVE, as you do that it filters through every part of you, expressing it in all avenues.  Now we are ready to allow the activation to occur for you, it will not be as much as a shock to your system because we are relaxing the body with the frequencies.  Breathing deep, allow yourself to be in full activation of receiving and accepting.

I AM Lord Sananda at your service of the Christ Consciousness for the Cosmic Oneness.

So Mote It Be.

Breathing in the frequency, breathing in the frequency to receive your hearts desire.  Each of you have guided us in this way, each of you have allowed us to be in your life in this expression through this voice.  Now we fully bring in the Cosmic Frequency

We are the Divine Mother and Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun in a different modality than you have been receiving previously.  We come to you tonight in spirals of light, spirals of light of gratitude as they come into your being to allow you to accept the frequencies that are most important for you.

We say to you, where is it, where is it that you feel the most pressure in your body?

Is it in your deep Root of your challenges?

Is it in your Sacral of bringing forth your creativity and your sexual expression?

Is it in your Solar Plexus of finding that inner power?

Is it within your Heart of trying to understand the love that you have and the love that you are receiving?

Is it in your Throat and how you express your feelings unto others?

Is it in your Third Eye and how it is you perceive what it is you are seeing beyond the scene?

Or is it in your Crown of the acceptance of your totality of your spiritual being fully incorporated within you?

Maybe it is all of these elements.

I say unto you now, as we express in a spiralling lights; we give you spiralling lights this evening to assist you in the Crystalline frequencies that are occurring for you.  So we say unto you, allow yourself to receive the spiralling frequencies.  Allow these frequencies to come into your Crown.  Whatever you do not need in these areas, you can allow it to blend a little bit, but you don’t have to accept all of it.  So we bring you now the Love and Wisdom to the Crown area of the Golden Yellow.  See the spiralling lights, and you may see other colors coming into these aspects as we bring you the Rays of God.

We then bring you the Crystalline light mixed with flecks of Gold and Green within the Third Eye.  Feel that coming within you, if you need to expand that Third Eye, allow yourself to receive more of the spiralling light.  WE ask you to be the receiver.  We ask you to be the Commander of Your ship in this evening.  Command exactly how much and how little you desire to have within you.

We then come into the Throat, and within the throat we bring in the Blue of the Will and the Power.  This helps you with your voice, it helps you in the expression of all that you are, it helps you in the Beauty that you are with the Love and the Deepness.  Open up your throat, and allow it to go to the back of your neck also, because that area is always constricted by some of you.  Allow it to go into your shoulders, allow your shoulders to come down and do not scrunch them up towards your head.  Move that energy now towards the back as now we bring in the Pink Ray.

The Pink Ray of Love and Compassion, Active Intelligence.   This is where you manifest your desires, but only through the essence of Love.  The essence of Love and the Divinity that you are as you bring that expression deeply within you, feel that flowing within your heart with these spirals of light.

Then we come down into the Solar Plexus of the Ruby Red this is your Devotion to your spiritual aspect, once you devote to yourself, then you can devote it to others, but you must have that frequency beyond the physicality of religion, it must go to all aspects of Divinity that you are.

We then bring down into the Sacral area, the Deep Purple.  The Deep Purple represents the Transmutation and the Ceremonial Magic of expression, and allowing that expression to be shared with others, because once you see how you be the creator of reality, you will see your creativity flow in this area.  It will expand upon your sexual energy, your sexual energy of being the Male and the Female totally in balance.

So then we move into the Root Chakra of the Crystalline color of Harmony and Balance.  Allow that Harmony and Balance to be fully in your root with spirals of color.  As we bring in the spirals of color, that frequency changes.

So now let’s just blend all of these Rays of God together so they may not have to stay in that specific chakra.  So we think of the Crystalline light of Harmony and Balance and it merges deeply with the Deep Purple, and then it merges with the Ruby Red, and then it merges with the Deep Pink, and then it merges with the Blue, and then it merges with the  White Light with Green and Gold, and then it merges with the Golden Yellow.  Allow all of those Rays to merge through all parts of your body, and then feel your body accepting this because as the spiralling lights ignite with the spiralling energies of Gratitude.  You are bringing that Gratitude so that you can fully Accept this divinity within you in these moments.  You can accept the processes that are happening to you and allow your souls essence to be the Commander Of The Ship, as your Soul is now commanding what you need and wherever you need to go.

We’re going to take some moments and run the bowl to allow you to expand this within yourself personally.  Remember, you are the commander, you are the director, you command where you are getting energy, and what you need the most, and what you don’t need the most, and allow them to blend together.

Breathing deeply, breathing deeply, as all of these frequencies are now moving through the essence that you are, as you bring in the completeness, as you bring in these moments to just allow your body to relax and receive.  As we are talking, just allow yourself to continue with the frequencies within you of all these different colors, and allow them to blend together.  You may even see some of the spiralling lights mixed of the different colors we have given you.  Allow that to infiltrate within you.

It is now time, my children, it is now time for you to be in more of an Acceptance mode than you have been previously.  Allow yourself to fully tap into the levels of conditioning that have held you in bondage and allow them to be fully released.  As you release these elements of change, you start to see within  yourself an essence of your thought processes and your feelings will shift, because as you keep moving into these spiralling energies of light, you will allow yourself to bring in the essence and the capability to move through the changes that are occurring.

I say to you now, I say to you, ground these energies down into your Earth Star.  Feel it grounding within you as you ground these energies within you, you become the energies, you become the rays.  This is how we are going to increase into your fourth and fifth dimensional chakra grid if you haven’t reached those areas, if you are still having issues in these lower chakras it means you have not reached the fourth dimensional chakra grid, but do not worry.  Do not worry because you have the tool right now, you have this acceptance within you to fully change it.  It is your destiny, command that ship, command the ship that you are.

State your name, and say

“I command to now accept the divinity that I am bringing in fully into my body, my mind, and my spirit. I bring it in to my Physical body, into my Etheric body, into my Emotional body, I bring it into my Mental body as all the bodies blend together.  Now my essence is one huge complete body.  We become the light body!  We become the Light Frequency that we are! I AM that I AM that I AM.”

Say these words to yourself, “I AM that I AM that I AM. I AM a totality of a being of light and I accept it, I am now accepting this frequency and feel it running through my blood stream.  I feel it running through the systems within my body, and it just filters through me, and then it moves through those other essences that are now one body of light.”

The Etheric is not separate.

The Emotional is not separate.

The Mental is not separate.

The Spiritual body is one complete body, and now we bring forth the light quotient of the higher frequencies to accept the levels of instances within.

I AM, I AM a changeable mode, but I am also in that mode of complete beauty.  Within that beauty I see as I am steering my ship in the direction that I choose to be, I receive more and more gratitude and I feel the gratitude coming to me and the blessings are flowing around me.  They are inside of me and completely inside and outside of me, there is nothing that I cannot achieve, because I am being blessed.  I am being blessed because I am walking with one of the Spiritual Hierarchy, I am walking one with Intergalactic Hierarchy, I am walking one with the Inner Earth Hierarchy, I am becoming a member of the New Earth Hierarchy.

As the Inner Earth, the Galactics, the Higher Beings, the Spiritual Hierarchy, as we all come together we are One Unity of Oneness.

We are the One, we are the Unity, we are the frequency, we are the beauty and I embellish this and embrace it within my physical body because it will show through my actions, it will show through my thoughts, it will show through my emotions because now I am balanced with the threefold flame.  I feel that frequency, I feel the Male and the Female coming together, I feel the Golden Light of the Wisdom that I am.  I open up my thought processes, I access my Higher Mind, I access my Higher Heart.

The lower ego is now being dissipated as these frequencies of light now all blend together because I have been the commander of my ship, and I am allowing them to be fully incorporated within the entire structure that I am.  Not just the physical structure of this earth plane, but the Higher frequencies, my souls essence is completely intertwined within the Mental, the Emotional, the Etheric and the Physical as it becomes one huge being of light.

I AM that I AM that I AM

Say those words to yourself and feel that essence, don’t just say the words, but feel the frequency of your Soul’s Essence of all the lifetimes that you are now bringing in to be that multidimensional being of light.  You are walking upon the Pathway Of Mastership, and within this Pathway Of Mastership you see that you are accepting the divinity that has been yours for a very long time.

I AM One with all of you, We are one together in the frequency of all that is.  Feel that now, feel that frequency coming down within you.  We the Divine Mother and Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun are fully blended within your Beingness in this moment.  It is your choice what you do with it.

Embrace it, allow yourself to feel it, incorporate it within you because there is no separation in this moment.

WE ARE ONE IN ALL THAT WE ARE.

WE ARE ONE.

WE, of the Cosmic Great Central Sun of the Divine Mother and Divine Father God bring forth this frequency to you.  You are us, and we are you, we are one in this moment. May the blessings that you have brought to yourself bestowed upon you in your physical life in this moment, to be created in this week.

Greetings,

This is Lord Sananda speaking.  It’s a pleasure to be here, it’s a pleasure to be in Meleriesse’s body, it’s a pleasure to see Heather here with Joy and Jade and to feel the frequency of people coming together.  This is just an example of what is going to be happening with everyone.

So I ask of you right now, I ask of you to go deep within the Core of Your Being, to go deep within your Solar Plexus.  What is it that you can best suit yourself in your pathway with individuals coming into your life?  Are you ready, are you ready, allowing it to be?  Are you allowing yourself to let go of your controls of allowing yourself to be in full flexibility?  Being like the wings of the Eagle, and flying high and allowing yourself to stop at different places and just feel the frequency and whomever is going to be around you is what is occurring in that time frame.

Many of you are gathering at this time, you are gathering at this time to assist each other and the planet.  Right now, many of you have been spending much time in isolation, especially the ones that have been on this path for a long time.  Many of you are afraid to allow yourself to move into a new space of time and being, but I tell you that once you do, you will see how it will all unfold for you.  How the synchronization of your life will change when you finally step off that rock that has been keeping you in that same space for a very long time and you fully allow yourself to move into a new paradigm of existence.  Many of you have been going through this, and if you haven’t, you will be.  It is part of the process in these times, because people need to gather in certain places.  You need to be in the frequencies of others that align with your own energies, some of you that come together will be on different levels of your initiation process, and that is okay, because eventually you will be understanding each other in many different levels.  Some of you may be able to help each other through that process, it is important.  Some of you are here to support others, to support some of the leaders that are going to be coming forth, and some of you are under apprenticeship, and some of you standing side by side to bring forth that God and Goddess energy to allow those type of relationships to be embodied upon this earth.  If you truly have found someone that represents this energy, know that you are very special because you were one of the forerunners and will show others the way.

I say to you this evening, it is time for us to go deep within our core and how best to serve our essence.  We have talked about the embodiments of your empowerment, we have talked about utilizing the Pink Flame to assist you, we have talked about bringing in the Balance, and tonight we want to fully allow you to understand that flexibility is the most important part.  You must bring forth that flexibility to understand exactly what is occurring in your life, because without that changeability in your focus, you will not be able to move forward toward the New Earth.  Right now as you are all gathering together and preparing for the 11.11.11, and some may not know what they are doing for that event but truly want to connect with others in that frequency, know that it is time.  Those steps that you are taking is a process, and those steps many change and grow and build service unto others.  You may find that you need to move out of certain areas, but you will always still be in touch.

So the processes of what we are bringing forth this evening is to assist you of the now, what is it now that you need to focus upon.  I ask of you not to focus upon the future, I ask of you not to focus on the immediate future, I ask of you to focus on this month, this coming month as we move into the full moon before the 11.11.11, and remember that other parts of the world will be accelerated themselves with the 11.11.11 before it happens to you, or you may be one of the first ones depending on your worldwide location.  So it is very important for you to understand that these frequencies are going to be occurring for several days.  So I say to you, in this time frame, a couple of weeks before this is to occur, to have the balance within you of what it is you need to acquire.

What is it that is going to assist you?  The more you know about yourself, the more you are going to be able to accelerate the earth, and as she accelerates you will accelerate others that you will be in contact with.  It is very important for us to deeply have the core element of our life’s purpose, and some may not even know what that is yet, and some are being just blindly guided in the moment, and that is exactly the best way that you can move into that synchronous lifestyle that you are going to be finding with other individuals.  People are going to be coming together, people are going to be coming into living arrangements, it is now time to move back into that frequency of eons and eons ago.  Some of you may have a difficult time with this, some of you may be ready to accept this but yet within your heart there may be some elements that still may be unsure of.  Some of you have families and you are not so sure what your role is within that family situation, allow it to unfold.  Put your gratitude of where you are right now of what is occurring for you, and within that gratitude you will receive the blessings that are necessary.

I say to you, just take a deep breath, and within that deep breath I want us to go into the Solar Plexus.  As we go into the Solar Plexus, we are going to bring in that Devotional Ray of the Deep Cherry Red.  Devotion to yourself, and I am not talking about service onto others, that will come.  The most important aspect that we can share with you and help you with before this time of 11.11.11, is to feel your own Devotional frequency of your higher essence, of your I AM presence, because that is going to flow out of you, then in turn the service will occur.  When one becomes embodied with this Devotional frequency, then changes start to occur in a very positive and synchronous manner.  This is very, very helpful in the pathway that each of you are stepping upon because you must remember flexibility is necessary, changeability, and the ability to know your highest essence and what that means for you.  Connecting to spirit will be connecting to yourself.

So take this deep breath of the Deep Cherry Red and allow it to come into your Solar Plexus, and allow that frequency to blend within you.  Call upon each of your higher selves to be fully activated within that Thymus area, and allow that essence of the Higher self to be fully free within your body.  If you have any constriction within the body, let them go in this moment, allow the body to just relax, allow the muscles and the organs, and allow the elements that may be feeling a little bit stiff, allow then neck to be loose, allow yourself to just feel the pressure of your Solar Plexus, and it moves to the back to the core of the Spinal Column and it helps to open up all those centers.  As we breathe this Deep Cherry Red through the entire structure, let it permeate through your entire being, allow yourself to know that you are very devoted in the pathway that you are in, but without the physicallity, we want to just release that in these moments, you can bring it back in the end.

Allow yourself to feel your highest self and your I AM presence, your connection to the Godforce, and your connection to the Divine Mother and Divine Father God.  As you do that now, I will now step aside and allow them to be your guide.  We are all here to assist you in this process, so please do call upon us.

We are the Divine Mother and Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun in this moment to bring in the frequency of your devotional essence.  We honored in this moment to be in your presence to give you a remembrance of the frequency that you are.  Just release the body, don’t allow your body to be in constriction, allow you to take a deep breath and feel that Deep Cherry Red or also known as Ruby Red to be flowing through your entire essence as your Higher Self is now coming into the body.

Allow yourself to just breathe and accept, breathe and accept, breathe that essence deeply all the way down to your feet to your Earthstar and allow your earthstar to spin deeply in your Etheric level, and then your Emotional level, and your Mental level, as you become this beautiful Deep Cherry Red.  Embrace yourself, embrace yourself into your Solar Plexus.  Allow yourself to feel that frequency that is you as you bring that in, it will pull out any vibrations that are not in tune with this level that you are incorporating in this moment.  Breathe it in, be aggressive with the breath.  Breathe it in, allow it to flow in you, allow yourself to fully feel the acceptance that you are on a higher level and allow it to come into your body.

Nothing else matters, not this situation, not this lifetime, you are just one huge body of light.  As you were in the beginning, allowing yourself in this deeply through this essence, allow it to flow.  Feel the expression that you are, feel the beauty that you are, feel all that you want to incorporate within you as you embody this within you, you will see, you will see how everything will shift for you, how everything will change, how your outside circumstances, you don’t have to worry about anything.  Don’t think about the situations, don’t think about the people, just be, just be in this moment.  Allow yourself to just be in that frequency of being with one of your essence.

Now feel it in your heart, feel it in your heart deeply, feel that frequency moving up into your heart and feel the essence.  Now it flows out of you, it flows outside of your light body, this is the attraction that will occur.  As you breathe that through, feel that frequency deep within you.  Allow yourself to know that your manifestations, that your thought forms, that your intentions, that your blessings are all coming to you.  As you bring forth this frequency unto yourself, you start to feel your empowerment, the empowerment must come from the higher sense, not the body, not the mind, not the lower heart, not the emotions, not all those aspects that you have to clear, and clear, and clear.

Today in this moment we bring to you this highest essence of your devotion to yourself.  The Devotional Frequency, the Beauty of that Sacred Heart of the Pink Flame, and allow that to embody within you because as you allow this to embody within you, you will attract all that you desire.  Let go of the mind, let go of the thoughts, let go of the body, let go of those emotions, and just feel this frequency coming through you and just being in the presence of your light.  Let others feel your light, allow yourself to bathe in it, allow yourself to swim in it, allow yourself to be it, as it now comes into the core of your being, it is part of all your essence and your light body is expanding because of this.

I say to you in this moment, what is it?  What is it that we can assist you with?  What is the stumbling block in this moment?  What is it that says to you, “I Accept all that comes into my life and I use this flame of Devotion and the Sacred Heart to fully bring forth what it is that I desire. I have the ability to do so.”  So we allow the mind, and we allow the emotions to step aside, they flow out of us.  Feel the fluidness, there is just a floating, floating as you’re floating in the air.  You’re floating from cloud to cloud and you are the being that you have always been, but you have forgotten, it is very important to remember these aspects.  Remember deeply, we must call upon this, we must bring this within ourselves.

Now, feel that frequency as it comes down into your feet, as it comes down into our Earth Star, and it spins deeply, and feel, feel the grounding with that, that is what we want in these moments.  We are embracing you in these moments because you are working hard, and you are thinking and you are worrying, we want you to just be, allow yourself to just be in this frequency and then all the other things will be attracted to you because of the magnetism that you have because you have been developing your magnetics.  You are allowing the Feminine Divine to be fully flowing through you to allow yourself to be in the balance of the Male and the Female within you, to allow yourself to feel Heaven and Earth, and to allow yourself to feel the acceptance of all that you are supposed to be.  As you bring this fully within you, feel the fluidness and all parts of your being.  Feel the vibrations in your fingertips, feel it in your toes, in your heart, and I see you smile upon your faces as now you are embodying the essence that you truly are.

Now think about what you need to do.  What is the next step off that cliff that you need to do, because these moments that you are experiencing upon this earth plane is not just one step off the cliff, there are many steps because what occurs is as you step off the cliff then other elements appear that have been stuck and piled away in your levels of frequency of your spirit, of your souls essence, of your development.  So you are releasing remembrances of lives, and lives, and people can come into your life that reflect that, and sometimes they are not supposed to be there, and it’s up to you to discern what is supposed to be there, and what is not supposed to be there, but you cannot do it through the mind, you must do it through this frequency and allow yourself to have this frequency.

Many of you are moving into new spaces of lifestyles before 11.11.11, it is a beautiful experience because now it is occurring.  Each of you are walking a tight wire and now you walk to the end and you are safe, so then you go to another, the responsibilities will be great, and the challenges will be there, but they will be different.  They will be different challenges, because now you have empowered yourself.  You have allowed yourself to be fully empowered with the essence of your being.

Embrace these moments.

Allow these gifts to come to you as you bring forth these essences within your soul’s frequency.  Breathing deeply and allow that to be fully grounded within you.  We are the Divine Mother and Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun to assist you in this process, it is our pleasure to speak through this beautiful voice and to allow her to not only embody our words but to embody our frequency, and that is the most important part.

Listen, and listen again to this in remembrance of this Devotional Ray and allow it swim as you dive into a pool of Crystal Clear water, it is your own essence, allow it to be a body of water, and to breathe it, and allow it to permeate into your cellular structure, allow it to go into your bone structure and all your organs, and all the inner workings of the body.   Let it go into the Emotional, let go into the Mental, and clear out the Etheric as now the body of water is you, you rise out of the body of water and you are this beautiful being of light, and you see as you rise up out of that body of water, you see the others that are doing the same, and they are the ones that are walking with you.   It is now time, bless yourself for the challenges you have gone through, bless yourself for the pathway that you have walked upon, the Golden Pathway of the Light and to bring that fully within you.

Greetings,

This is Lord Sananda, speaking.  Thank you for being here this evening with us.  Tonight is another integrative night.  We are going to assist you in opening up your energy centers and allowing the frequencies to be in and around to prepare you for more actualization of your remembrance, realization of your integration, actualization of allowing yourself to fully be in the frequency of All That Is.  So let’s just sit back, and we’re going to run the bowl.

It is a pleasure to be here in this moment, in the stillness; let’s think about the elements that are coming into each of your frequencies to understand within your Higher Self of what it is that you are experiencing.  Each of you are going through changes and activations, and within these changes and activations there can be an adjustment that occurs.  As this adjustment occurs, there is an element of partiality that occurs within your mental level, and within your physical structure, because you are still within these physical bodies as you are trying to allow the energies to adjust within, but sometimes it is very challenging.

Within these challenges, there can be a frequency of light that just is not accepting the full totality of who you are, it is not your fault, it is a mechanism within the physical body.  A mechanism that is a programming that has not allowed you to fully accept your full divinity within a physical existence, it’s always been a partial existence and for eons of time that is the way it needed to be, but now that light frequency is changing in everyone’s composition.  So what happens in those times of changes can be great movement, and the movement that is occurring is not allowing one to accept that you are part of a divine plan, that each of you have a pathway that is very, very important.  Each of you know this because of the work that you have been doing, like a switch that goes on in you in the programming field that says, “hmm, this is not quite right, because I have never done this before, and it’s uncomfortable”.

So what we want to do for each of you this evening is to allow yourself to feel the comfortable Essence That You Are.  When you allow that to happen, you start to expand your field.  Expansion is very, very important and each of you are expanding beyond belief, but your going to expand even more so.  What you are all feeling is just a small example of totality what can be acquired in these bodies.  You are in phenomenal time, and these times that earth is changing rapidly, and the frequencies upon the earth are growing because each of you in your prayers and your activations and the light that you have been fully bringing into the essence of the upper earth to allow Gaia to feel your frequencies and to start to realize that you are just a small portion of this existence that is happening in this moment.

Just take a deep breath, and within that breath just relax in what you are experiencing.  As you are experiencing these elements within your frequency, you start to see a change, and this change is one of great growth; and as this great growth continues through you, you start to understand what it is you are incorporating within you because you actually let go of that lower mind.  This is the process that each of you are going through, some of you are having more of a challenging time than others, so it’s very important that we assist you in this process, because we want gentleness and calmness, we want you to express these frequencies within your body, and not allow it to be so harsh as it probably has been for some of you.

We take a step back this evening, and allow the frequency to blend through you more than activating you at a higher level because you are going to be getting a lot of this in the next couple of weeks in preparing you for the 11.11.11. event and for the activations that are happening at the end of October.  WE say to you, that whatever it is that you are expressing within you, allow it to run through you, and allow it to go to the Earth, this is an essential component, this is going to help you ground yourself, use the water to use the grounding, even if you just have to put your hands in the water, allow the water to flow preferably in a natural setting or from a spigot outside more than being from a faucet.  So as these elements occur for you, start to see a change and a growth that is going to happen for you, and it is going to be a very powerful element of exchange.

Let us just take a deep breath, and in that deep breath, we are going to expand in the Emerald Green, it is the planetary level of the Harmony and Balance, but it is also representative of the grounding of Mother Earth.  We want you to infiltrate this through your earth star, and allow it to expand up into your earth star and go up your central column upwards very slowly, feeling a spiralling motion.  As you feel that spiralling motion, there are elements of changes that are happening for you, and in these elements of changes, let it go into the muscles and the tendons as it comes up your legs, let it go into to the bone structure and all the workings of your physical body, we want it to go deep in the cellular level.  If you have any ailments in any of the areas that we are going to pass by, I want you to concentrate with a breath and allow that frequency to be fully within you.

You will start to feel a relaxation that occurs as you become one with Gaia, Mother Earth, this frequency of balance is going to assist her at the same time.  As we now bring it up to our hips, allow it to go into the joints, and really permeate this frequency into any area that’s uncomfortable for you.  So just breath deeply, and allow that to happen right now.  As that is occurring you start to feel the essence within you moving up into the Root area.  We want to center upon any frequencies that are not in alignment with the whole areas within you.  So allow yourself to move into any fear aspects, any areas that might be stuck in that lower root area, we want to really try and move your frequencies into the fourth and fifth dimensional chakra grid.  So the next couple of weeks we are going to be working really hard on this.  This is a practice that each of you should be doing on your own.

Breathing in that Emerald Green, and now let it come into your Sacral area of your Creativity and your Sexual Organs.  Allow the balance if you’ve had any surgeries, if you’ve had any problems in these areas, really permeate the area with the breath of that Emerald Green color and feel yourself relaxing through it.  Then moving up into your Solar Plexus, this is a very difficult part because many do not bring forth their own inner power, so we’re just going to allow this Emerald Green to relax anything that does not feel correct and transcend within your physical body.  Moving up into the Heart, allowing the Balance to occur in your Heart Center, if you have more issues with the Male, center it more into the right, if you have issues with the Female, center it more into the left, and if you feel both are in alignment, allow it to go into the center, and bring them into alignment, because it’s very, very important that you are going to bring forth these frequencies within you to prepare you for alignment.  Moving into the Thymus, let the Thymus be totally open for receiving energy of the higher self and activating that frequency more fully.  Moving up into the Throat, feeling your voice, your voice is very important in compassion and love, moving up to the sides of your jaw, let it go into your neck, your back, into your spinal column, any areas that are uncomfortable, move it to any organs that don’t work quite the way that you feel they should do.  Moving up into your ear canals, and your eyes, and your Third Eye, opening up that Third Eye and the Crown.  Allow this relaxation to occur.  We’re going to run the bowl, and I want each of you to allow this frequency to run through you as your going through the process.

Breathing, breathing deeply, now feel that total relaxation and now we’re going to bring that ray into a higher frequency.  We’re going to prepare you, let it go into the Etheric level, let it go into the Emotional level, and the Mental level, now your whole one body is completely encased with this Emerald Green light.  Allow yourself to be in this space of Balance and Harmony.  We are doing this now on a physical level, and the Cosmic Great Central Sun will be attuning to the higher level to assist you in the processes that you need to accept within you.

I AM the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun at your service, blessings and love to each of you, blessings in the frequency of all that is.  Just relax with the energies that you have been receiving on this frequency as you connect with Gaia, and feel your physical existence just relaxing.  Breathe deeply, breathe deeply, breathe deeply, breathe deeply.

Allow yourself to express within your body this balance and harmony that is necessary.  Allow the organs, and the muscles, and the tendons, allow the cellular structure, allow the DNA to be activated, and what we need to do with that is to just allow the relaxation to occur.  Feel yourself going limp, and within that limpness there is a growth that is occurring because as you allow yourself to relax, then the growth of your future elements comes forward.  So we bring that forward to assist you in the process of your divinity, because each of you are aspiring to a higher level of frequency than you have ever brought forth in a physical body.  You think you have been challenged now, you wait, you wait until the date of 11.11.11 when there is going to be more light energy coming onto the planet than you ever though possible.

People are going to be awakening; people are going to need you, they are going to need you to bring forth themselves in the elements of all that is occurring.  Within those elements that are occurring, there is a frequency of change that is going to happen for each of you.  Whatever it is that you are dealing with now, we want to assist you to fully get rid of it, because now is the time.

If you have been inactive, it is now time to be active.

If you have been hiding your work behind closed doors, it is now time to open up the doors.

If you have been dealing with individuals in your life, friends, or family, that do not know who you are, it is now time to show your power in a compassionate and loving way.

This is what we want to assist you with in the next couple of weeks.  We are going to be bringing forth these frequencies to elevate yourself into a new level of understanding.  Within this level of understanding, you start to see the process that are occurring for you.  Within these processes there is going to be great change, because you are ready, you are totally ready to accept and experience a new level of energy than you ever have before.  So I say to you, I say to you right now, what is it, what is it that is locked away within you?

What are the elements, if you look into your lower chakras, is there anything that needs to be looked upon, because we’re going to work very hard through Christine in the next two to three weeks to elevate you into the aspects.  She is going to be bringing forth projects that are going to assist individuals to open up to these energies.  I say to you, it is now time to embrace.  You may not get the whole picture, because each of you are going to be on a different level, and that is fine, that is absolutely okay.  What we really need to do, is assist in the creation of your light, because that is going to assist in your light quotient, and that is going to assist in your initiation, that’s going to help attune yourself more fully to your soul’s essence.  If you have not acquired your higher self within the physical body, we are going to work with you in the next couple of weeks to assist you in this process.  We are also going to allow these energies to be more grounded in you so that you are not uncomfortable with what is occurring, this is essentially important with what we are going to bring forth.

So I say to you, as the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, in bringing forth, let us assist you, let us be your mirror.  Let us share with you in these frequencies all that you are bringing forth, because it is going to be very, very imperative to allow it to flow through you.  So take a deep breath.  Take a deep breath, and we have now brought in Lord Sananda has brought in the Emerald Green Ray of Harmony and Balance, this is also associated with Serapis Bey, and it is also associated with the light that is very, very important in all aspects of your Being.  So now we are going to bring it up a notch or two, we are going to bring that Harmony and Balance into a higher frequency.  So we are going to ask it move into more of a universal level, which it brings it into flecks of Green with Gold, and eventually we are going to bring in the Crystalline Light, so take a deep breath.

Feel the frequency now coming down onto your Antakarana Bridge and we’re going to allow the cosmic energy to come down and we want you to receive whatever levels are important for you.  If you are not ready to receive the cosmic level, you will see inflections of a Green or a Gold then moving into a Lime Green or an Emerald Green, but what our intention to you now is to bring in that Crystalline light of the Cosmic.

I want you to spin from your Antakarana Bridge into your Soul Star and opening up your Central Canal, it’s going to go deep into each of your chakras, it’s going to go into your cellular level, it’s going to go into your muscles and tendons, and all inner workings of the body, the organs, the bloodstream, all the systems that work within the spinal column.  So let’s do that now, we are going to take a moment to allow the bowl to be rung.  You run it through you, we will command it to be, but it’s going to be your guidance that brings it in.

Breathing, breathing, breathing.

Feel that influctuations of the Cosmic energies of the Crystalline Light of the Golden, of the Green, of fluctuations of the Higher Green into a Lower Green.  Allow it to go into areas, the parts that really need healing on a physical level, you will see fluctuations of a Deeper Green, but allow the essence to come within you.  It depends on where you are presently, if your Root is still confused with your fears and your thought forms, your probably going to be feeling more of a physical level, if you moved through that your going to be seeing a higher level.  So allow all these colors to blend together, allow the Emerald Green.  Allow the Higher Greens and the Fluorescent Greens, with the Green and the Gold and all the way up to  the Crystalline Light.  Allow them all to blend together so whatever level of frequency of light needs to go into your areas, they are going to go there.

Breathe! ~ Breathe!

As you breathe you are receiving, you are receiving this frequency to allow you to relax with what is happening for you.  As you do that your Solar Plexus is going to open up to a new level of awareness.  This level of awareness is going to allow yourself to receive the empowerment that you are, and as you receive this empowerment, you feel the frequency that is running through you and allow that essence that you are to fully be in complete Harmony.  Allow this Harmony to come through you, allow it to come into your thoughts and into your feelings, allow it to go into all areas of your body.  You may feel tingling in any physical areas, you may feel your ears tingling, or you may hear a buzzing sound, it’s all opening up all avenues for you to receive more of the frequency of your pathway.

As this occurs, you start to see within you a frequency that is different.  Feel the acceptance, feel the love, feel the enjoyment as now your Higher Self is entering through the Antakarana Bridge and if he/or she is already there, we’re just going to activate him/or her, so that’s okay.  As we get into the Thymus area, we allow the Sea Foam Green in the Thymus area to fully be opened across your chest, across your upper back and feel that frequency moving.  As your Soul’s Essence takes a deep breath, do some AAAHHH’S;  AAAHHH AAAHHH,  AAAHHH and as that occurs you start to feel the energy move down your body and through your Chakra system to the Central Canal.  It’s all the elements of your physical body; it’s your Physical, Etheric, Emotional, and Mental all become one huge body of light, then the circumference of your spiritual body blends with that because that is your Soul’s Essence.

That is your Soul’s Essence, that is what your Soul is desiring to be part of, all of these elements, to allow these frequencies to come through you, to allow yourself to just relax and receive, relax and receive, relax and receive.  You start to do that and you feel the elements occurring for you, and within these elements you start to understand the expression that is occurring.  Your expression is an amazing feat, you may see colors, you may see visions, you may feel a pathway that is quite open, or there may be something that you have been thinking about that now it’s filled with Harmony.  It’s all harmonizing, and you will see as you do this, as you allow the harmonization within your own being that whatever you do not need will fall away with the energies, and the ones that are coming toward you will be more toward you because they will be the vibration that you are more accepting.  Allow this vibration to be fully within you in this moment as you stand in this presence, as you stand in this presence of your soul’s essence and feel your souls essence relaxing within you.  As you are now One, allow that frequency to be within you, allow this essence, practice this, practice this on your own, you will see that it will change things within you, and what needs to come up will come up as a process, it is a very important aspect that is to occur.

Breathing deeply within that.  Breathing deeply in all That You Are, All That You Can Be, and All That You Are Accepting In This Moment.

WE, of the Divine Mother and Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun, fully attune you to this frequency to assist you to relax, relax with the frequency that is you, and relax within the energy of the Earth plane.  As the Earth plane is changing from a 4th dimensional to a 5th dimensional frequency, this is going to assist.  I say to you, just allow the vibration of what you are feeling, just embrace yourself, nurture yourself, hold your arms around you, and feel your own presence because this is what is going to help with empowerment.  The more you are empowered within yourself, the more you have better relationships, because others will see that you Love yourself so deeply, and the you can speak so freely, and allow yourself to be vulnerable, and everything else will fall away.  You will see how it is the Divine Plan, of all this in Creation the You Are.

We, the Divine Mother and Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun, bless you in this moment, bless you in this frequency to assist you in the nurturing capability within your Heart, within your Thymus, within all elements of your body, and just take a deep breath and “AAAHH, AAAHHH, AAAHHH”.  It is our pleasure to bless you in this moment, and we walk with each of you upon this planet as the acceleration is going to be tremendous.  Allow yourself to accept and be what you are experiencing, because it is all true, it is all part of the process.  You have a Divine Right to feel it and to ground it within these physical bodies.

This experience is one that you should connect with as much as possible, it is going to help you to bring in more frequency, it’s going to help you Honor yourself in ways that you have not honored previously, it’s going to allow yourself to fully experience the higher levels within this physical bodies as it changes for you.  So allow the expression to be within, allow the expression to be within and around you.

We are one together, it is my pleasure to be here as the Spokes-Being for the Christ Consciousness, watching each of you move into this frequency.

Greetings, Greeting, Greetings!

This is Lord Sananda speaking it is a pleasure to be here once again to assist you in the Divinity and the Light and the frequency that we are all sharing with each other.  It is my utmost pleasure to bring forward to you this evening an Integration of Balancing Movement, but also to understand the frequencies that you are all bringing forth into your lives.  The Earth is changing greatly and each of you are doing the work that is so desperately needed.  It is important for you to remember, not only are you healing yourself, but your healing the all.

We are at a time that the energies are shifting once again.  So I say to you in these moments:

What is it that you desire to create?

What is that you desire to release?

What is that you desire to ground within you?

It’s very important for you to realize, that each of these elements are important in your Transformation.  As this transformation is growing within you, it is being centered around you in the Frequency and the Light of all that you are is being Actualized more deeply than ever before.   The elements circling outside of the Earth, into the Solar, the Galactic, the Universal, and the Cosmic Forces are coming in Unison, and allowing these elements to become more fully focalized in your lives.  If you have not already experienced this, you will be.

The deeper your prayers, the deeper your gratitude, the deeper your blessings; and  the greater the work that will be done.  I’m not talking about your own inner work and how you are processing the elements that are happening to you, I’m talking about the outside forces that are going to assist you greatly.  We speak to you this evening for the Christ Consciousness and the Creative Source of Oneness through the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God of the Great Central Sun and the Cosmic Energies.  It is time for each of you to stand amongst others that are doing the same, and this frequency is a minority, but we want it to be a majority.

So how do we bring this forth unto others?  How do we allow ourselves to fully feel the capacity that is growing within each of us so that the energies can be opened up to share with other like-minded people?  The higher the frequency, the better the element of connection, this is very, very essential as you move through your days towards the 11.11.11.  Some may find that their plans are changing for this miraculous energetic event due to the Cosmic Forces within them and around them.  Some are changing their lives greatly at this time.  Some have already changed their lives, and are trying to adjust to the newer frequencies and ground them fully.  Some are just allowing the frequencies to come within them, as they adjust within their environments that they already are living within.  This process can be very challenging, because as you move into the Higher Forces of the Cosmic Energies, there is no reason, there is no capability to understand why, there just is.  As each of you are transforming yourselves into these Multidimensional InterGalactic Beings, you are Actualizing your Potentiality within your physical bodies.  These changes can happen quickly, and without notice.

So we say to you this evening, let us all share with one another in this frequency of light that is coming into each of you.  You are showing to so many, what it is to be in this frequency.  You are sharing within yourself the eventual changes that are occurring.  Allow them to blend outside of you.  Allow them to be in the frequency of All That Is, because that is what the basis of this communication call is about.  There is no other energy surge that is going to assist you in these moments except to allow your own Divinity to be within you.

This is the process; yes, we bring through these frequencies through Christine, but the full actualization that is how you integrate it, how you allow it to come into your body, how you allow your self to process after this occurs; it is your individual choice what you do with it.  All we are doing is allowing the frequency to access your own I AM Presence more fully within the physical body.  This is not an easy task, and we know this, and we commend you for doing so.  So I say to you, Open up your heart, allow your energies to expand, allow your Chakras to be totally open, beyond the seven levels and going up into the Higher Levels.  Allow yourself to feel the frequencies because it is your Divine Right to do so.  Within that Divinity, you fully accept yourself in a new capacity than you ever had previously.  It is now our time to understand this fully, within our Mind, our Heart, and our bodies.

It is a miraculous occurrence for each of you to experience in this way.  So I say to you in these moments, “Allow yourself not to think about what is occurring, allow your emotions to be put aside, and just be the sponge and allow all those little elements within your full energetic field to be soaked up by these frequencies.”  Then as they come into the different aspects of your Being, you will start to understand exactly what is occurring for you.  So I say to you, “Be the Sponge and soak up this Glorious frequency of light as it is about to be imbued within your Being more fully than it has been previously.”

I AM the Divine Mother and Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun to bring forth to you this evening this Frequency of Light that is going to be a combination of the Cosmic of the Multi-Universal, the Universal, the Galactic of the Solar and the Planetary to be fully integrated within your Being.  I ask of you right now just to be the receiving agent, allow the Solar energies and all the frequencies that are within you to combine as one being of light.  As we bring you the frequencies of the Rays of God, the frequencies of the Blues and Yellows, the Greens and Golds, and Violets and Pearlescent, and Higher Greens and Higher Golds, and Higher Yellows.  Allow the Essence that is to come in whatever way that you see them.

Breathe deeply, breathe deeply in this frequency of all that is to bring in those multi-dimensional levels, to bring in all those essences of all those lives that are now ready to be awakened in the frequency of All That You Are, of all the gifts that you bring forth.  Allow that to unfold within you, allow yourself to create the knowledges within your life, allow yourself to fully feel the totality, allow yourself to complete the essences that you are.  Feel it now circling within you as it comes down into your Chakra system, into your Central Canal, multi-colored energies spinning in a Diamond like fashion filtering down into your Crown, into your Third Eye.  As the light expands moving into your Throat, as the essence that you are to speak clearly into your Thymus, feel the activation of your Souls Essence of your Higher Self moving into your body, moving fully into your Heart, feel your Lotus Heart expanding in all ways.  Feel the frequency of the Love that is flowing through in all these vibrations, allowing it now to go down into your Solar Plexus.  Allow your Power, your Inner Power to be activated in this essence and then move it into the lower energies of the Sacral, and then moving down into the Root.

Feel it expanding, feel it expanding in the frequency that You Are.  Allow it now to move into your limbs, and into your Earth Star.  Now feel your Earth Star and your Soul Star spinning simultaneously with all these frequencies of light.  If you see one color that is more predominate that the other, that is just fine, that is what you need the most in this moment.  Just breathe and be the Essence that You Are in this body.  Express it fully within your breath.  Feel the breath, feel the essence that is you.

Breathe deeply and allow it to go down into your Core, and feel the Core Essence being expanded in the frequency of All That You Are.  Allow that frequency to flow through you.  Now, now let us see, let us see, what is that you need in this moment?  What is that you desire?  What is your most important aspect of yourself right now that needs assistance with?  Let’s take a breath, and let’s just intend for that frequency to be fully within.

Feel the blessing, feel the blessing of your light, feel the blessing of your activation, feel the blessing of your Soul’s Essence, feel the blessing of your Angelic Self, feel the blessing of your Galactic Self, feel the blessing of your Interplanetary, into the Multiuniversal levels, into the Inner Plane level.  Bring those frequencies, bring those frequencies that you are into your body right now to assist you in your full dimensional capacity in order to receive the full dimensional capacity; you must be willing to expand yourself, to expand yourself into All that Is.  What is it, what is it within you that aspires to this level of Essence?

Allow the level of essence to flow through you, as it flows through you, you feel the level of expansion that is going into all the cellular structure, into all those areas in your body that may need it the most, wherever it is that is your weakest spot, allow it to go there now.  If you are having issues in your physical body any place, let it go to those areas.  Be the sponge, be the sponge, be the sponge so that the whole body is now embracing this Light That You Are.  The light of all the Essences, the Light Within.

See it shining brightly now, look deep within your Heart.  As you look deep within your Heart, you feel yourself expanding in a different way than you  have before, because now we have removed all the elements.  All these frequencies of colors mean many different things, they transform, they transmute, they release, they express, they embrace.  They do all these elements, they do every part of us, so right now you are bringing forth that frequency.

Now feel the Golden flame coming down deep, and suddenly into your Heart area.  Feel that 12th Ray and that 12th Chakra being activated as it never has before, because this is the activation that you need to fully accept your Divinity, to accept your Truth upon this Earth.  You already have it, your Soul has it, just allow yourself to feel that Soul Essence within you.  Allow it to expand through all that you are experiencing in this moment.

We ask that whatever your releasing, to be removed. ~ We ask that whatever your transmuting, to be dissipated.

We ask that whatever you are embracing, to feel it more fully than you ever have before.  Feel the essence of a Huge Embrace of Love, Compassion, Joy, Acceptance, and all that you come forth with.  Allow your knowledges from the past to be fully activated within your Pineal Gland.  Allow yourself to fully understand these processes.  How do you understand it?  You understand it from the Higher Mind, the Higher Self’s Mind, not the Physical Mind.  So we ask that the Higher Mind to be fully activated in this moment.  We ask for the Lower Mind to be fully dissipated and transformed into the Light Body that you are becoming.  Allow yourself to feel this now, because there is more.  There is so much more that you are going to be doing than you are doing in these moments.

Allow that to be expressed through you and then feel that in your Earth Star.  Allow your Earth Star to ground that.  It’s important to ground these frequencies through your body, and not just keep them in the Higher Levels.  Allow the Pineal Gland to bring forth those frequencies of those knowledges, and allow that to come down into your Throat so you can speak them.  Allow them to come down into your Heart so that you can feel them.  Allow them to come down into your Solar Plexus so that you can you empowered by them.  Allow them to come down fully to your lower bodies, and ground it to your Root.  Allow yourself to have the Creativity flow of these energies in your Sacral area.  All of these elements are occurring for you.  Now you are bringing the full faceted body that you have been asked to accept.

Accept it! Accept it! Accept it!

Say to yourself: “I accept all that I AM right now. I AM nothing less and I AM nothing more. I AM that I AM that I AM”

Yes! Yes! Yes!

You are embodying your I Presence this moment, allow yourself to be that totality of the sponge that is you in the totality and the expression that is within yourself so that you can fully anticipate, so that you can accept that you can bring forth the Divinity of all that is.  Breathe deeply in that.  Breathe deeply in the Essence and the Beingness that You Are and Accept.  Accept your Essence now, this is your Essence, this is not our Essence, it is not anyone else’s Essence, it is the Essence of your Soul’s Frequency.  Feel that now shining through your Heart and your Solar Plexus and your Thymus.  As you allow that to shine outwards, these three Chakras all blend together and you now become within the 5th Dimensional Chakra system.  Feel that Power within you, feel that power, it’s not an ego power, it’s just a power of acceptance.  It’s a Power to change and transform anything in your life that you choose to.

Accept this Power, Accept It Now.

Each of you are going through a transition, as we all know the transitions happen on a daily basis on a moment by moment basis.  Allow this frequency to ground all that you have not accepted within your physical body, and then it will expand outwardly and you will see.  You will see the Divinity that you are to be shown to another, and the full Divinity of your Essence.  As the Gods and the Godessess are coming together; they may not even realize it, but it is a beautiful Divine Love.  You must feel this Divine Love within yourself first in order to express it to another, this is essentially important.

You cannot let your mind get in the way, and you cannot let your emotions stop you, so the process of this can be very challenging because of your history on a physical plane.  Humanity has not been kind to you with this, so now we expand to you this Divinity and this Love that is you because we express it to you from the core essence.  Allow this birthing process to occur within your body as you fully accept all that you desire, all that you create, all that you manifest.  You have the ability, allow yourself to permeate it, and feel it in every essence of your Being.  Feel it deeply into your Physical structure, into your Etheric body, into your Emotional body, and your Mental body, and then your Spiritual body, and then they all swirl together and become One Body of Light.

There is no difference; you are just in the now.  You are allowing yourself to be.  This is the moment of your rebirth, feel that frequency within you.  Accept yourself as you never have previously.

We, of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, express these elements to you in this moment, because it is time; the time is coming to feel this more fully.  If you don’t quite feel it all the way, and you’re not quite sure what is occurring for you, continue with this, allow yourself to accept it.  In the process of All That Is, there is a shift that occurs, and within this shifting process allow it to be fully embodied within you, because this is the expression of your light, and allow it to expand outside of you as you share it with others.  That mirror image that you are expressing will come to you in the form of another.  When you find it, you will see, that there is nothing more powerful within those moments, than to be expressed in the frequency of All That Is, and then it will grow out to many others, and your gifts are going to be expanded within each of you.

As you expand to each other, it is a time of community.  First, remember, this is important for the Divinity of your Love to fully come into your body, personally and individually, and express that fully within you.  We, of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God, fully express this essence in complete Unity and in complete Love, as the focus of our light is changing greatly as you accept it more fully within your own Physical Existence.

I AM the Cosmic Great Central Sun of the Divine Mother and Divine Father God here to serve you, hear the calling as your I AM presence is becoming more fully incorporated within you than ever thought before.  The possibilities are limitless, they just go on and on and on, unlimited completely.  Allow yourself to understand this, allow yourself to ground it through all these frequencies that we have given you this evening.  We are here in the Oneness to assist you in this process.  Our gratitude is to each of you for being the way-showers of this New Earth.

Greetings, Greetings, Greetings,

This is Lord (Sananda) Adama speaking [Note on this call, we seemed to have connected with both Sananda & Adama].  The blessings of this evening are in the reflection of whom you are that you are bringing forth.  Many of you are aspiring to great movements in a different capacity than you were before.  This is so very wonderful to see.  As you bring forth these Frequencies of Light within you in the essence that is incorporating within your body, you start to see the changes.  The changes in your reactions, the changes in how you feel about things, and also the elements that are arising from those particles that can no longer hold those higher frequencies.

This week we are incorporating within each of you more of the same that we have been doing, but in a more balanced format.  I say to you, if you have been doing your work, and continually tuning into what is not with you, or what needs to be changed or accelerated, then these frequencies need to be more balanced within your system.  If you are feeling these elements arise out of you, and coming out of your four-body system, and maybe not even knowing what the elements may be, but knowing some kind of movement needs to be done, allow your Higher Self into the Physical Being and Accept the Divinity of your being that is occurring for you.  This is very, very important of what is occurring.  This is essentially an element that is necessary for you because what is happening within your own mindset, within your own Heart Essence within your Higher Self within your Higher Mind and your Higher Heart is your understanding that something doesn’t feel right.  When something doesn’t feel right, then that is when you have to take action.  The action may be as simple as a meditation, or it may be a cleansing process, or it may be a walk in nature, whatever it is, it needs to be done.

In the elements that are arising, you will see that it will cause the emotions to overreact, there may be nervousness, there may be anxiousness, there may be irritability because it’s going to react within you in the essence of what is happening in your physical being.  As you are accelerating yourself into these new processes of being a multidimensional being within these physical bodies, it can be very, very difficult to do so.  Your body is not used to the accumulation of higher light particles that you are acquiring within you.  As you are acquiring those higher light particles, there is a division that occurs between your lower body and your higher body.  Some of you have already accessed higher body and the lower body is not there, but what it does is create a remembrance.

Within that remembrance, if you don’t take care of it, that is when you can fall back to those lower bodies.  Why do these things occur when each of you are trying so desperately to move forward in the development of your ascension process?  Environmental conditions, working around others, being around others, the earth plane not being in a 5th dimensional frequency; all of these elements come into play.  As each of you are way-showers, and teachers and healers, its important for you to access the parts of yourself that need to be fully activated continually.

This is exactly what is occurring in these months ahead towards 11.11.11.  Each of you are moving into a new phase, of being within yourself, and within that phase of  Beingness there is a fluctuation and a change that is occurring within you.  It is important to always reflect within yourself to know your highest sense and your highest purpose to bring forth that reflection that is you.  Otherwise, it is going to pull you back down.  These frequencies are very, very intense that are coming to the earth.  Each of you are very, very intense, so it is important to take care of business.  This is what we want to assist you with.  We do this every week, at this time, to bring forth these frequencies for each of you to act upon them in your own experiences.  They are not something that you should do once, and then forget about.  If there are any parts within of what I speak of what the Great Central Sun brings forth, that you can utilize and conform in a concise format, please do so, because it is only going to accelerate in your essence even more so.

The process of speaking aloud, and allowing your words to go out into the avenues of the world around us is very important, because vibrations are going beyond the concept of your mind.  You keep them within your mind, and you communicate through your throats, that is very powerful, but we are trying to assist the earth plane.  So what is happening is that those reverberations that are occurring through your voice activation are going through to all levels surrounding the earth, into the Etheric earth and beyond.  Thought processes are very important, but the vibration needs to happen in all the essences and in all the creation of this Earth.

So we say to you this evening, we are going to vibrate within you these frequencies to assist you in the process of what you are going through.  I sit here, within this lovely lady’s body, and there are two other individuals that are here with her in Mount Shasta, and each of them are aspiring to these frequencies also, as each of you should.  Just because you cannot be in Mount  Shasta with the magical energies, does not mean that you cannot incorporate it within you.  What we are doing now is to allow these frequencies to come to you each of you individually, and it may not come with a word or a thought or a feeling, but it is a frequency.  Within the frequency is a vibration, and that is what this call is about.  So, we give to you the energy of the magical essence that is within the core of this mountain, and I am not speaking about Telosian city, I am speaking about the core of the mountain herself.  So as we bring forth this frequency within each of you, it will assist in the process of your divinity to allow that to flow so much easier than it has been previously.

So that is our message this evening, allow the vibration of these frequencies to be fully within your being in the Acceptance of All that You are.  My goal, as Lord Sananda has always been to bring forth the Christ Consciousness within each of you so that each of us can share with one another what these Divinities represent.  The thought processes within your lower mind cannot assimilate them, so we allow the vibration to now enter your being with that frequency within you.  Be prepared for a change this evening.

I AM the Divine Mother and Divine Father God of the Great Central Sun at your service.  We are here in this frequency of all that is that brings forth the elements of the changes that are necessary so that your frequency does not shift backwards.  Breathe for us and allow this essence of your being to be fully within the elements of your physicality.  Feel this frequency coming down into your cells, into your muscles, into your bone structure and allow the essence that is you to be fully prepared.  Feel this preparation move through you and allow this frequency to be the one essence of your Being.

There is nothing else that matters in this moment, except to allow these multidimensional aspects of your self to be fully activated within the physical self.  Breathe deeply into your solar plexus of your inner power and allow that to be fully imbued with the quality of Devotion.  We allow the Devotion to be fully in the aspect of your own devotion in this moment, not the devotion that you are sharing with each other, but of the direct line of communication from us to you.  We express this to you in this moment to allow you to feel the power that is within your solar plexus to allow this frequency to blend through you to accept the Divinity that is occurring.

Breathe~ Breathe~ Breathe~

As we bring forth the Deep Ruby Red in the frequency of this Ray.  Now let it go down in your Sacral, let it go to the Sacral area to allow the sexual organs, the creativity flow through you and move it down into your Root, the base of your structure of the physical body.  No matter what Chakras and Rays you have attuned within you, it will all blend with this frequency in this moment.  Now go to your Hearts, and feel the Heart expanding in the levels of light that is acceptable for you in this moment.  Then take it up about seven octaves and allow that frequency to move, feel the essence of this frequency in your Heart Center and let it spin in a clockwise manner.  Allow your Lotus Heart to blend with this frequency of this Ray that is your devotion.  Feel your Male and Female in balance as the marriage is occurring in your own Heart Center.

Allow it to go into your Throat, and the communication.  Allow your Heart to expand in your Throat as you learn to communicate with Love, as you learn to say your feelings, as you learn to express what you wanted to say for such a long time in such a compassionate nature.  Moving that frequency up into your Third Eye, allow yourself to be Devoted to the Essence that you feel.  Allow your Beingness to come within you.  Allow that Essence to come into your Third Eye and blend, blend, and blend.  Now expand it into the Crown, and the Crown blends with the Third Eye, and the Throat, and the Heart, and the Solar Plexus, and the Sacral, and the Root, and you go into the Thymus and feel that Activation of your Higher Essence.  If he or she is not activated in your body right now, we ask for it to be fully activated.

Feel the Power of your Higher Mind of your Higher Ego of the Essence the You Are.

Bring it fully into your Thymus, and expand.  If he or she is already activated, we are just going to send that frequency into a Higher Level than it has been previously.  Feel the vibrations running through you, feel the Devotion that you have between you and God essence that we are.  Feel that line of Beauty coming through you.  Feel your Self expressing this within.

Now let it settle, now let it settle.

Let it go into your Etheric body, as it circles out from your feet and it goes around you and crosses into your Soul Star and comes across and down again.  Then we go into the Emotional, allow the Emotional body to feel this Devotion,.and the expression of your emotions and be able to share them freely with others.  Now move into your Mental body, and feel the expression coming through your mental level and allowing that frequency to run through you.  Now feel all these bodies blending together, and now the four-body system becomes One huge body of light, this is your Spiritual body.

This is the Activation of your Light Body.  Allow your light body to be fully activated.  Allow yourself to express within you.  Now I want you to think about a situation.  I want you to feel something that is necessary in your life, maybe you need to communicate it.  It does not have to be a releasement, it can be an activation of what you want to share with another.  Allow that to come through you now, allow that activation to move through you so that you can fully communicate through your voice, and express from your Heart what it is that you are expressing deeply within your Being.

It is the Love essence that you are, and allow this Love essence to be shared with another.  As you share this Love essence with another, you start to feel that frequency coming back to you, it is the beauty that is you.  The beauty is the sharing and it’s the movement and as you do, you feel the old elements that have been in your past.  It may be a past life, or many past lives, or maybe just little particles of anxiousness, or elements that do not feel quite right and they come to the surface.  As they come to the surface they exit out of your crown and they leave you and those elements are being dissipated out of your Crown, they go through your Soul Star, and it’s just pure light.  You go back into your Solar Plexus and you feel that emotional center.

AAAH!

As you feel that Devotion within you and as you express that Devotion that is within you, you start to feel the change that is occurring in your composition of your Physical Being, it goes into your Physical body.  It goes into elements that may be weak, maybe those are areas that are hurting right now, allow that Devotion to go because now you cleared, you’ve cleared the debris, you’ve cleared the elements that have been stopping you.  It may have been something so very small, but it was particles of elements that were not quite right for the New You.  Now you have moved your Essence into a Higher Octave, a Higher Frequency, we have moved the frequency up 20% than it was before.  Allow this frequency now to ground through you, move it down through your feet and allow it to go through your Earth Star, and allow yourself to be expressed in this.

Feel the body fuller, feel the frequency within you, feel your Essence whole, the elements, feel your muscles tighten, feel the Power and the Structure that is within you to allow yourself to feel the Divinity that You Are.  Express yourself fully now.  Feel that expression deeply, feel that expression deeply, and just settle with that.  I am going to use the bowl and now I want you to fully intuit what is the action that you need to do to assist the frequency you have received.

Breathing deeply, feel the elements changing within you.  Feel your cellular structure, feel your DNA activating on a much Higher Level.  It is your Multi-dimensional body that is being activated in this moment.

We the Divine Mother and Divine Father God express this to you.  It is our expression that is coming through for you.  It is an expression that you have intuited on your other levels of existence.  It is an expression of your Angelic Self.  It is an expression of your Form that was created in the very Beginning.  Allow yourself to embrace it.  If you are not quite ready to embrace all of it, it is okay, it will come when it is ready.

You must create the action for it to be fully moved through your entire being.  Now is the time, now is the time to fully step to where you need to be.  There is no time like the present.  There is no other time.  We do not have time, you do not have time.  So let us express this deeply within yourselves, ourselves, in the Oneness that we are all together.

WE the Divine Mother and Divine Father God embrace you for this pathway that you are walking upon because you are sharing with us exactly what you need to be doing.  You may not be sharing through your words, but you are expressing it through your elements.  You are expressing that light frequency, you are expressing yourself.  Your personal relationships are about to change, many are changing already, more of this expression is coming through.  Allow this expression to fully be within you, it is important to let go of the elements and the particles that do not exist in your capacity of this new light.

It is important for you to accept the new ones that are coming in.  It is important for you to have the full balance and to feel the Love and the expression of all that you are completely and totally all the time.  Allow this to be in the Essence of All that You Are, because this is the Beauty and the Acceptance.  This you will see will make the changes within your lifestyle, within the frequencies, within the manifestations that you are all desiring to Create.

Now is the Time, we are in the present, we are in the Harvest Month.  Allow that Harvest Month to fully come in you and bring in that expression of light, because it is the process of your Divinity that needs to be accumulated now.  There is no time.  Now is the time.  Now is the frequency.  Embrace this moment of Divinity, it is your Divinity, it is our Divinity, but it is your personal Devotion to yourself.  Devote some moments each day in the expression that you are, and you will see the changes that will result for you.

We the Cosmic Great Central Sun fully, fully understand the processes that you’re going through, and fully understand that now it is time for us to fully carry you in this Divinity and this Frequency that are bringing forth to you.  We honor you, we accept you, and we ask the same of yourselves.  Honor yourselves and Accept yourselves and all will change for you.

Sept 25th, 2011 ~ Be The Eagle

 

This transcription is being dedicated to a very good and close friend of mine, Michael  Hayden.  He was in Mt. Shasta working through my program and his own inner frequencies.  He Became the Eagle during this time in Shasta and was gifted with a beautiful name that includes the Eagle.  We were also blessed with many eagles during our ceremonies.  Congratulations, Michael.  I have never seen anyone accelerate as you have done.  I am excited for your new Beinginess Within.  Love and Blessings, Meleriessee

 

Dearest Ones, it is Lord Sananda at your service.  Welcome to the Cosmic Oneness once again.  It is a pleasure to be here, and to speak with each of you in the frequency of through Meleriessee’s body into the State of Beingness that she is incorporating.

Acceptance, acceptance is our word , one of our words for this evening.  We have just going through a tremendous change with the Cosmic Convergence.  This is just the beginning my dear friends, this is just the beginning.  So allow yourself to be in the state of consciousness that is most necessary for you.  We need to accept what is occurring for you in this moment.

We take you into a new space of time and Beingness this evening.  The frequencies of all of us in coming together is coming closer and closer.  As that comes closer, there is a tremendous change that is occurring, and these changes can happen from moment-to-moment with whatever you are experiencing with others, yourself, your environment, and the ability to allow your soul’s essence to be the pilot of your life.  In order to do that, we must let go.  We must let go of the mental thoughts, and the emotional imbalances that keep us held onto the old belief system.  When this old belief system is not assisting us greatly, then we start to feel a fluctuation within us that doesn’t feel quite right.

That, my friends, is the command within you to do something about it, to feel insecurities, to feel as if others are not aligning with your energy, in a moment by moment basis.  Whatever is happening within you, if it doesn’t feel comfortable, those essences within you are not allowing you to fully be in the frequency that is trying to be integrated within you.  It’s like an airplane coming in for a landing and if the landing pad is not ready, and the lights are not on, then that landing can be very rough.   So what we want to assist you with is to open up the frequencies that are within you, that are already there, and to open up that essence even wider through your Central Canal.  This is why we assist you with bringing forth the higher vibrations of the Rays.  This is Christine’s way of doing it, there are many other ways of doing it.

So right now, we are going to bring forth that frequency in you to allow yourself to have a moment of reflection.  A Moment of Reflection of the totality of the Being that you are.  I’m not talking about who you are in this body, in this moment, in this consciousness, we want to talk about who you are at the higher frequency, that is what is truly going to assist you.  So in this expression that is coming through, there will be an adjustment.  Within this adjustment, you can allow it to be in a momentary basis, or you can struggle within yourself of not allowing it to be fully grounded through your Earth Star.

This is what we truly desire for each of you, to bring forth that Essence within you so the landing is very smooth, very synchronous, and very flowing within you.  So I express to you these words, what within yourselves, during this Cosmic Convergence, during this Fall Equinox, one stage of a frequency of light of the planetary, of the levels of changes coming onto the earth as the acceleration is changing within you.

What is it within you that you felt during this time?  If there are elements that needed to be fully opened up and to allow the internalization within you to be a softer landing, allow that to be right now.  Open up your arms wide!  Allow yourself to just express this frequency to come through to you and assist you greatly in possibly something you might not have even been realizing that you are not fully integrating.  The higher frequencies are you, the higher vibrations are you, but you haven’t been in the physical body.

This is the difference within you.  So this evening, we are going to ask the physical body to fully relax.  As the physical body relaxes in the essence that they are, you will see that they accept the frequencies of light within.  Breathe deeply, breathe deeply in the frequency that you are as we now will assist you.  I will start with some balancing energies, but then we are going to bring in the Cosmic Frequencies to assist you even further.  So take a deep breath with me.

This evening we are going to start with the Ray of Balance and Harmony, within the Planetary level first, and then we are going to turn a switch and that moves into our Root chakra.  So if you are sitting, just feel a stream of light coming into you and it’s an Emerald Green color.  Feel that coming and swirling in the bottom of your chakra, and as it comes and swirls within you it’s also going to pull out anything that is not of balance.  Any lower thoughts, any lower emotions, any aggression, any anger, any hurts, anything that does not vibrate with the higher frequency.  As we see those elements being pulled out of you with the breath, keeping doing the breath, in and out, and in and out, the frequencies now going to change into a higher level of Green, almost a Lime Green as we move out of the Planetary level and go into the Solar level, and then we are going to move it up into the Galactic, and the Universal.

So you start to see fluctuations of White Light within those higher levels coming into you.  Now we are going to fluctuate into the Crystalline Light of the Cosmic Ray coming into your Root area.  We are going to visualize it like a funnelling light of frequency in a clockwise manner lined with Crystalline Light mixed with Green, mixed with higher Greens, mixed with some frequencies of Yellow and Gold ~ moving up into your Sacral Area.  As it moves up into your Sacral area, it moves into your Solar Plexus, and it is Balancing and opening the Central Canal, which is your Chakra system, wider and wider.  Move up into the Heart with all of these frequencies, and allow it to spin; and what it is doing is it’s Transmuting and Transferring the Balance and Harmony right within you.  It goes up into your Thymus, and your Throat, clockwise, and then moving up into your Third Eye and then your Crown, and then out to your Soul Star.

Now the Central Canal within you, with all those chakras are all spinning with all these colors of Balance and Harmony.  We want you to feel Peace, Love, Expression of yourself, Creativity flowing through all of these areas.  As we do that your Soul Star and Earth Star are spinning simultaneously with this frequency; just command to your Higher Self to expand the Light Frequency even deeper, as theCentralCanalwidens further and further.

Now let’s look into the Heart, what does it feel like?  It should feel a calmness, you should feel the Beauty of whom You Are being expressed through you and around you.  Allow that to expand as the Male and the Female now come into Balance.  What we have just done here is allowed the physical body and all the other bodies of your Etheric, Emotional, and Mental to fully be in conjunction with each other.  So now you are fully ready to receive the frequency.

Allow the frequency of light that we are now bringing forth to within you to be fully received.  Feel this light coming down into your Soul star from the Antakarana Bridge through your Central Canal of your Crown and your Third Eye.  Feel this frequency as we bring in the Platinum Ray of the 22nd Ray, feel the frequency of the Godhead fully within you.  Let it come deeply into your Throat ~ Let it come deeply into your Heart ~ Then into your Solar Plexus, and into your Sacral, and into your Root.  Moving down into your limbs, into your Earthstar.  Let it expand within you.

Allow the expansion to be fully within your Etheric level.  Allow the Etheric level to feel this vibrancy of light of the Platinum Ray to allow yourself to see what you have been going through in a vision or a thought, an experience, an expression, of feeling of light.  Allow yourself to bring this forward within you.  As the Etheric level is now being filled up with the Platinum Ray, you feel it going up the bottom of your feet and going through your body, and it’s now meeting your Soul Star and then going down the left side to your feet.  Allow all that Etheric debris to be fully cleared.

Let us now move it.  Let us now move it from the Base of your feet, all around to the Right Side of the Emotional Body to be Purified and Accelerated to this Platinum Ray.  Allow it to come down to the left side of your body, back in your feet, whatever emotions you have been feeling for the past three days from the Cosmic Frequencies, let them move into this level of Acceptance.  Now we take one more pass and we go around from your feet up to your right around into the Mental level.  Allow the Mental thoughts to be in the Highest Concept of your Beingness, and feel it coming down into the left side of your body into your feet.  Now we take our hands around you, and we push your Auric field all together.  So this becomes your Light Body.

Feel that frequency around you now, the Essence of your Being, is the Essence of your Essence of your Spiritual Body is now vibrating these frequencies that you are.

Accept this!  Accept this Love!  Accept this frequency within you as you expand yourself within you.

Feel it within your Heart.  Feel it in the Core of your Lotus as the flower is now expanding with this Platinum frequency.  It is the Purest form of Essence, it’s not just us, Divine Mother and Divine Father God, it is your I AM.  Allow your I AM to be fully focused within this element.  As the other bodies are experiencing this frequency, and you start to realize you are accepting.

Breathe.  Breathe.  Breathe.

Feel the body accepting this frequency.  Feel the thought forms, and feel the wavelengths, feel all the essence of your body.  Feel the frequency and all the inner workings of the frequencies of the physical realm now relaxing.  A healing is taking place in the physical body, allow it to go to any elements that fully need assistance that are so much a part of the Ascension process.  It is coming from the fact that the body is resisting.  Allow yourself to just infiltrate the Essence that You Are, the frequency of All That You Are.  This is the Beauty of this moment as you allow yourself to be in total surrender.

Your Soul Essence is in command ~ Your I AM presence is now coming fully in your body.  Feel it in your Heart, and feel it in your Thymus, but not only that, you feel the essence of your Wings of the Angelic Beings that you are.  Feel the frequency of the Creative Source that you are since the beginning of time.  This is what we want to fully infiltrate within you.

Breathe and allow that to happen.  Breathe and allow yourself to express.  Take a moment and say some AAAHHH’s ~ AAAHHH ~ AAAHHH

As you do this, you start to relax, and feel the frequency of your Light.  Just sit back and allow us to speak for a moment of what we are feeling in these frequencies.

Allow yourself to know that the Eagle has landed.  The Eagle has landed within you.

Allow yourself to be the entryway that You Are.  Allow yourself to feel the Essence and the totality and the feelings, and allow your Third Eye to be totally opened.  Allow you to have a sensory experience around you.  Express this within you.  Express it and expand it.  The Cosmic Convergence is one that is of great magnitude.  This is the magnitude of the elements all coming together in the frequency of the Inner Earth Hierarchy, of the Inter-Galactic Hierarchy, and all those elements of the synchronous events that are occurring.  You’ve seen them occur, they are already occurring.  Don’t question when they are going to be.  Allow yourself to just accept that you are the Commander of your Destiny as we have brought forth for you in this attunement.

In this moment is for You to Receive.  Allow yourself to receive it in your Thymus area, because your Thymus area is the Active Participation of your Soul’s Essence.  Allow that to work through you, because it works in between your Heart and your Throat of your communication and your heart of expressing who You Are.  Allow that expression to be within you.  Allow it to flow through you.  Allow yourself to understand.

In this moment, in this moment in time that you are feeling these frequencies through this voice, you are just expanding yourself.  Whatever you do in the next moment when you are finished is fine, but allow yourself to BE THE EAGLE that you are.  Allow it to fully integrate within you.  See the commands change.  The commands will change and help you to see that you fully need to express yourself in a different way than you have before.

Others will not like it.  Others you have not for quite a while, and others you have known for just a short time, but those close relationships are ending because they are not ready.  We are in an acceleration time right now, and right in these moments it is very, very important for you to embrace these elements more fully than you ever have before.  There is no more time to say: maybe tomorrow.

Allow the Eagle to show you the way!  From Mountain top to Mountain top, from Cliff to Cliff, from sliding down into other areas and rising above again.  Do Not Stay down in that frequency!  Do not allow the lower frequencies to pull you back!  Because they will.  Please understand that you are the only one who can fully comprehend who you are in your ascension process of where you are in your vibratory rate.  Others will resonate toward you.

You will see it happening when you finally allow yourself to be the eagle and to fly off of that cliff, no matter what you leave behind you.  You will fly, and you will breeze through the air, and you will allow yourself to express different facets of your being that you didn’t even know existed.  It is all there waiting for you in the higher vibration.

Accept it!  Accept it!  Accept it!

Accept that fact that you are now bringing forth the attributes of the Eagle.  As we now move into the Fall Equinox, as we now move into the Harvest, this is the month.  This is the month, don’t think about it, do it.  Allow those frequencies to be fully within you, and feel it!

Breathe it in!  Allow yourself to express.  Share your thoughts to the Universe, to the World, to Nature, to the Trees, to the Mountains, to the Waters, to all the areas that you sit upon.  Take time each day, to say a prayer, and not only for the earth, but for yourself, because you are the Way-Showers.  You are the Way-Showers that are moving us into this phase of the New Earth.

You are allowing all things to come into being.  You are the chosen ones.  You have come upon this planet to fully accept that role that has been given to you with great honor.  We of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God are in great honor of the work that you are doing, and the you are about to be doing.

Fly Eagles!  Fly Eagles!

You shall see that there are many of you coming together, in All That We Are in this moment.  We of the Great Central Sun of the Divine Mother and Divine Father God fully express these frequencies to you in this moment, and every moment that you choose to connect with your Higher Realms.

It is a moment of Remembrance, it is a moment of Acceptance.  It is a moment of Responsibility.

This is Lord Sananda once again.  I think the message speaks for itself.  I feel that each of you are embracing these frequencies, or else you would not be here.  It is just another step of Acceptance because each day that gets closer to 11-11-11 and the new year of 2012, you are going to be accelerating yourself.  So please do ask, as has been asked, to make the connections that are necessary and you will see that the frequencies that you embody will be unbelievably synchronous, and your life is going to change greatly.  But, but please know, you must release and you must stand up for yourself, and you must allow yourself to be fully empowered in all that you are doing, and the Ones that are supposed to be with you will arrive.  Please know this to be true.

Sept 18th, 2011 ~ Preparation for Activation & Integration in Each Moment

Greetings!

This is Lord Sananda speaking, it is a pleasure to be here once again to bring in the frequencies of the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God.

We are presently in mode of continuation, within this mode of continuation, there are going to be many elements that come to the surface, as some of you already may have been feeling.  Within these elements, there are frequencies of light that are changing ~ there are continuances of anything that has not been worked on before is coming up, it’s time for you to look at them, it’s time for you to embrace the higher frequencies within you, it’s a time for you to fully feel the actualizations more fully than you have before.

So prepare yourself in the next week, 10 days to 2 weeks, there may be relationship changes, there may be elements in your life, people who you thought were going to be part of your life are going to shift and change, some are not going to be happy, some are standing still in where they are, some of them are allowing their egos to get in the way but they don’t know that it’s their egos because it is just a portion of that ego energy.  The lower energies need to be incorporated, and if we don’t work on these things after these calls, they are not going to be taken care of.  It’s very, very important that each of you understand, the continuance of these calls does go into your dream state and your sleep state, but you still have to process what is occurring.  It is important to process through the soul psychology tools that you have in the frequency of the elements that are occurring.

There is going to be more information that Christine is going to be bringing forward in reference to assist individuals through these processes on higher levels.  So we are all here to assist each other to go through these, because what’s happening is the challenges of the earth are changing.  Within those challenges of what you are experiencing within the planes of existence are different for each of you, they are going to be different for you because of your environmental conditions, where you are living, the frequencies that you are bringing into your body, your house situation.

Is it clear enough?

Are you fully bringing in the ascension energies in the house?

Are you cleansing your house?

Are you allowing these frequencies to be cleared continually?

This is something that is essentially important, just because you may have done it at one time doesn’t mean that you should not keep it up.

At this point, we need to keep it up on a weekly basis, and this is for everyone.

Doesn’t matter where you are on your pathway, you need to fully bring in the higher frequencies within you because your bodies are going to be affected.

Your physical body is changing, in masses and doses; it is beyond the comprehension of your mind.

As you are doing this changing, there also needs to be an incorporation within the aspects of your Self.

You have to start to command within yourself how to utilize the Rays of God, how to bring in the frequencies so that you are fully activating the elements on a completely different basis than you ever have before.  So its important that each of us, as we are shifting and changing, its important that we bring in the continuance on a higher level because as you bring in the higher frequencies your wisdom and knowledge is going to be changing.

What worked for you yesterday is not going to work for you tomorrow.  So you need to shift with every part of the elements that are occurring.  As you shift with these elements, you will start to see that you will become more balanced.  The integrations that are happening are very powerful, and within these integrations we need to assist you to bring in the balance that is necessary, but also to understand that we are enlightened beings in physical bodies.  In these enlightenments, we need to find the Power within us to accept the changes that are occurring around us.  It could be in many different ways, it could be in your environment, in your home, in your family, in your relationships, work people, or strangers; meeting strangers on the street.  As we know, changes can happen on a flick of the dime, and they are happening on that way.  So we want to prepare you, that’s what this call is about tonight.

Preparation for the Actualization and Integration for each moment as it occurs, that’s a mouthful, that’s a total mouthful, if it’s just a mouthful verbally, think about what it is to Integrate it.

So we say to you right now, express yourself fully in your Own Divinity.  What is your Divinity in this present moment, because it’s going to change, and it’s going to change rapidly.  As it changes, you will see that the elements around you will be clearing and optimistic, but they will also be hard on the emotional levels, and this is the part that totally needs to be integrated, because we need those four lower bodies to be in a capacity of complete continuancy within the Body of Light.

So we say to you, breathe deeply and allow the frequencies to come through to you this evening.  They are going to be swift, they are going to be quick, but they are also going to be very balancing as well, it will be quite a different energy than we have brought through previously.

So it is my pleasure, as Lord Sananda, to be here with you in this moment to bring forth this acceptance that is about to occur for you.  Allow your mind to be wide open and ready to receive all that is occurring.

I AM in the frequency of this light to blend with this frequency of this light that is you.  We are in this frequency to share with you the essence that We Are, that is all in the Essence and the Beingness of the frequency of the light that we share.

Take a deep breath, take a deep breath and allow this to expand if you just turned on a light bulb.  Feel the base in the bottom of your Earth Star; the power starts to surge in your Earth Star and then it starts to spin upwards.  Feeling the frequency coming into your Root, then going up into your Sacral, up into your Solar Plexus, and feeling the frequency in your Heart.  Feel the expansion in the Heart.  Allow it to go to the Throat, the Third Eye, and the Crown, meeting at your Soul Star.

Breathe that in now and feel this frequency expanding within you and around you.  Breathe.

Feel your Soul Star in the expansion process, feel that frequency flowing through you as now we open up the door to the Antakaranah Bridge and ask for your Higher Self to fully come within.  If he or she is already activated, then we ask that activation to be stronger.  Feel the Thymus, feel the Heart, and feel the Solar Plexus all blending within each other.  Breathing deeply, breathing deeply, and ever so swiftly.

I AM One with You in this moment

See the reflection within Me within You?  As now the expansion of the frequency now moves out of your body.  Feel your Etheric vibrating with the thought processes that have been bothering you, with a flick of the switch it all changes.  We bring forth the Golden Flame.  As the Golden Flame centers within your Heart, now expands in all areas of your Being.  Allow it to go into the Physical Essence, and all organs, and all inner workings of the body, the cellular level, allow it to go into all aspects of your physical existence.  Feel it in your toes, feel it in your fingertips, feel it in your heart, feel it in your throat, feel the vibration flow through as all the fluid levels blend with this frequency of light.

The Golden Light is a very healing light because it will transmute and put the Christ Consciousness right within it.  Feel that frequency running through your Being and feel yourself being activated in a different way than before.  Let it go into the Emotional level, and allow those frequencies to run through you.  Feel the Emotional Essence now balancing with the Golden Flame.

Now the Golden Flame goes further, into the Mental level, feel all those thoughts being dissipated.  Feel all those thoughts within you just relaxing in all that you are.  Feel the Essence.  Feel the Emotional and the Mental, now feel the Balance that is occurring in your Heart as the Male and the Female of the Mental and the Emotional are fully being fed and nurtured and intertwined within each other as now you feel the Golden Flame of your Heart of the Trinity within you.

Let the three-fold flame now expand within you and outside of you, now You Are the Flame! ~ You are the flame! ~ You feel the flame!

It burns brightly in all aspects of your Being.  Breathe deeply through that Essence.  Breathe deeply.  Allow it to expand further outside of you.  Let us now take a moment, take a moment, and reflect of anything that has occurred for you in the last day, moment, yesterday, through the week that you need to transmute and to bring forth the Golden Flame within you.

Let’s take that moment, we will ring the bowl.

Now the flame is shining very brightly, this is your flame now, you have transmuted any emotions, any thoughts, any Etheric dross that is keeping you from being accelerated.  Feel the frequency of this Light, it is Your Light, it is Your Light.  Feel it burn higher, and higher, and higher and the expansion of your light grows outside of you, the diameter around you is beyond your minds comprehension.

Allow It To Be, Allow It To Be, Allow It To Be!

As the flame burns brighter and brighter and brighter, allow that expansion to flow through you, and it burns away anything else that may be trying to come towards you.  Let it flow within you, let it flow within the processes deeply now.  Feel the integration of the higher flames of light that are coming to you from your Monad, feel those Soul Extensions that are working with you, and feel the beautiful connection.  Feel the connection of all these souls that are here ascending with you as you are fully incorporating it physically, you are doing the work.  You are doing the work for so many, and you are to be commended.  Allow that to flow within you as it grows, and grows, and grows.  All the expansion is beautiful because now you feel the other flickers of your Soul Family of the 144 souls, and everyone is flickering together with the Golden Flame.  As everyone comes together in your 144 souls of your Soul Family, and you come into One Beingness of ALL THAT IS.

Allow yourself to be expressed in these moments, allow yourself to feel the expression that you are, allow yourself to feel the beauty within you.  Feel it expressing in all aspects.  Allow yourself to feel Joy and Bliss and Passion and Love, more Love and more Love and more Love than you have ever incorporated within you before.  Allow yourself to take this within you, deep within your Solar Plexus, within your Power, and allow yourself to be expressed in this Divinity that you are!

Oh, what a Beauty that you are with the Essence that the Flame is growing and the protection and the guidance that is coming to you from all these other Beings is unbelievable.  So just allow it to expand within you, take a deep breath.  Breathe deeply, breathe deeply and feel the expression of all that you are, feel the expression of your light, feel the expression of the divinity that you are bringing forth in your element.

What it is, what is that you desire in this moment, what is it that is going to assist you to give you the Balance that is needed?  Let’s breathe, breathe deeply as the frequencies are fully coming within you now, breathe deeply and feel the Essence.  Feel yourself in front of a mirror, and in front of the mirror see the Beauty that you are with this Golden Light and feel the frequency of all the other Souls that are assisting you.  Feel the Compassion and feel the Love.  Feel the Beauty, feel the Acceptance, feel the Joy, feel the Compassion, of all these elements and more.

Whatever you can think of right now, express it.  Express it through your breath, and then AAAHHH!

AAAHHH! ~ AAAHHH! ~ AAAHHH!

Then say to yourself, “I am now prepared for the next step.  I am now prepared, because now I have cleared, now I have fully allowed my full Beingness to be the full essence that I AM the Beauty and the flame that is within me.  It is deep within me, I feel the Warmth and the Passion and the Love that is being expressed within me in this flame in this moment. ”

Take a deep breath.

When you take the out-breath, send it to all these other souls that are assisting you as you are assisting them, and say the words,

“I AM that I AM that I AM, I AM You, You Are Me, We Are One. I AM in gratitude of your assistance, I embrace this assistance right now and all the aspects that you are giving me, and within my breath, and my AAAHH and my breath, I send it back to you.  As we are mirror reflections  of each other, let us share with each other, let us be in our Pure Essence, and the Beauty that we are, and there is nothing more or less in this moment.  It is just us in the Oneness that We Are.  I take this into my physical body, I allow it to be full within me, and I  put it into practice.  I put this element of the Flame that has been growing inside of me in the last few moments, to expand in the tasks that need to be done.  I allow it to filter through the people who I communicate with.  I allow it to go to the ones that I pass on the street.  I AM the Flame of the God Essence.  You are the Flame of the God Essence.  We are the Flame of the God Essence. ”

We the Divine Mother and the Divine Father God bring this forward to you in these moments to be in the expression of all that you are.  As you allow your vibration to be in this vibration, there is nothing that can stop you, because you are in the Purest Essence of your Light.  Breathe that deeply again, and feel that vibrancy coming through you, and send it down to your Earth Star.  Allow it to go through your Earth Star, and expand it through your entire Being.

You Are the Flame with-in and You Are the Flame with-out.

As you express that, your field grows beyond feet, allow it to move outside of you, beyond and beyond, for it to be expressed.  I ask of you right now, if there is a particular event or being that you would like to send this to, a friend or a foe, an experience, let us expand this Flame deeply to this element in this moment.

Breathe it out to this element, person, place, or event, and feel it changing, feel it changing, and feel the base around you getting larger as the frequency becomes large.  You feel those elements within you, breathe deeply.  Breathe deeply, breathe deeply.  You are the flame.

Say to yourself, “I AM the Flame, I AM the Light Divine, I AM that I AM, I AM One but I AM more.  I AM You and You Are Me and We Are One.”

We of the Divine Mother and Divine Father God of the Cosmic Great Central Sun fully imbue you with this Golden Flame.  Allow yourself to fully incorporate it within your Physical Being.  Utilize this exercise, utilize this exercise as much as possible.  This is going to assist, it is going to assist yourself and so many, allowing yourself to be in the Flame Within.
